This isn't the first DMCA takedown as of late. He also took down a video "Meet a Scientologist: Oliver, Porn Merchant" a few weeks ago as well.

YouTube just isn't learning to prevent such abuses. Thank you for the counterclaim, Gregg. Then we will be able to determine which YouTube account it is coming from.

He didn't try and take this video down with DMCA claims at all last time. Ollie got it taken down due to TOS violation. If he truly owned the copyright to that video he would have done so a while ago.

QAnon filed a counterclaim against him too but I don't know what became of it, other than acosbroadcasting (former youtube account) being banned and QAnon getting his account back (but not being logged on for months now).

Looks like Oliver's been busy... divorcing 2 wives in last 7 years... Ivon Carrillo Schaper (2008) & Maria Guadalupe Spence Schaper (2002) then setttling them out-of-court.

Both women of Hispanic origin.. wonder if that had something to do with keeping the cases (filed in both cases by the women) out of the courts.

Ollie sued the Santa Ana Police Department last year in Small Claims Court & won.

Personally, if you want to go to a trial (where Ollie changed the date and AO didn't know till he went to court), by all means contact AO. Going to an empty courtroom is superfun.
This assumes you have no work or school obligations of course.

Just make sure you are already doxxed as AO would rather dox anons he has a beef with in front of scilons than help bring the cult down.

You might want to consider recording your phone call with him. To my understanding, him and QAnon spoke when QAnon filed a counterclaim, and his tactics of intimidation need to be brought to public scrutiny anyway (especially if uploaded to a video streaming site immune to Ollie's tactics).

You'll also want to use the fact that YouTube users who have been suspended do not get a second chance,. This one was Ollie's account (suspended):

So if he is making claims under ACOS Broadcasting, that information would help.

Tell OA that he better not upload that unless Ollie was informed that he's being recorded and that the evidence is reiterated and acknowledged on tape by Ollie. It's illegal in CA to record another without their knowledge.

Updated the first post. Ollie just threatened me with legal attack. Can anyone find the thread that it was actually made in? The video was made on here like most of the others.

I forwarded his new email and an explanation of things to the eff and the aclu. I will be contacting them again later today to see if they are willing to help. If anyone else wants to contact the eff and aclu and anyone else like them and try and get them involved, please do.

That was just me copying sethdoods post to put it into the right location so people saw it. Maybe they made it on IRC and on WWP together. That would make logs a bit harder to come by.
