That "letter from Ron" is definitely a forgery. The name of the corporation was not even chosen yet. In February 1979, there was just a concept being discussed at Guardian Office World Wide to find a way to extract money from scientology public who use Hubbard's policies in their businesses. The name was not decided until around June 1979. If it isn't a lie, it isn't scientology.
What is amusing is the picture that they are trying to paint: L. Ron Hubbard running a "management consultancy service", when he was actually hiding from the outside world for the previous 4 years.
The photo is from the mid-1960s. WISE loves to use that photo in their ads because Hubbard is wearing a business attire, is sitting at a desk and is talking into a telephone. That, they think, radiates the idea that Hubbard must inevitably be a successful businessman, besides being the greatest philosopher, scientist, philanthropist, etc. who ever walked the earth.
