Riverside corruption, Stone, Fausto & Board Supes mtg 10/6

Might be too late for the "ladies" or any other unemployed people planning to fag up the Riverside BOS mtg.

    From the AO bailbond thread
    http://forums.whyweprotest.net/1018739-post292/

Fausto is probably guilty of a misdemeanor (PC 1299.11) because he appears to have apprehend a bail fugitive without proper paperwork and without notifying the police six hours ahead of time.

This thread is NOT about AO or his fail, or even if he was wrongfully arrested.

AO may or may not have had a bond contract that he violated for not phoning bailbondsman weekly. We just don't know, and that would be a civil lawsuit. But, the facts are that Fausto appears to have declared AO a bail fugitive on the spot because he was harassing Stone.

There are only two circumstances, either Fausto DID notify the police six hours ahead of time and the whole thing was a sting set up with Stone, which is very unlikely. But potentially to avoid the criminal charges, it is possible they fake some paperwork to make it look like Fausto called ahead of time, prior to apprehending AO. If they do that, it is a much crazier story for Stone & Fausto to explain.

Or, Fausto just decided on the spot to apprehend AO but in that case, it was NOT exigent circumstances and no court would ever consider a guy showing up at the county courthouse as a flight risk. So Fausto is instantly guilty of 1299.08. (a). He was lacking paperwork and failed to notify the police six hours ahead of time. Also, GB should see if there are phone records of immediate notification to the police that AO was taken into custody.

The local media would probably be interested in a Dawg-pretender hanging out with Stone shooting PR videos who then goes an abuses his bailbonds authority in order to apprehend one of his bailbond clients who is bothering Stone.

Again, there is another thread for AO.. this should be about Riverside & Stone strategy.

If Fausto is guilty of/accused of a misdemeanor, then the appropriate contact would probably be the DA's office and the board regulating bail bondsmen in California. Not the BoS of the CoS. Filing charges instead of showing the board how fagged up they are would be the right thing to do.

Not as exciting as AGP and AO at a meeting, but probably more effective.

Riverside is corrupt. They will do nothing. Take it to a higher level.

I agree the police & DA are who GB will contact about misdemeanor (it helps the coming civil suit).

My point was that Stone should sit though a meeting where the citizens point out that he has cronies abusing power "in his name" and commit crimes because people are bothering him in public (at the courthouse). Would make a great local interest story is any local reporters are in attendance. Also, he pulled it in.

Three minutes - plenty of opportunity for 2:45 of long uncomfortable silence - just put together a list of four or five really awkward questions, and let the air set into jelly waiting for the answer(s)...

Re: Riverside corruption, Stone, Fausto & Board Supes mtg 10/6

I'd prob stay up for that.

Meanwhile, my opinion only: Go with open and awkward.

"Is it true that JS was filming a promotional video with a bounty hunter before AO was illegally arrested for being a douche?"

"I understand why JS supported the continuation of 884(?) a couple of weeks back - after all, he gets donations from Scientology, but what about you (x), (y), and (z) [the other three that arn't Buster] the evidence didn't support it's continuance, so why did you?"

Key is to not get intimidated by silence - or if you get the 'it's your time / 3 minutes' responding that you're quite happy to sacrifice some of it to hear their answers.

Whether stone is there or not "Do the individual supervisors think it is appropriate for someone running for senate to receive donations (with all that publicity and camera etc) from a bounty hunter who illegally arrests someone without giving a reason, and then just leave them for some time in the back of their car, just because that person tried to ask legitimate questions of person in a public place"

The key is the question - and making sure the silence hangs - and if you get a deflecting answer, go back to the question - be more specific or more general as required - deflect the non-answer, or the 'answer a question with a question' and stay on target so they squirm...

Sorry, the "ladies" fag up the Riverside BOS mtg? And who the fuck are you? How much did you contribute to Jeff Stone's campaign?

Lrn2read, AO's contract was already posted in the other thread, but I'll post it here again. Note that it doesn't say anything about AO having to call in every week. So now you know.

Re: Riverside corruption, Stone, Fausto & Board Supes mtg 10/6

I said leave it in the other thread. It is irrelevant to Fausto breaking the "bounty hunter laws". We don't know shit what contracts AO signed. Maybe he signed something at the office and never got a copy. Maybe he isn't including everything. All that was posted was a RECEIPT, and a contract from the banking lender. None of those documents have anything to do with bail contract (unless you think a receipt is all that is needed).

Maybe it was a condition of the bail, or an oral contract. It doesn't really matter though, it's not a "crime" to revoke a bail bond. Please cite California Penal Code where it isn't allowed. Certainly it is a civil suit.

I provided your fail ass with an actual criminal statutory crime committed, but you're such a fag you're more interested in repeating yourself. I regret pointing this out, and frankly GB should have included it in his letter after two minutes of research on the new "bounty hunter" law.

Re: Riverside corruption, Stone, Fausto & Board Supes mtg 10/6

I have looked for an answer for this question but am afraid the answer is above my paygrade.

Fausto has reportedly given the maximum amount of a donation. ($3,900) But he also seemed to be working on some sort of video shoot with Stone.

As mentioned in the other thread, there are restrictions for bail bondsmen giving gifts to certain public officials, it is possible, but not certain that one of these types of officials he is prohibited to giving gifts to is a county Supervisor.

It appears that giving a campaign contribution is a free speech issue, and may not be considered a gift, but the maximum amount has already been given to Stone's campaign and the IRS considers the use of equipment at a reduced rate or free of charge a possible gift.

So IF Stone was using Fausto for any kind of video shoot that the equipment suggests would be something commercial, and something Stone would pay full price for. But with Fausto being a contributor would it be legal or ethical for him to pay him for the use of the equipment ? Or would it be an unethical or illegal method of padding a campaign contribution.

Like I said I don't claim authority on this type of subject but if you tell me to stfu anonymously, or are widely considered some sort of troll, please link to some dox.

    My 2 cents:
    - AO or AGP said that a 3 minutes summary of the video will be presented; I do not know when.
    - It is interesting to do that in the sense that this incident occured minutes after an attempt to ask Jeff Stone questions and that donation from Fausto to Stone.

Re: Riverside corruption, Stone, Fausto & Board Supes mtg 10/6

    No you didn't.

It's quite relevant. AO sent me this information in response to complaints that his contract had not been posted. This is what he had. I would assume if there was other information pertaining to this, he would have included that too.

Who said it was a crime? Fausto may acted inappropriately without committing a crime; that may be a matter for the state to determine.

I only corrected you when you stated that relevant documentation hadn't been provided.

I would suggest that the burden of proof actually lies with Fausto to provide documentation about his "agreement" with AO and that AO violated that agreement. The available evidence does not support his contention. Beyond that, I'm not even sure that if there was such an agreement and AO violated it by missing a scheduled phone call, that would be sufficient basis for the bondsman to arrest his client. I expect that if he followed that rigid protocol regularly, he'd have no clients and be out of business in fairly short order.

Maybe you should have written the letter, since you're such a hotshot legal eagle.

BTW, how's business over there at Fausto's these days?

Determu: bring a pamphlet about Scientolgy without bylines.

    Then say:

Hey mr Stone I know you don't minds Scientology so I'm gonna give you this pamphlet that consists of anonymous posts which shows you how much they love keeping people behinds barbs. I know you like to make up your mind based on such evidence so I'm sure we'll see some sort of ordinance against barbs and residences in the near future. I also assure you a mormon bishop was damaged by barbs close to his home so this has nothing to do with Scientology really.

I am curious, about the timing of the donation. I think that there may have been some time skips in reports. I doubt that the amount of the donation could be determined as quickly as it was if the donation was given on Oct. 2nd.

I believe the donation was given prior, and that in reporting the time of the donation (if I am correct) has become confused.

I find it much more likely that the timing on both the "donation" and the report from the clerk telling AO his file was "fine" may have not been on Oct. the 2nd. Perhaps someone involved could make this more clear.

sorry, just printed up my speech in a controlled setting its around 2 30 seconds or so.

next Thursday that does sound sexy for a anonymous pamphlet without bylines

So how many "can i has your chezburger" cats should it be filled with?

the idea of a "here you go jeff stone here's a anonymous pamphlet" does sound sexy

Re: Riverside corruption, Stone, Fausto & Board Supes mtg 10/6

First of all, it was Fausto film crew (i'm pretty sure) and who knows what they were filming.
If it was for some campaign activity, Stone has to report it on his campaign expenses. If it was a Fausto commercial or whatever, then who cares what he does.

Also, what kind of complete idiot is still talking about a "gift" being the same as a campaign contribution. For one thing, Stone's office is not restricted any more then any other public official (from bailbondsmen) read who cannot receive gifts. Also, a campaign contribution is not a fucking gift.

Finally, I'm not sure where the filming of a donation story came from. GB is reporting he found out about a recent $3900 contribution, so we'll have to assume it is true... I think Fyde is correct that a clerk can only know if Fausto donated during the LAST reporting period.

If someone plays AGP video.. Someone should jump up and yell.. YO, FAUSTO YOU DOIN' SOME GREAT WORK, AND IMMA LET YOU FINISH, BUT DAWG IS THE BEST BOUNTY HUNTER EVER.

Re: Riverside corruption, Stone, Fausto & Board Supes mtg 10/6

He was filming some footage for some reason. I personally don't think it was related to a campaign donation like AGP speculates. But there is a camera crew and they were getting footage. On AGP video you can here discussion with Stone about "I think we have enough footage". Also later during AO being taken away, the camera guy is rolling just to get some action shots. (Or maybe because weirdos are causing a scene and following with their own camera)

Re: Riverside corruption, Stone, Fausto & Board Supes mtg 10/6

Reports suggest that Stone and Fausto were being filmed for some promo piece relating to the donation - I speculate 'hand over the cheque on camera'

Whether Stone or Fausto paid for the cameraman is not known - but the camera guy happily filmed Fausto taking AO back to Fausto's car, putting AO semi-willingly into handcuffs, and thrusting him into the back seat, theretofore waiting upon his whim...
