  1. What a tangled web they weave...(in Riverside)

In advance of this Sunday's 884 test raid I thought it might be fun to share this news article that connects some interesting dots within the ranks of Riverside County's political infrastructure. The relevant bits are highlighted, but the entire article is a fascinating read.

District attorney's style sparks praise, criticism -- and fear

    The tangled web they weave:

    1. RivCo DA Rod Pacheco and RivCo Supervisor Jeff Stone are very loyal to one another.

    2. Stone's son, Jason, is a Riverside County Deputy District Attorney which makes Pacheco his boss.

    3. Sheriff Sniff was endorsed by Stone and Pacheco.

    4. Sheriff Sniff's wife works in the District Attorney's office which also makes Pacheco her boss.

    5. Samuel Alhadeff and BOTH of his attorney firms have contributed significant amounts of money to Pacheco's election campaigns.**

(**This info is available by clicking the italicized Excel spreadsheet at the end of the story.)

Sorta makes one wonder how deep this rabbit holes goes...?

Organized scientology has made an effort to politically infiltrate Riverside County, California and have clearly had some success without parallel anywhere else.
I would guess that Davey Miscavige is actively allocatiing lots of money to get local officials to look the other way while he operates his crime syndicate from the Int Base.
    Thanks for posting the article.

With the announcement that the DA isn't filing charges against Mark Lowell, does anyone think that maybe the relationship has changed a bit?

Only to the point that the cult told them not to press. With all the available evidence, the two Marks would never have gotten the usual, biased trial. As much as Scientology likes to sue, they hate losing large sums of money even more.

But, the issue isn't over yet. Frasier has to be just a little worried - that the cult will drop her like a hot potato. What do you think they'll do - support her, or call her a PTS and dump her?

She can always claim bankrupcy - both moral and financial.

    Holy crap!

That cabal of filthy assbites really has Riverside Justice all neatly tied up with a big bow on top, don't they!

    Pretty shocking, I must say.
  10. Re: What a tangled web they weave...(in Riverside)

The language regarding the charges being "dropped for lack of evidence" points more toward the sheriff and/or DA investigators (whomever investigated the incident) coming up empty handed after reviewing the report and perhaps even visiting the scene.

    *snicker*

Skip down to the highlighted bit for a good chuckle:

Stone setting up corporations....to hide where the money is going....when its still all the same?

Where have I heard of someone doing this before? I must think about it a while. Should come to me.

Jeff Stone's "corporate veil" can be pierced, by typing in the name "Innovative Political Solutions" on the inquiry form of the California Secretary of State (Business Programs division, phone 916-322-1994 or 916-657-5448) at: California Secretary of State - California Business Search

The database responds with detailed information for "Corporation #C3176712", including the chief officer's name, address, and other filing information.

A copy of the actual filing can be ordered. It takes a few weeks, and costs something like $11-$22 by mail (or you can pay a corporate filing service in Sacramento to get a copy, at additional cost. One example of this type of service provider is at: http://www.sundocumentfilings.com/corporationdocumentretrieval.htm).

Once obtained this document would be worth its weight in gold in a political campaign, as it is inarguable proof of Jeff Stone's funneling of campaign contributions to his sister.

It certainly isn't the cult, they're the most ethical people on the planet. No, it's gotta be some other shady corporation Jeff Stone is in bed with.

The agenda for the September 1 Board meeting is now online. The sheriff's "report back" six months after the adoption of Ordinance 884 is on the agenda.

3.114 SHERIFF-CORONER-PA: Report Back on ORDINANCE NO. 884 Regulating Targeted Residential Picketing. (3.6 of 03/03/09)
