What font does this Scientology logo use?

    Can somebody identify this font that is used in the Scientology logo? I tried identifont but didn't get an exact match.

    Looks like Goatse.cx Serif Light to me.

    Looks like plain-jane Times New Roman Bold smallcaps to me, although the 'C' in TNR doesn't have a serif on the bottom. But close enough for gov'mnt work.

    Why?
