Symbol suggestion For use on banners flyers whatever: an image of a fingerprint with a red circle and diagonal line over it, like the 'No Smoking'[/url:14riqiwj] signs. No fingerprint - no identity - Anonymous. I think that's pretty symbolic. Any artists please give it a try.
I like the symbolism idea, and if I could draw, I'd take a shot at it. But I think the classic bodiless suit should suffice.
I like that one too, it reminds me of MIB and Will Smith. Here's the video I saw asking about symbols so I just came up with something. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z093OxGRWY4
Here's a brief outline: [/url:2pif0s9q] I've only added the text so far, but that was about all I could do in paint... Maybe if the fingerprint fades from the and get darker at the bottom that will look good? Or maybe the other way around? I'm not too sure about the red anit-fingerprint symbol, but it might be worth a shoot.
Actually the no fingerprints - no identity - anonymous was a description of what the pic meant, I didn't think to add it as text. but if it looks good and you like it go ahead and do it. ;
Okay, this is just an idea. But maybe have the fingerprint swirl in a way that resembles a question mark?
I was just giving a basic idea to work with that I thought was good, feel free to add or alter whatever you like.
I REALLY like the suit and barcode and feel it is the best symbol we could have. This I'm not a huge fan of...I may change my mind. Right now it seems kind of meh.
I prefer the suit myself. It's just fun to come up with something new that might turn out good. As I said, that was about all I could do in Paint it seemed... What might be a good idea is if the fingerprint melts and runs down and forms the words "NO FINGERPRINT. NO IDENTITY. ANONYMOUS." or something like that, or do something completely different.
The only thing I could think of to change it was the fingerprint morphing into the barcode. Perhaps something a little more Scio related?
Suits and barcodes are gutteral, this is too heady to really be effective on its own - but if you think it's a cool idea keep on it!
I'm a fan of the Suit myself. Some people might not get the fingerprint idea, or associate it with Anon. People already know the Suit, so for now we should stick with that.
I prefer the suit. "No fingerprint" may make people believe what we are doing might be considered illegal, and are trying to avoid identification by police. Forensics are most notably associated with the police.
