Isn't there a College of physicians in Australia?
YES they do, and similar to the UK and CANADA -- I helped file a Human Rights Commission complaint to the Commission in the UK ... there was a story published about it.
Public Health and Social Policy
The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (the RACP) trains educates and advocates on behalf of more than 13,500 physicians – often referred to as medical specialists – and 5,000 trainees, across Australia and New Zealand. The RACP represents more than 25 medical specialties including paediatrics & child health, cardiology, respiratory medicine, neurology, oncology and public health medicine, occupational and environmental medicine, palliative medicine, sexual health medicine, rehabilitation and addiction medicine. Beyond the drive for medical excellence, the RACP is committed to developing health and social policies which bring vital improvements to the wellbeing of patients. (SEE ATTACHED PDF FILE - AUSTRALIAN COLLEGE)
So, it does appear that Australia is very similar to Canada defining addiction as a disability.
Therefore, we then take a look at the Australian Human Right Commission that is also similar
to Canada Charter Laws:
21 Nov 2013 to opportunities for personal development, to protection from exploitation and abuse, to appropriate care if disabled or incapacitated and to be treated with dignity.
17 Jan 2013 Governments must ensure that every person under the age of 18 is protected from all forms of violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation. ... They must pay particular attention to the specific types of abuse, neglect, violence and exploitation that affect
In my opinion thus far looking into the above references, this is where and how NN TR
was CRUSHED and SHUTTERED.
First, you take out the Physicians from ever associating with Narconon's quackery.
This is not very difficult to do once the College receives the documentation from Canada Case Precedent decisions.
Then, the Australian Health and Social Services can step in and demand changes to Tech.
This will not be conformed to and good bye Narconon.
Then, if even one ex-Student files a Complaint with the Australian Human Rights Commission,
the whole deck of cards falls all over the place in shame.
Will look into this more when I have time, must move onto another pressing matter tonight.
A brief guide to the Disability Discrimination Act
Narconon Victims fall under this Act
What can I complain about?
The Australian Human Rights Commission can investigate and resolve complaints of discrimination, harassment and bullying based on a person’s:
sex, including pregnancy, marital or relationship status (including same-sex de facto couples) status, breastfeeding, family responsibilities, sexual harassment, gender identity, intersex status and sexual orientation
disability, including temporary and permanent disabilities; physical, intellectual, sensory, psychiatric disabilities, diseases or illnesses; medical conditions; work related injuries; past, present and future disabilities; and association with a person with a disability
The above in RED is also used to describe an ADDICT being treated at Narconon, as the patient having a disability, disease, and illness.
Should we file a complaint against the doctor and... win?
LMAO ... ya' need a patient/victim first to file a complaint.
However, the College could be contacted and made aware that Narconon does not comply
with scientific medical procedures, and the College in Canada BANNED Physicians from association with Narconon?
Can also forward the Quebec Health agency report with dox to the College ... AND the Human Rights Commission
VERDICTS. Could wake up the College and be pro-active in a Ban???
They managed to trip over themselves and were forced to allow that Warburton quackopath to call herself a doctor. Perhaps they're being shy?
They don't take complaints from concerned citizens?
Not sure on this. I'll send a request via FB for updates.

Ryan Hamilton has offered his assistance:
Lindy here, one of the spokespersons for the Say No To Narconon Group in Warburton Australia. We appreciate your interest and support. To answer the question the Warburton case is different from the Yarramalong one. Both premises have been purchased outright by ABLE/Narconon without planning permits. Premises are located in different council shires, in different states, so there is some difference in the conditions being applied.
In Warburton we have endured a Narconon facility about 10 minutes from the township for about 14 years. However their proposed move to Green Gables, which is in the centre of our town (of only 2000 people) has attracted vigorous opposition from the community, and over 500 objections. We as a community were successful in having our council deliver a unanimous decision to refuse Narconon's permit to relocate last March. However this decision has been appealed at VCAT and will be heard in this court from Nov 10.
We have been able to provide police data under Freedom of Information, which has shown the practices and procedures by Narconon to place the community (not to mention patients) at significant and unacceptable risk. Of course, this leads us to question that a facility like this should even be allowed to operate, but for now our issue has to be focused on the elements of the planning scheme that are subject to the court hearing.
We have a website www.saynonarcononwarburton.org
We are in contact with the community of Yarramalong and support each others concerns.
We are all fighting hard.
Thank you Lindy for the clarification.
Cheers Colin. I've just been reading back on this thread and if anyone can post the best links from the Canadian Human rights hearing and College of Physicians I would be most grateful.
Did the police data you provided include all the deaths that occured in the Arrowhead Narconon US location?
And were you able to mention the pending lawsuits filed by Ryan Hamilton?
And THANK YOU for all you do!!
You will find the Quebec College des Medecins (College of physicians) decision in english here:

Church of Scientology rehab centre rejected in Warburton | The Sydney Morning Herald
From the other day.
Scientology appealed the town of Warburton's decision to reject its drug treatment centre, but they were beaten by a shoe-string budget and some old-fashioned country determination. Bryan Seymour reports. Video available: https://au.news.yahoo.com/video/watch/26218355/rural-town-takes-on-global-giant/
Now that the new Warburton location is out, they're trying a last ditch attempt in Yarramalong Valley, New South Wales:
Scientology launches new legal challenge against rural NSW residents for rehab centre March 5, 2015, ninemsn
The articles doesn't say, but that's probably the NSW Land and Environment Court.
If they strike out there and in Ontario, then they'll be doubly ..

It was quite brutal for the cult last night. My likey!
Typical scientology adversarial invasion strategies:
1. Sneak in.
2. If you cannot sneak in,
3. Bully your way in.

Scientology launches another legal battle to open Narconon in Australia
March 5, 2015, 9News, ‘A Current Affair’ reports, “Scientology launches new legal action against rural NSW residents” - a new legal challenge in a bid to set up a rehabilitation centre built in the rural town of Yarramalong Valley on the NSW Central Coast of Australia.
In a video by Current Affair, residents are angry and frustrated that Scientology is pushing to open their drug rehab, Narconon, in a rural countryside homestead area. Some local residents have ‘For Sale’ signs up, trying to sell their property and homes before Scientology moves in and ruins property values.
9News reports: “The war is being waged in the suburbs between families and the Church of Scientology. At issue, the controversial church's march into residential areas and community campaigns against it.”
Ex-Scientologist, Paul Schofield, who used to run Narconon, Victoria says: “The program involves a strange and dangerous religious ritual, requiring students to spend up to five hours in a hot sauna, and taking high doses of vitamins. It's not a drug rehab program as much as it is a Scientology indoctrination program. It doesn’t' work, pure as that," he told A Current Affair.
The Yarramalong story is moving along:
Group linked to Church of Scientology plans drug rehab centre at Yarramalong
Ha! They're using that "3rd best" ranking that they paid for.
That was removed March 2015.
I bet they were planning to use it for exactly this in Australia right from the start.
If they're going to pay for bogus listings, they need to use it before the "sell by" date.
I pooned the article.
There's a lot of total crapitude in their claims in that article:
Clark Carr of Narconon International probably is rotting in The Hole or the RPF's RPF.
As for ABLE owning the property, I doubt it. The latest purchases have been by Social Betterment Properties International, which is 100% Church of Scientology International.
Kaye Conley, a worthless excuse for a mother, so she's perfect for the job:
Leah Remini is still thumbing her nose at Scientology leader David Miscavige January 31, 2014, Tony Ortega, Underground Bunker
Last heard, the previous president of ABLE was in The Hole, and VP Rubina Qureshi was on the hot seat.
Let's see what the IRS has on 'Social Betterment Properties International':

Linked to $cientology much??
The term ‘Ideal’ denotes a centre with all the requisite facilities in place of an excellent standard, providing the best possible, distraction-free environment for those on the program.
^^^ Yup, keep yer' TRs in and don't look at the protesters (if they could see them in this secluded area) ... ?
Don't forget that the Hollywood Guaranty Building is also 1710 Ivar.
All I get from the IRS data for 1710 Ivar is RTC and the Inspector General Network.
WISE should be at one of the two in one.
Since losing that via deletion, the "band aid" has taken the "sweet" and "cute" form:
Australian singer Kate Ceberano (left) and American actor Catherine Bell, both Scientologists, at the opening of a Narconon facility in Los Angeles in 2000.
Plus statements from the retarded thugs from outer space:
Ms Conley said the United States ranked Narconon its third best rehab program.
She said as the Yarramalong matter was before the court she could not comment further on the proposal. She also denied all residents were opposed to the operation.
“There is a big drug problem on the Central Coast,” she said.
“As in all development applications, there are always vocal dissenters who will oppose any change.
“When the Salvation Army facility in Dooralong opened there was huge opposition and that centre has been a success and the fears were not materialised.”
