    Maintaining anonymity makes it difficult to contact politicians effectively.

    The Citizen Watchdogs of Web 2.0 - TIME

    The Personal Democracy Forum highlighted tools for getting involved in civic matters. Can we use them? If so, how? Given Co$' concentration in California, maplight could be pretty useful.
