Riverside D.A., Rod Pacheco battling to keep position The sleazeball is getting a run for his money.... District Attorney Rod Pacheco battling to keep position | Valley News | 8th June 2010 Some history: http://ocmb.xenu.net/ocmb/viewtopic.php?t=30462
Re: Riverside D.A., Rod Pacheco battling to keep position Rod Pacheco LOST. Jeff Stone's son & sister will have a new boss who is not (we hope) a Jeff Stone crony. Maybe he won't want the son and sister if they are bitter and disloyal. The son & sister had better smile and say yes sir because their family leader Stone might lose HIS county job, and they've got to think of themselves. Let's hope they've learned not to kiss CoS's butt. Quote: Judge Paul Zellerbach said today he was "ecstatic" after final vote results showed he had ousted one-term Riverside County District Attorney Rod Pacheco on Tuesday. http://www.pe.com/localnews/inland/stories/PE_News_Local_D_da09.29d5804.html
Re: Riverside D.A., Rod Pacheco battling to keep position Zellerbach needs a complimentary copy of BFG & Scobee books sent to him, along with other poons alerting him to just how abusive & corrupt the cult compound in his backyard truly is.
Re: Riverside D.A., Rod Pacheco battling to keep position Zellerbach contributed $125.00 to Riverside County Sheriff Sniff's re-election campaign, half of what Muriel Dufresne/Golden Era donated. The wife of AO's bail bondsman (who revoked his bail after he harassed Jeff Stone at the courthouse) donated $1,000. Sounds like one big happy family. Fausto's Bail Bonds also contributed alot of $$ to Jeff Stone's family. I wouldn't expect Zellerbach to be that much different to Pacheco when it comes to what's happening at Gold Base. http://www.pe.com/localnews/sbcounty/stories/PE_News_Local_S_sniff05.2f6f78c.html
Re: Riverside D.A., Rod Pacheco battling to keep position pssssfft... a measly $125 from a fellow politician is a save-face pittance, and shows a lack a fervant support imho. all the more reason JudgeZ needs informed of bigger picture concerns before he gets into office.
Re: Riverside D.A., Rod Pacheco battling to keep position Sounds like the new DA has concerns about Pacheco's potential retaliation.... Riverside County District Attorney-elect Paul Zellerbach said today he is concerned with the six-month transition between his election Tuesday and the start of his new job in January. In an interview on PE.com, Zellerbach said he will have to work with whatever budget is obtained by incumbent District Attorney Rod Pacheco, but he is also concerned with any actions Pacheco might take after losing a bruising campaign. "I have a tremendous concern, not only on budgetary issues but on a lot of other issues," Zellerbach said. http://www.pe.com/localnews/stories/PE_News_Local_D_da10.2a1d48.html

Re: Riverside D.A., Rod Pacheco battling to keep position All I want to know is when the APCs run over the wire at Gold.
Re: Riverside D.A., Rod Pacheco battling to keep position Despite the fact that DA Pacheco is out, the Riverside supes voted through, 4-1, a budget where the DA's office had been less than forthcoming about what it plans to do to cut costs. Bob Buster was the only dissenter, and for this reason. However although supervisors John Tavaglione and John Benoit agreed with Buster, they voted with Jeff Stone (friend of Pacheco) to go ahead with the 2010-11 budget. http://www.mydesert.com/article/201...pervisors give OK to tentative 2010-11 budget You'd think they'd hold off or on conditon of requiring the DA's office to resubmit when Zellerbach gets in the chair and reviews the way the office is run.
Re: Riverside D.A., Rod Pacheco battling to keep position with the exception of Bob Buster, the county board of dupes can GDIAF.
