A few of us met for a raid last Saturday, including ex-Scientologist Jim Little. For the first time since Ace got arrested back in 2009, we decided to raid on the same side of the street as the Org. In no time, a cop showed up in a paddywagon. After several Scientologists talked to him ina row, he came over to us and said "Do me a favor and go across the street". He said we weren't violating ordinance or impeding traffic like they claimed, but we would be helping him out if we moved. Two more cops arrived with their lights flashing. After speaking with them, the first cop came back to us and said "Go across or I cuff you", and wouldn't explain further. The laws must have changed in the intervening 5 minutes. We at least had a good convo with Jim and his daughter when they arrived.
Good job St. Louis. Pressure on both sides of the state can't be helping them. For whatever it's worth, the ACLU has been helpful with our struggles on this end. If you're getting railroaded by the police, get in touch with them. You can PM me for top sekret contactz with teh ACLUfags if you want. Let us know when you're protesting next. Maybe some of the KCfags will make the trip there. But only if you promise that none of us will get shot.
That's really disappointing to hear that about the police situation. But I'm happy to see St. Louis reporting again! I love you guys.
