But we've been documenting cases of assault since the beginning, and this deserves to be marked, as well. Keep in mind that DC in particular is a humongously PR-based org, and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened. We don't even get bullbaited most of the time; curtaintech is basically it.

Also I would doubt that this guy is ever charged I am sad to say, cops are to "busy" and nobody was hurt. Jail time and conspiracy are not going to happen.

The important thing is that Anons have been assaulted by Scilons since early 2008 and people have been reluctant to file charges, and now we're not. Especially here in NYC, where mask laws mean almost everyone (including Ron Jeremy, I believe) has been C&D'd so there's no reason to worry about anonymity in the police report.

There have been no major assaults on protesters NYC because the NYPD is the fucking shit.

Glad you took that the way I meant it, of course I do not WANT things like this to happen. I would rather Scientology was a nice polite little cult. That being said I get very ecited when they do. And if this had to happen I am actually glad it happend where it did. If this gets ANY kind of news coverage or goes across anyones desk it is more likely to be seen by some people I really want to see it.

Yes, Stannard is an accessory after the fact and should be arrested as well.
Highly recommended that Reinhard Koenig receive a court ordered psychiatric examination as his violent act may be the result of a medical problem like Alzheimers or is induced psychosis from his involvement with scientology. A psychiatrist may find that he is incompetent or insane. The court could order that he be put on medication.
