Trying to preserve an old, archaic and dying reality, actually.
Some of the mods have a vested interest in shutting down any discussion of things that might threaten the gravy train.
    Ah... yes we do!

    Who is blocking what nao?
  16. Kilia Member

Seems the repubs are doing their best to block the stated website from the Madison state building protesters. So... no one can access it from there. Anonymous is offering a workaround for them.
  17. Anonymous Member

I hope that they have this for Michigan when all hell breaks loose there. It will happen.
Do we know how they are blocking it?
  18. Oh? Like Cameron Todd Willingham, who was put to death for an arson murder that was neither arson nor murder, and that he did not commit?

Please do not pollute this thread 'bout our Sparrow with non-Sparrow crap. I am annoyed enough already.

    Delete me plz mods.
  20. This is WWP. If you don't like off-topic shit, find another website.

But if you want to get back on topic, I had either forgotten or was otherwise unaware that Graham Berry was involved in this case. Is there any indication he fagged up his briefs with reams of stuff about Scientology that is not germane to this case, like he did with AGP?
  21. Kilia Member

    I have no idea.
  22. Anonymous Member

Graham isn't involved in Sparrow's case, Greta.
  23. Smurf Member

Graham is not involved on this case. Brian hired a private attorney in D.C.

No, rape victims. Having said that, I am also concerned with those who were wrongfully accused or innocents forced to accept a "plea bargain" to avoid the worst scenario.

    serious question here:
    Is this the new Dome?

    http://forums.whyweprotest.net/categories/iran.305/

    Or here?

    Junkyard appears to be here:

  26. True, but as awful as that is, at least rape victims have their freedom, and at least they're not being put to death by a state more interested in convicting people than justice. I've known a couple of victims of rape and other sexual crimes. I know that it's something that never truly leaves them, and my heart goes out to them. Still, they have resources they can call upon to receive counseling. For the falsely accused, their names are plastered across news media and, in more recent years, the Internet. How do they get their good name back? This March marks the 5th anniversary of the false accusation of three Duke lacrosse players, and yet there are dead-enders who insist "something happened" in the mainstream media, in spite of an extremely rare declaration of actual innocence by North Carolina's AG and in spite of reams of evidence, not to mention, a basic understanding of physics, that caused Attorney General Cooper to make that declaration. And as sick as this sounds, the lacrosse players were LUCKY, in that they were not imprisoned for decades for a crime that did not occur.

For those who want to bawww about getting off topic (I'm not going to mention Grebe's name), I'm glad Sparrow has hired an attorney who is not Graham Berry. While Berry has been an excellent attorney in the past, I fear he is too emotionally involved in the topic and has too much personal animus to be an effective attorney against the Church of Scientology. He certainly has more right than most to despise the Church of Scientology, but I'm concerned he has allowed it to get in the way of being an effective litigator.

Herro, you are fired. Your replacement is Morey Amsterdam. Keep it up and you will never work in this town again.

    hey look, forum trash.
  29. Cheappassion Member

Man, I feel silly for the times I defended Herro. There was a time, a time not that long ago, where I sincerely thought he occupied an imporant role. Dude, kept the moonbats grounded. That had value.
Just being an attention seekng troll is annoying. Partiuclarly when the issue is not a total abstract. This is a guy, a guy many of us consider to be a friend being run through the legal system to prove Scientology can still flex it's legal muscle.
    I see through this shit....

Unions suck it's like mafia extortion for job securi........., oh wait.

+1 for right to work states.
  31. I feel silly for the times I tried to troll Herro. There was a time, not that long ago, where I sincerely thought he was just a Scientology shill. Dude, kept pushing their agenda. That had lulz.
Just being a troll to keep the moonbats grounded is amusing. Particularly when the issue attracts people who think sloppily. This is a guy, a guy many of us consider to be an hero being run through the legal system to prove Scientology can still flex its legal muscle.
    I applaud Herro's shit.
  32. Cheappassion Member

If you think Herro is so great, why don't you marry him and stuff.
Seriously, in my mind, he seems to have moved from a tongue-in-cheek voice of reason to a mere contrarian. Without even reading his posts, I can more often than not, anticipate what position he will take. He has lost his best asset focused vigor , and has become somewhat of a character.
I pray this reads well, I've been on the road today for almost 11 hours....

Hey, lets spam up a thread about Sparrow with useless rants about HERO. HERO is now Sparrow but Sparrow is definitely a HERO

Also is it wrong for me to do number two in my pants?

  36. Didn't you know? One of the unofficial rules here is that every thread eventually becomes about Herro.
