    WOW.

I would guess he dropped out. He is ALWAYS there. It was Jennifer2 and Danny (?) who followed SF Anons to dinner one night and took snaps. It was SO FAIL. Could they have pulled us in more? lol

Now we get to troll them about it... FOH-EVAH

Just giving Pam a heads up. Wouldn't want her commanding a personal army, would we?

What's new? This philosophy is what defines the cult. Swearing "under oath" and "under penalty of perjury" means absolutely nothing to a Scientologists, especially when dealing with the wog judicial system, which is contrary to the cult's idea of justice. Lying & fabricating evidence is a sacred duty in Scientology.

She turns up during times of great activity. Apparently the nonstop raeging of SFanon this year has caused great enturbulation. And then there's Maude.

    Coincidence?

That's the thing that really gets me. There is a history of their perjury being utterly ignored by courts. We know they lie as common practice. You can tell your lawyer they lie, and he/she might believe it.

Sparrow's court session, on the other hand, was a hoot to read, as the Scilons' lies were exposed and questioned by a judge who seemed amused by their posturings and lies. I'd like to see more sessions like that.

The courts are bound by jurisprudence & due process. They are not permitted to take past history into account for current behavior, even if nothing has changed. It's one of the reasons our courts are so fucked up. How many times have you heard of a criminal court case where a judge refused to allow verifiable, quantifiable evidence to be heard in a case because it was "prejudicial"? Yet, they allow defense attorneys to lie like the devil & falsely implicate sound witnesses of criminal conduct, in order to improve their chances of winning a case.

The case against Sparrow should have been dismissed before it went to trial, but judges are so worried about having their actions reversed on appeal, thus endangering their careers, especially if they are elected, that they endure lengthy litigation & trials at great cost to all involved.

Hubbard's idea of justice for everyone except him was a quasi-military tribunal, called a Committee of Evidence. Ironically, if the scientology organisation or staff were subjected to the same procedure, they would easily get convicted.
  23. Smurf Member

Not if the committee members were improperly influenced... ka-ching.

True. And Hubbard wrote policies that provide many opportunities for improper influence in Comm Evs. Come to think of it, military tribunals are less unjust.

^posts like this seem to all be from the same poster --

This thread is in the post-game section of the forums -- (apparently, emphasis is needed)

Extended advice about raiding other orgs, attending other non-Scilon protests, and other stuff that doesn't have to do with cult post-game is an unwelcome derail.

We hope to at some point be able to refer back to these post-games -- perhaps just for amusement and perhaps for something more important.

Please start another thread for non-post-game stuff.

  27. It looks to me like he is smiling in spite of himself. Can't be sure since I wasn't there. If this is true then, it looks like Moog got to him. So much for the vaunted TRzero skills.

I don't necessarily think it was the same day, though -- Jeff's smile and the hilarious pose. He definitely wasn't walking by when the picture was taken.

However, it WAS the day of the infamous "Jerry's Graph" -- I bet Jerry saw moog and had the batshit thought to put us in our place!

(any excuse to repost this!) --
