since its 3:30 on the west coast, the scilons basically have free fucking reign until 7-8 am. The number is 650-253-0000. Xenu doesnt even know how many videos can go down by the then, over 2,500 videos have been falsely copyrighted by the cult. Ugh, this bullshit. Yep, this is war, again. Fraudulent DMCA copyright claims are being made, and these are being used to suspend youtube accounts.

If the suspended accounts are not reinstated soon, every video that got taken down is going back up several times over. And not just on youtube, put these up on every video sharing website there is.

This was the first thing I noticed when I got on the interbutts this morning.

How can they do it? Youtube doesn't give a shit about its community. They'll never defend their users. Rennetto (as much of an asshole as he is) has been trying to get Youtube to give users a decent chance before getting suspended for well over a year, and has personally been told by Youtube staff members that he is just a rabble rouser and a trouble maker.

I wonder how much crap they have on someone very high up in that company. What if we mass-harpoon a request to use something that can't so easily be exploited? Youtube probably has the lowest average maturity and IQ on the internet, short of Facebook and MySpace, and fake copyright claims are rampant. If they followed up some of these claims, wouldn't it be easier than having to respond to e-mails, verify anyway, and then restoring the videos/accounts? They have so many problems because of these claims and don't do shit to fix it. We harpoons, damnit.

We know Oliver Schaper is responsible for some of these fraudulent claims, however the volume of them has increased to the extent that it would appear a larger force of people is now being mobilised to spam copyright claims in this fashion. Exactly how OSA attacked ARS back in 95.

It looks like some of the videos were taken down due to a copyright claim by American Rights Counsel LLC. Just did a quick google search and didn't come up with any Scifaggotry right away, but that doesn't mean it's not there.
any ideas?
