I still have to testify when they make their case, and I WILL! I feel so much better now that I did it! Docs in a box don't do any good. Talking to the authorities is not all that fun, but is what we all need to do.

Re: Was asked to tell you what got my attn while I was in.. Warning TL! My Deposition today; First, cut me some slack on spelling and grammar, I’m wiped out. I got less than 2 hours sleep, and I’m still a nervous wreck! Please understand I can only be vague, as I was given instructions on what I can and can’t talk about. This is something that everyone who wants to see the CoS dismantled should understand. I have to give the authorities the time to do what they need to do. There were 2 agencies represented. I was only expecting one. 5 agents total, 4 lawyers for their side, me and my 2nd year law student! Also the guy video taping and the lady court reporter. After the first time the attorneys for the Gvmt gave her hell for saying “asked and answered already” she seemed to go into a shell. I think the content was a bit intimidating for her as well. Shit, if nothing else, it gave her a great theme for a thesis. There were 108 exhibits so you get the idea as to how detailed this was. It took a while for the agents and the gvmt Attorneys, to understand how a Public member would have such info. They also put me on the hot seat for moving to LA and taking the job, all in the name of religion. Having said that, I wouldn’t have this information IF I hadn’t done this! We went though all 108 pieces of evidence with complete disclosure. I told them everything. There were many times I didn’t understand what they were asking, and I’m not an idiot, but lawyers have their own language. They then, did allow me to ask the law student questions off the record. They advised me every single time, that she is not an atty! JHC I get that! This is where she was very helpful, in legal verbiage. They asked me the same questions 10 different ways.. but I was telling the truth, so I was good to go! There was even infighting between the 2 agencies ( makes me feel real comfortable!). I got a break to smoke or go to the bathroom every 45 mins as they needed to change the tape. They also didn’t want to break for lunch, as they wanted to finish, so they could catch their flights back to CA! I thought it would never end! They did their homework on me too. They knew about a car accident over 15 years ago, and a bounced check over 20 years ago. I guess that’s to speak to my creditability, who knows. After all was said and done, I expressed my concerns about fair gaming getting worse, and my current financial situation. I told them, if they expect fair gaming to get worse why not at least put me on a level playing field, by saving my apartment…! They told me since this is an ongoing investigation, they cannot guarantee fair gaming will cease, as a matter of fact, they thought things could get worse before it got better. I asked if they could help me, safety wise and financially, since I helped them, and they told me when they are done with their investigation, we could explore those options. So basically, I’m on my own for now. I went further into the fact that my kids will be in school soon, and let’s face it school security sucks, but that didn’t motivate them either! I even asked them if they could loan me a video recorder to capture fair gaming on tape, but notta. Well, it’s over for now. I will have to get a real attorney when this goes to court. I will have to testify. They didn’t give me a time frame, other than to say, it was an on going investigation. I brought up the fact I wanted to go after them for a refund, but was strongly advised not to do such a thing until their investigation is over. I guess on that point, I’m in limbo for a while. I have the worlds worst headache right now, stress I’m sure, and uncertainty of what is coming down on me. I look at it like this, they were already playing their BS baby ass fair gaming(sorry for the lang), if I didn’t speak out and give the deposition, I could have lived with the calls, assh0les outside my home, them sending me promo BS forever, or maybe it gets a little worse for a while, but will eventually come to an end. They did advise me on things I can do to protect myself legally, and how easy it would be for me to get such permits. On that point they offered to help expedite. Ok I ranted long enough. ~~~~~~~~~ NOW, for those of you afraid to come forward: It’s not all that fun, but it really helps free you from the restraints you are attached to! You help those who can’t help themselves. I won’t lie.. It’s scary. The Feds are not my best friends, that’s not their job, but they are not the enemy either! Come forward, talk to them, tell what you know (even if you think it’s not a big deal). Let them decide that! Only they know what they have cooking. Who knows, you may be holding the last piece of the puzzle! You don’t know me, and have no reason to trust me, but I will tell you, dealing with the CoS is a lose-lose situation. Why not get on the right side? There are many people who will have your back if you do come forward. Re: Was asked to tell you what got my attn while I was in.. My lawsuit is rescheduled for Sept. They provoked a mistrial at the last trial. I did get a favorable decision from the judge that he will allow me to attend mediation via phone...but it's been pushed back 2 weeks...win some lose some.

They didn't fix the AC unit and they wrote an internal memo saying it was a fire hazzard, so the only thing they ahve it to slander my character. The judge has set some ground rules, but my attys knew it was an open and shut case, so they took it. When the fact that I was a scientologist came out, they have to accually work and make sure it stays away from the jury. I have the two laziest lawyers in the state of __________.

It is not in any way germain to the questions of fact before the jury. (IANAL, but I did, as you recall, go to law school)

Now, they have a hearing set before the judge to make this an "out of bounds issue". One of the attys in a long time friend of my seperated husbands, so he just kind of pushs my case aside. I was going to change attys a year ago, but it would have hurt his friendship, and now it's too late (called a few). Live and learn...business with friends and family... I would suggest keeping detailed records of ALL "Fairgame" activities against yourself, family, & friends by Cof$ and those acting in their interests, if not their behalfs. The whole point is to intimidate, and attempting to intimidate a Federal witness, or potential witness, is itself a crime. You may also want to have one of your Fed contacts drop a dime on the local 'Barney Fife' and have them make it clear that it's NOT just "kids playing around" harassing you. BigBeard

The local cops after many many calls and MAKING them take a report, are now not of the mindset that I'm not a nutjob, but indeed have people on my rear. The calls have ceased, thanks to an Anon giving me the info to give to the local cops, and getting a tap on my phone. It was a pain, I had to keep track (time and date) of every call, but it worked! I keep a notepad in everyroom. I have also been one to keep journals my entire life. Under the circumstances, I copy them regurarly, and keep copies in other locations. Most stuff is irrelavent, but I let the authorities have access to them, and it gives you the mindset I was in at any given period (IE during fair gaming). I will not be afraid of a voice on the phone, or some idiot following me. I haven't lived back here for very long, but today, I took my little PI/scio on a trip though a rough neighborhood I know well. It wasn't bad 30 years ago, and I know all the back streets...LOL..That was after trying Boris' advise of slowing down, etc. Hope he didn't get out of his car...LOL

I'm not on good terms with my family, but I need to try to be of assistance if I can. Babysit, whatever..... I'll try to get on when things settle down. My brother (whom on not so good terms because of scn and my mom) are a mess. He has 2 babies. One idolized his grandpa and is devastated. I just want to let them know I will help in any way, cook, babysit, whatever. Hopefully we can put aside out differences for the next few days. Heading out.... Thanks for all the well wishes.

No fighting mind you, but tension. I asked my mother if I should come over today and help with the kids (lots of experience there!) and she was open to that. The thing is, I didn't want to add to their saddness and cause addl problems. Heck, I like hanging with the little kids more anyway. Kids are honest, with no agenda. Wow, can they wear you out! And I've had my fill, of Sponge Bob! I know it's a very bad time for everyone, so it's not the time to try to make ammends, but I can see now that out relationship is broken, and most likely not fixable.

Yesterday I stayed mostly with the kiddies, but today, they needed someone to take their anger out on and I was the greatest target as well as SCn..Ok I told them what I did recentlu, and they put me on blast! I should have kept my mouth shut about everything blah blah...just walk away..I tried to explain that's not how it's done, or works, but it was not the time to get into a fight. I'm gonna let them be and just attend the funeral on Monday. They will never agree with my decision to go to the authorities. What's sad is, the man who died, my brothers father in law would have! he was a judge who fought for 36 years of his life for children!

The baby is too big, so it has to be C-Section. Monday morning, I will be a grandma... She was disappointed, but I told her to enjoy her last few days of sleep. They will keep you up as babies and again as teen worring.

I'm rather interested in the amoutn of money that you gave to the Scientology crime syndicate during your involvement, if it's not too personal a request. The money is what Anonymous should maybe focus on putting a stop to since money is what the syndicate exists for.
