What text do they put on the photos?

Not the ones I 'obtained' from the site. Some are large scale (39 inches wide) at 72 PPI, others are medium scale at 300 PPI. There is no text across any of the images I now have on disk.

I received an email from an attorney who is now being unduly harassed by Pam Lichtenwalner. She's been feverishly staying on top of what's being posted on WWP despite her being banned.

Aside from alot of delusional BS, she wrote:

This was very predictable, from Quiros' POV, from emotionality the OSA and OSA-bot behavior on WWP against me from Monday Dec. 12th on, egged on by barb's and Garry's team. Tommy was completely obnoxious outside the org. His behaviour confirms what they're told about him as being an SP. Even I'm tempted to be sympathetic to Mr Tomato-head.

Do you mean there were events prior to those on the two videos that caused Tommy to get so upset that he couldn't think of anything else to say to people as they left the building except to call them slaves?

Tommy is great entertainment as an enturbulator. He's very effective at getting assaulted-- he said on his video this was the 5th assault, but not very effective in getting through to the cultists. I'm sure they think he's a complete retard. Telling people they are fat, and a slave is not going to get them to wake up, it's just going to confirm their delusions. Still and all, Tommy's antics can be quite fun.

In theory, XiL is right. In practice, Smurf is right. There's nothing in theory that prohibits a TRO from saying pretty much anything that isn't outright unconstitutional, and that could include a simple no-violence order.

In practice, taking the cult to court is exactly what they want. Unless this guy is a total rogue agent with no connection at all to the org, that's exactly what they sent him out to provoke. Even if he did just randomly lose his shit, they'll almost certainly take the opportunity to get a mutual TRO with a distance requirement, and then have the guy jump out at Tommy at random and then try to have Tommy found in contempt. They'll show up at the first hearing huffing and puffing about violent bigots and have a giant stack of paper purporting to prove this, which will take the court a while to digest. They'll generally get their own requested injunction at the same time. The court isn't going to stop and try to figure out who is right when it is suddenly inundated by mountains of paper purporting to be evidence and two wildly varying sets of factual claims from people when if they guess wrong, they're that idiot judge who did nothing and someone got killed.

Worse, the boilerplate the cult usually uses (and usually gets at least for a while) contains standard "acting in concert" language meaning that the cult can then claim anyone protesting at the same place is acting in concert with Tommy and therefore also bound by the restraining order, and then try to have them found in indirect contempt of court (that is a contempt of court the judge did not personally witness).

Their holy grail is to win a permanent injunction at the end of the case.

Injunctive relief during one of these cases is in three phases: the first is the TRO and you almost always get this if there's been violence. This goes away shortly unless you can back it up later in the case, often after a very short period of time like 10 days. If the court continues the injunction during the course of the case, it becomes a preliminary injunction and that remains in effect until the end of the case (unless something changes). You can then move to modify alter or vacate this and then immediately appeal a denial of that (and if you are lucky get an appeal heard before you are a senior citizen). At the end of the case, if one or both sides prevail, they get a permanent injunction, like the one in the Clearwater 13 case.

tl;dr This is not somewhere you want to go with Scientology.

With all respect, you are deciding things that have not even been presented to a judge and I recall you doing the same thing on Sparrows case and being wrong. Tommy has a right to be on a public sidewalk and the right to protest. He has a right to do this without the fear of being attacked. Yes a judge can make him use a side entrance if the judge feels it is needed but you and I agree that is not at the top of the list of likely things. As to the provoking, Tommy clearly is not doing that and this guy went out of his way to attack Tommy. Again the attacking someone because you don't like their message or the way they say it is not grounds for a legal defense. I do truly believe that Tommy could and will most likely get a no contact stipulation in a TRO. I don't believe a judge would not grant an order that says (No touching or talking too) but then you could be right. None the less I would like to see him go for it, then there is a record that Tommy did try to protect himself with the law on his side.
