They might cost the dupes over seven thousand dollars, but if I can by a DVD player for fifty bucks at K-Mart, they probably cost the cult about $20

After having spent the last few months laboriously going over your figures I have finally concluded that three sparrows in the hand are actually worth nine sparrows in the bush.

I think we should start harpoon of emails to get the FDA to get off their asses on this.

I'm going to call first thing Monday morning. And I'm going to keep calling until I get a real person on the line.

I don't care if it -is- Labor Day.

(Seriously though, first thing Tuesday morning.)

^^This. Browsing around the FDA docket, there seems to be many filings that just languish endlessly.

So for those who have the optimal perks of being able to flash raid stress test booths with e-meters in plain sight - Do plox gather pix & dox to send in with your FDA harpoons!!

^^FDA + E-meters.... abit more prickly to smack in the ass, and obviously needs moar lube to get 'er done.

    Thank you.
I have been preparing a series of things I need to confirm about stress test tables in my area. but the check list gets most of it.

Should we start a Pooning the FDA thread?

    Check list

    1. Date, Time and Address of E-Meter sighting.
    2. How many E-meters were in use?
    3. Did the E-Meter /'s have a FDA warning label affixed and prominently displayed?
    4. If known what was the name of the person using the E-meter?
    5. Do you have a photo of the E-Meter in use?
    6. Did you hear what the person using it said? Where they using in in a strictly religious setting? If no what was the setting?

Just to start you all off with.

thats more or less what COS first said about the efforts of Anonymous
    they are eating crow now
when and if this attempt does make a difference, would you care for bite?

I don't think anyone expects the FDA to do much to enforce Judge Gesell's dusty, perpetually ignored order. I doubt the honorable judge has even yawned in his grave, much less rolled over. However, OSA is obligated to do something about it, and it's probably something stupid.

We'll probably also never know what it is. However, it wastes their time and energy. "The purpose of the lawsuit is not to win, but to harass." It would be nice to win, since it would be nice if court orders against this cult were actually enforced, but that doesn't need to happen for it to be worth doing.

Isn't it the role of citizens to inform LE when they see something wrong ? (Disclaimer: not a US citizen.)

When LE are on site (don't call them), asking and providing them with a copy of the decision, could lead to some wins, IMHO.
