Tommy provides an HCOB from 1959 in which Hubbard writes says that people must be audited before they can leave, and forced to 'fess up. He also says a few other things that are obviously just insane (I have made a few notes).

This document, along with the SP Times articles should go to the California and Florida (for a start) Dept's of Labor. The retention of the final pay packet, as well as the enforced use of lie detectors, as stipulated in the first paragraph are illegal.

I copied one earlier asking why it was okay for Tommy D. to try smearing people with info from their auditing files, when the Australian "church" was claiming a dead soldiers file was "sacrosanct confessional information" that couldn't be released to the coroner? It's disappeared now, along with several others.

in NJ (poss other states - i don't know) it doesn't matter volunteer or employee. if payment is exchanged it's for services or charity or charitable reimbursement - like for car mileage, resources, expenses.......

if these employees are claiming this pay that isn't really classified as pay on their income tax returns, it's payment for services plain and simple. even in gray areas the law is on the employee's side. and in a lot of states you can't withhold pay for any reason other than docking for time not worked --which has to be documented.

I love it. The cos appears to be in a death spiral and all OSA can think to do is hit the abuse button on some internet comments.

Meanwhile another 600+ follow up news articles will hit the net about the new sp times series alone.

Looks like we are gunning for 2000+ negative stories for november to add to the 2000 from oct.

From the standpoint of advertising/marketing, this sort of repetition is overwhellming. Keep hitting the abuse button osa. Meanwhile, Rome is burning.
