Good grief. The Skeptic Tank ( http://www.SkepticTank.org/ ) has Google's AdSense added to it recently and now I find that the Scientology fucktard crooks' advertising is being shown on pages that expose the criminal enterprise's crimes and human rights abuses. Does anyone know how I can block/remove Scientology from advertising on my web site? Report these fucking crooks as fraud spammers, perhaps, since they're selling frauds?
If you're using FF, install Adblock Plus. http://adblockplus.org/en/ They also have a version for Chrome.
I think the idea is to get rid of their ability to abuse the AdSense system with their fraudulent child-abusing scam. Permanently. Of course - it would be nice to take their moneys and make sure their ads appear only on pages that expose them for the nasty cult that they are.
I wish I knew DamOTclese. I'm sure I've seen a solution discussed on WWP but can't find it. Hopefully another anon knows how.
If the visitors to a skeptic site can't recognise a scam advert on it, then the rest of the site isn't doing its job.
That's all very true. In fact it has been very informative. I found a way to block Scientology frauds being advertized on my web site but what is interesting is the results. What happened was I allowed graphic ads with Scientology frauds and advertizement revenue from click-ons dropped to nearly zero. I reverted back to text ads and blocked all known Scientology fraud URLs and now people are actually interested in the links that are matched to the text of my 70,000+ web pages. It does mean that people recognize a scam when they see it. I wish there was a research paper on the phenomena.
One of my all-time fave videos about scientology. Here is the original link http://www.mediacurves.com/Religion/J7477-Scientology/Index.cfm
Amazing. It's amazing that the criminal enterprise still have customers. How stupid does someone have to be to *still* be giving these fucking crooks their money? Amazing.
They have to be incredibly ignorant of readily available information, they're certainly not doing their homework before parting with their cash. It's as simple as: Google: Scientology
It's probably true that the Scientology crooks are targeting third world countries with minimal Internet access solely because they can't find customers in informed nations.
We have seen an effort in Los Angeles by the Scientology crooks to infiltrate Negro groups in poor communities which begs the question of why since the crooks are only interested in money.
