Here's Baca chatting with a couple of people affiliated with the special needs folks. There was a large group out today to discuss the ramifications of the budget cuts. Baca said that after the meeting they were holding a big rally somewhere, which was where he was headed too. He wasn't there during the public comments portion of the meeting but Julie Glick from the Press Enterprise was. My Board response vid is uploading now.

She was involved in a civil suit in North San Diego County in 2008 for "Unlawful Detainer" (case 37-2008-00036901-CL-UD-NC), with a David P. Buettner as defendants sued by "Deutsche Bank National Trust Company". He's associated with the "Fallbrook Skatepark Inc". This is a IRS-recognized non-profit, with address at 1804 Marymac Place, Fallbrook, CA 92028-4631. There might be more information like a copy of their required annual form 990 filing on the Guidestar.org non-profit website (if anyone is registered there, like "R. Hill" who uses something like that to research known Scilon corporations). The booklet might have not been handed to each of the sups but it was shown up on a projector for all of them to see. (I have no idea if that actually counts)
