Riverside Supervisors meeting June 15, 2010

From the June 15, 2010 meeting of the Riverside County Board of Supervisors (Jeff Stone was absent):

The video below is not related to Scientology. The speaker is Robert Mabee and he has been accusing the County of illegal grading for many months.

Nooooo! Damn coward, I was so looking forward to seeing his smug grin getting wiped off.

Not too sure about AO's speech, the delivery wasn't very good and it came off rambling.

    HAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHA

AO thinks Stone won the election.
Does he get his info from Smurf???

Ha, how stupid he must look sucking up to Stone and praising his "win".

    tl;dw

AO praises Stone's election "win" and says everyone failed because only he showed up at two of Stone's campaign events. He blames flaccid protesters for Stone winning.

I was ready to allow that AO was merely referring to Stone just winning in the Riverside County portion of the 36th district ( whereas he lost in the San Diego portion).
But it is really hard to tell.

The purpose of the video really is to complain about others (flaccid protesters) not protesting Stone at his rallies. AO said he failed as well, but gave himself pats on the back as well.

And did he really praise Sarah Palin at the end or did he call her a fascist that took over the teabagger movement?
AO really needs to learn how to make his thoughts more straightforward.

So when he said he wasn't being sarcastic, at first I thought that was him being sarcastic. But on the second viewing I realise he wasn't being at all sarcastic when he said he wasn't being sarcastic.

Ok now I'm really confused, did AO actually realise Stone lost the election?

When I first watched it I thought he was being sarcastic or trying to make a joke of it, but the delivery of it was so poor that I wasn't too sure what the hell he was doing.

Can someone ask him for clarification? And tell him to lern2publicspeaking while they're at it?

    LOL. Yep.

I think his point about Palin was to imply that she's such a turn-off for so many Murkins that having her as the champion of the TPers means the TP movement won't go anywhere for a while, until they dump her. He could be right about that; I don't make many predictions of how the masses will think/act any more, so I'll leave that to the AOs of the world. :)

FWIW, as a TPer myself, I'm not enamored with Palin (she seems bizarrely airheaded to me, although I agree with her on a lot of things -- though not all) and find the conservative enthusiasm toward her likely more indicative of desperation born of disgust for McCain, Bush(es), et al than anything else. (She is a MILF tho; that can't hurt, at least with the guys.) Conservatives really want another Reagan, and are frustrated waiting for him/her.

He did this in the comments section of the video:

"AO here: Jeff Stone lost the Cal Senate 36th district elections, which includes both Riverside and San Diego. I know that. The point made was that in Riverside county alone, where 400+ people are held captive behind spiked fences, were people work 100 hour weeks for no pay, where torture is motivation, where beatings are condoned, our protests and other activities have failed.

Jeff Stone won, we lost. Stop bickering among yourselves and write letters instead of two million Internet posts."

FYI - the protests & "activities" of anons regarding Gold Base did more to educate and make people aware of Scientology's actions than anyone else managed to do, including AO when he pranced around in a speedo & fishnet stockings in downtown Hemet. AO's a legend in his own mind.

It should be noted that AO was very much a part of the "two million Internet posts" before his behavior got him booted from WWP & ESMB. Now, he spends his days gloating behind a podium at council meetings rather than looking for an attorney to represent him in his Gold Base assault case - two attorneys have already walked away from him.

I'm terribly sorry to hear you're a part of a cult, but this isn't the appropriate site. Here we deal with the Scientology cult and its malign influence on society, not with what a pseudoconservative war cult based on fictional works and nationalistic thinking has to say in its dying days after almost 30 years of driving the western world into a ditch.

Though the Tea Baggers and Scientology have interesting parallels which emphasise the cult-like nature of the two groups (a devotion to fictional literature as though it were fact, a paranoid worldview where "they" are out to get you, a cynical and self-serving use or complete hostility towards social justice, a collection of front groups to propagandize the culture with their views, a desire to overthrow democratic order and replace it with a controlled society where rights are strictly limited to those who are sufficiently loyal to the group's narrow ideology, a devotion to a charismatic leader whose track record is mostly fictional) this isn't the site that deals with the Tea Bag cult.

Though I do wish anyone who seeks exit from a mind-controlling cult, be it Scientology or the Tea Baggers, the best of luck in acclimatizing to the real world and getting their life in order.

Most of what you just wrote has nothing to do with me, but thanks for your concern. :)
