The "Attachment 4" provided by Tommy Davis in "Scientology's response" confirms that Scientology actually does NOT allow people to simply to leave. Also, does that count as a "leak" by Tommy?

Tommy provides an HCOB from 1959 in which Hubbard writes says that people must be audited before they can leave, and forced to 'fess up. He also says a few other things that are obviously just insane (I have made a few notes).

Scientology already has a crappy reputation in Clearwater. The only supporters they have around here in are in the offices of attorney Wally Pope, and the One Stop Shopp. You should hear the car horns beeping their support when the protests are going on.

I've said and even thought the same thing before, but this feels very different. This feels like the shitstorm surrounding the cult is hitting critical mass. Still, I'm not sure if Eternal October is the beginning of the end, or if it's more like the middle of the end. One thing for sure: the Eternal October will be even worse for the CoS than the Eternal September has been for Usenet users.

We have confirmed reports that scilons are abusing the "Report abuse" button on the screens to remove damning or critical posts by Anons or the general public. Clicking this on a message removes it immediately. Someone says that SP times is aware of the abuse of this, I don't know that for sure or not. But the report abuse button is being used actively by the scilons now to remove any post they don't like.

It's pretty sad how they carry on the illusion that Scientology is not only expanding, but it's doing so at an enormously rapid rate. It also helps them keep this belief that every time Scientology is attacked, it expands. Isn't there a kung fu movie with a line similar to this?
