I suggested something like handling out leaflets during lunch around L&W offices.

If I'm not tied to something else, for a start, I hope to draft an email to all L&W partners, and lawyers, with all the facts and links. All email addresses are listed on their websites. (Hope somebody will do the writing but I hope to send something by April 12.)

Exactly. The socially conscious super intense pro-bono attorney who stands for justice at all costs is a Hollywood creation for the most part. Business is business and all money spends the same.

Latham and friends get a nice chunk of change for representing CofS and frankly that's all they care about. All their clients care about is getting their moneys worth. Anyone who expects different is setting them self up for major disappointment. The only way Latham would give up CofS is if continued relations hurt the $bottom line$.

    good luck getting a response.

when this shit first hit the fan, I sent out an email to all their media contacts and some partners, NOT ONE RESPONSE, only a couple of "I am on maternity leave".

    Re: Project Dead Law Firm

The Church of Scientology (“CoS”), more appropriately referred to as the Scientology Enterprise, is protected by a number of expensive and powerful national law firms. A list can be provided. Such a list would be headed by Gerald Feffer, Esq. of Williams & Connelly in Washington, DC. Apparently, he has strong D
oJ access and influence. Feffer and in-house counsel Kendrick L. Moxon received special awards for the reversal of the Federal Government’s opposition to the tax status.

Moxon also received KHA-KHAN status for that. See, Hubbard Communications Office HCO POLICY LETTER OF 25 MAY 1982 KHA-KHAN, ETHICS PROTECTION. As a Kha-Khan he gets “to be forgiven the death penalty ten times in case in the future he did anything wrong.” Hubbard Communications Office HCO POLICY LETTER OF 1 September 1965 Issue VII, Division 1, Ethics, ETHICS PROTECTION. ‘And Ethics must recognize a Kha-Kha when it sees one-and tear up the bad report chips on the person with a yawn.” In other words, per policy, attorney Moxon “can get away with murder so long as his statistic is up …” And for others there is the immunity of the Lisa release and waiver agreement that absolves that Church of liability for any death or injuries that its policies and practices may cause.

Many of these HCO Policy Letters are in what is one of “the green volumes.” L. Ron Hubbard,The Organization Executive Course, HCO Division, Volume 1. The earlier the edition the better because many have been altered over the years in violation of the ‘Doctrine of Source’ which holds that only Hubbard could make changes to the Policy Letters (“the green volumes”) and the Technical Bulletins (“the red volumes”). The older Scientologists believed in Scource (a.k.a L. Ron Hubbard) and they have long noticed the alterations that David Miscavige (“DM”) has made to what is loosely called “the Tech.”

If someone makes an unauthorized alterations to Scientology, of blends it with something else such as Werner Erhard, they are labeled “a Squirrel” which is a form of high crime and suppression. That is why some former Scientologists refer to DM as being the ultimate Squirrel, for having made alterations to Hubbard’s Tech after his death. This violates HCO POLICY LETTER OF 7 FEBUARY 1965 Keeping Scientology Working Series 1 (“KSW #1) which is the most basic Scientology policy letter of all. Hubbard writes, in effect, that “Neglect of” KSW #1 is a HIGH CRIME resulting in a Comm Ev (“a Committee of Evidence”) and penalties (punishments). Because DM has the highest post or “hat” in the Scientology enterprise, because he frequently issues IRS violating “orders across corporate lines,” he is guilty of a HIGH CRIME for neglecting KSW #1 and causing the State of Emergency.

However, DM has “busted” almost every member of the entire senior management strata of the church down on to “the decks,” on to the RPF, on to the RPF’s RPF [and that is unlawful imprisonment], or in to “the SP room” or “the Hole” at GOLD Base. Here they eat, sleep and work at or under their work tables. There are over 40 former senior executives of the Church living in the Hole at Gilman Hot Springs. DM holds “their eternity” in his hands so they daren’t risk being formally “Declared a Suppressive Person,” and kept on the base indefinitely like some (For example Annie Broeker, a most tragic example) or “off-loaded.” It is almost impossible to escape. The Base is criss-crossed with electronic sensors, listening devices and cameras. At times there have been dangerous attack dogs. in the mid 1990s it was called “armed and dangerous” in the Church of Scientology v. Fishman and Geertz case. See There still are weapons there and there have been dangerous incidents. If you do manage to escape up the hill then there is the Eagle’s Nest to contend with.

There is an Eagle on every Watch at The Base. Eagle takes the 30 minute or so climb up the mountain to Eagle’s Nest which is a gun bunker set into the mountain with an “eagle eye view” over the entire GOLD base. Eagle has a high powered snipers weapon. One Eagle had been so brutalized by DM’s brutal physical violence against some of the staff that he kept the cross-hairs of his sniper’s rifle trained on DM’s head every where he walked on the Base. When this was discovered during a Security or Sec check, the Base Security Guard was quickly Off-Post and Off-Base.

The Eagle is not allowed to attend to any toilet functions on the mountain. He must hold it in until the end of the Watch. One particular Eagle did not hold it in and did what young mother’s call a number two. To try and cover up his “overt,” he set fire to the piece of toilet paper he had carried up,“just in case.” However, he didn’t just destroy the evidence of his ‘dump.’ The whole damn mountain side went up in flames and poor Eagle was on the E meter for weeks while they tried to locate his “overts.” Meanwhile, there is an old red fire truck parked on the base and which has to be pushed or towed where-ever it might be needed.

If you did manage to escape up the mountain and past Eagle, you would finally go over the top and down the other side. NOT. Most likely you would be confronted by terrifying security teams of a military base with tunnels drilled deep into the mountainside. In fact, when Lockheed tunneled into the mountainside they cut through and destroyed what gave Gilman Hot Springs its name. Despite that, I am told that the then owner of the Gilman desert resort continued to offer “hot springs” from concealed hot water heaters! After that little fraud ran its course, the declining property was purchased by Hubbard’s agents using a dummy front company. Now DM and the Scientology enterprise effectively control the City of Hemet and Riverside County politics, courts and government. Not quite.

The Base Manager, former Captain Ken Hoden was supposed to secure a permanent solution to the periodic problem of pickets and protests outside GOLD Base bringing all “production” inside GOLD Base to an absolute standstill. For example, in the year 2000 Keith Henson solo-picketed (for the most part) outside GOLD Base every day from mid May to mid September. So every one man and his picket sign halted production at GOLD, the location of which is a secret to Scientologists but easily viewed on Google earth. See my separate summary: . Sections L & M.

DM decided that if California State Highway 79 were to be moved from its present route and diverted down the highway beyond the river bed, then the old State Highway could be closed off and closed down, and ‘poof,’ the protest and picketing threat to the mentally-manipulated Base staffers would be permanently solved. The church would not need expenses like eight private investigators parked near then 81 year old Ida Camburns home, so they could harass her and her elderly neighbors in the retirement mobile home park and cause them to stop providing food and shelter to Keith Henson and other picketers, myself included. I was also doing my own solo pickets at both the GOLD Base, L. Ron Hubbard Way and 6331 Hollywood Boulevard.

Base Manager Rev. Ken Hoden had failed to adequately “handle” the public service administrators who had decided that the Church of Scientology would not get whatever it wanted on this issue. State Highway 79 would continue its gentle curve through the middle of GOLD Base. Consequently, DM “busted” Ken Hoden on to the Rehabilitation Project Force (“the RPF”), Scientology’s chain of Soviet style gulags: hard labor, re-education and confinement quarters located in Los Angeles, CA., Clearwater, FL., Copenhagen, Denmark; Scientology claims that the RPF is voluntary and one does sign a waiver a consent, but in circumstances that are highly coercive. The RPF has its own separate punishment gulag, the RPFs RPF. It comes complete with a Master at Arms and a Bosun to keep every in line and intimidated. Those on the RPF generally wear black-arm bands, run every where, are not permitted to talk on post, do menial work, are not allowed off-base, liberty (“libs”), etc. Marty Ratbhun, who worked with DM on then IRS Commissioner Goldberg, was last known to “those in the know,” to be on the RPF at the furniture manufacturing building (“the joinery”). “Aren’t you Marty Rathbun? You’re the Inspector General of RTC [“Religious Technology Center”], whispered one RPFer. “Not any longer. Now I’m just another shithead.” Marty Rathbun witnessed what went down in 1991, between DM and Commissioner Goldberg of the IRS. Marty Rathbun is now feared dead. Another Scientology cancer related death.

Ken Hoden was driven to PAC Base. PAC Base is the Scientology enterprise’s Pacific Area Command and it is located at L. Ron Hubbard Way in Hollywood, CA. L. Ron Hubbard Way bisects the Scientology enterprises “Big Blue” complex of buildings that were once the Cedars of Lebanon hospital buildings. I am told that there are old hospital tunnels under the street and hundreds of health, fire and safety building violations. These include over-crowding in the rooms. For example, Berthing or dormitory rooms for four hold six, eight and twelve people. However, when warning of a fire department inspection comes then some staffers will avoid sleep for days or sleep at their desks. Other staffers will remove the excess bunks and return the rooms to building code compliance. After the Fire Department departs the over-crowding violations are immediately replaced and all staffers can have their own bunk again.

The RPF and the RPFs RPF in Hollywood, CA is said to be in the old part of Big Blue and on the second floor of the wing facing on to Catalina Street at the junction of Fountain Avenue.

Feffer is also one of David Miscaviges personal attorneys. Interestingly, along with most of the attorneys within the inner legal circle of the Scientology organization, Feffer is a top white collar crime defense attorney. “The criminal accuses others of things which he himself is using.” Hubbard Communications Office, HCO BULLETIN OF 15 SEPTEMBER 1981, THE CRIMINAL MIND. “THE CRIMINAL ONLY SEES OTHERS AS HE HIMSELF IS.”

    His contact information is:

    Gerald A. Feffer, Esq.
    Williams & Connolly LLP
    725 Twelfth St., N.W.
    Washington, D.C. 20005
    202-434-5007 (phone)
    202-434-5407 (fax)

From about 1995 through until recently, the Scientology enterprise’s lead attack dog big law firm was the New York Office of the Los Angeles based international law firm of Paul Hastings, a 1,200 attorney law firm in 18 offices around the globe. Samuel (“Sandy”) D. Rosen was the lead attorney/pit-bull for that firm. He has since left the firm and continues to represent RTC as a sole practitioner. It appears from court papers that his ex-wife alleged that Rosen struck her and threw her down the stairs of his grand New Jersey home. In Judge Whyte’s court room he threatened to “smash my face in,” as witnessed and later discussed on the record. He charges over $600.00 per hour, requires two first class aircraft seats (he is that wide) and five star hotel accommodation.

As you all know, the Scientology enterprise has retained the law firm of Latham & Watkins to unmask, defame, intimidate and to “third party” selected young participants in Anonymous. Here the church is using “reverse-processing” to spread defamatory information to third persons (a neighbor or employer) under the guise of conducting a “investigation … in the criminal activities of Graham Berry. What do you know about him molesting children, etc?” HCO PL 26 DECEMBER 1968 THE THIRD PARTY LAW and HCO PL 24 FEBRUARY 1969 JUSTICE and HCO PL 15 MARCH 1969 THIRD PARTY HOW TO FIND ONE and HCO PL 30 APRIL 1965 EMERGENCY, STATE OF.

The last Policy Letter is also interesting for another reason. It sets forth policies that must be closely followed during the period the Scientology enterprise is in the Emergency condition. Included are increased ethics punishments, decreased income, no new hiring or new staff, and the removal of all of the executive staff.

“Luke, listen to the tech. It will show you the way to their Achilles heels.” I was taught by the first and best team of former senior Scientologists put together as expert witnesses in civil litigation (the Church of Scientology International v. Fishman & Geertz case). In particular, the late Robert Vaughan Young was my tutor. He was at the very top of the Public Relations Division until he was busted into pig sties (“pig berthing”). Scientologists appear to have a much higher incidence of cancer-related deaths. One reason is that Scientology insists on using its auditing and processing methods of treatment (as explained in NOTS 34, SEQUENCE FOR HANDLING A PHYSICAL CONDITION). Before died of prostate cancer he built this excellent resource for victims of the disease. It remains as one of his memorials.

Latham is a Los Angeles bases law firm with over 2, 100 lawyers in 26 offices. Anonymous is capable of sustaining first amendment type activity in connection with each of those offices:

Barcelona Madrid Rome Brussels Milan San Diego Chicago Moscow San Francisco Dubai Munich Shanghai Frankfurt New Jersey Silicon Valley Hamburg New York Singapore Hong Kong Northern Virginia Tokyo London Orange County Washington D.C. Los Angeles Paris

Latham’s managing partner is located at its San Francisco office:

The Latham partner in charge of the Church of Scientology matters is David Schindler, Esq. He is located at the firm’s Los Angeles office:

    David J. Schindler
633 West Fifth Street, Suite 4000

Latham competes aggressively for the top students from the nation’s top law schools. Many of those law students, student newspapers and law reviews can express their concern about a leading national law firm crossing over to the dark side, taking millions of dollars to try and shudder young freedom fighters into silence.

The project’s objective could be to lawfully and publicly shame Latham & Watkins (‘Latham”) into recognizing that it’s recent acceptance of the Scientology enterprise as a client, and Latham’s recent activity on behalf of the Scientology enterprise, is contrary to the fine track-record and the best interests of the fourth largest law firm in the United States, and that it is contrary to both the public interest and the best interests of the first amendment generally.

To put it another way, Latham should not be representing the Church of Scientology for the same or similar reasons that it would not have represented the Russian Communist Party, the Chinese Communist Party, Hitler’s Nazi Party or any other totalitarian organization dedicated to total global domination (“Clearing the Planet”), the elimination of all other religions, the elimination of freedom of speech or thought, and the extermination of all those people who impede that goal (“Criminals” or “Suppressive Persons”). In the Scientology controlled society only Scientologists are to have any human or civil rights whatsoever. Suppressive Persons, such as those participating in Anonymous, have no human rights and no civil rights. They may be deceived and destroyed by any available means by any Scientologist or attorney and private investigator employed by the Church of Scientology. Anonymous believes those goals are in conflict with the good consciences of most of the 2,100 lawyers of Latham, and its thousands of other employees in its 26 offices, around the globe. Of course, Anonymous could also encourage the governments to just cut off the head of the octopus, peel back the layers of the onion, and to follow the tears of the money trail. After all, in my opinion, the Scientolgy is an international and domestic terror group with its headquarters in the United States. and terror and 75

IMHO There should be daily pickets of all of Latham's offices, each of their attorneys should receive emails explaining why Latham should be ashamed of it's representation of a totalitarian and seditious organization such as the Scientology enterprise. The legal and related media should be contacted:; The Los Angeles Daily Journal; The New York Law Journal; The Wall Street Journal; The New York Times: The Los Angeles Times; The American Lawyer. The law firm's buildings and it's client's offices should be fliered. Fliers should find their way into the food deliveries to the various offices. Each Latham attorney and employee should receive and appropriate email I will separately post a copy of one that J.Swift published on Operation Clambake Message Board.

Here is the link to the series of posts containing an excellent letter to read and support.[/QUOTE]

IMHO this project is the single most important project for every ANON to get behind. ANON needs to Rock the Latham Boat because Latham is coming right after ANON.

The Scientology enterprise has hired Latham & Watkins to "utterly destroy" every single ANON member and to put each of their "heads on a pike" as a warning to others. I have litigated against this hydra-headed octopus for 18 years. I have no doubt of this.

ANON must get the first PR win here by Rocking the Boat that Latham is manning for the cult. Accordingly, every Anon needs to take part so that Anon can head the black knights, the soldiers of darkness, off at the pass.

If this project succeeds in shaming Latham away from representing America's own Taliban, the corporations of Scientology, then it is probable no other top tier law firm will want to so soil its hands and image either. The cult with then be relegated to a more level legal playing field upon which to fight Anon.

You know lawyers, I don't expect responses when one of them are in the case of sending "warning" letter. If every partner and employee read about the dark side of CoS, that's good enough for me.

I remembered reading J Swift's thread. If everything are supposed to be included in an email, it's easy work.

There are flyering teams and mini raids all the time. I ask if my local guys who live closer to LA think about L&W offices.

^THIS is actually made of awesome and WIN because DM has no real command structure or #1 in place should he fall (coup anyone?). In this case, if you cut the head off this snake, it will die. Leaderless resistance pwns.
  10. Re: Project Dead Law Firm

That is an amazingly well written and informative set of posts. Any worries that the entire set may be TL;DR? Or, should the length be considered an advantage? Also any suggestions for titles, so far the best I can come up with is "Regarding Lathan & Watkins recent support of a master race cult"

Also, I don't know how exactly these types of idea's are transfered to current activisim or stickied on breaking news, but I am 100% for Mr. Berry's post to move to either one.
  11. Re: Project Dead Law Firm

Sorry for the double post, but I just wanted to throw up here what I have sampled from OCBM J. Swift

Warning very long, wanted to know if there is anything suggested for cutting or if the letters they sent should be put into this. Also removed a couple lines in which the question of him being a devout jew. I didn't feel it was necessary but if the hive thinks it should be returned I will.

In this letter, I will use Scientology's own scriptures to show Mr. Schindler and Latham & Watkins LLP partners, associates, and the media why Scientology is a Master Race group that embodies a call for Genocide in its scriptures.

At the outset, I will refresh Mr. Schindler's memory by reminding him that eleven top Scientology's leaders signed a Stipulation of Evidence in which they plead to being White Collar Criminals in the Cult's infamous "Operation Snow White."

The Stipulation of Evidence listed numerous felonies in what was the largest ever case of Domestic Espionage. Over 500 FBI Agents raided Scientology offices in D.C. and L.A. in 1978 and seized 100,000's of files, many of which Scientology operatives had stolen from the US Gov't in a program of systematic burglaries and wiretapping against the IRS and other agencies. Mary Sue Hubbard, the wife of L. Ron Hubbard, signed the Stipulation and went to prison while L. Ron Hubbard remained in hiding as an unindicted co-conspirator in Operation Snow White.

There is anecdotal evidence that suggests CoS has, on a few occasions, crossed over into being a Red Collar Criminal group -- as in the Cult's internal and external enemies suddenly turning up inexplicably dead. Scientology's top critic in Clearwater, Florida was named Shawn Lonsdale. Shawn was found dead of "suicide" in his home under strange circumstances recently. L. Ron Hubbard's Fair Game policy allows Scientologists to attack Scientology critics:

ENEMY SP Order. Fair game. May be deprived of property or injured by any means by any Scientologist without any discipline of the Scientologist. May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed.

    Copyright c 1967

Mr. Schindler, don't turn away from this. You are an Attorney of Record for Scientology. You are also a member of The House of Justice. I will show you why you have a major ethical and religious conflict in your life and law practice at present. Please hear me out on this and then decide for yourself.

    1. In June of 1965, L. Ron Hubbard took the bizarre step of declaring Scientologists to be a new and distinct race that was separate from, and superior to Homo Sapien, the race into which he himself was born and belonged. This spurious and hateful distinction allowed Hubbard to inject the diabolical element of racial superiority into the minds of Scientologists:

"HOMO NOVIS, 1. Homo man, novis, new. (BCR, p. 12) 2. a theta-animated mest body possessed of new and desirable attributes; a mest clear, a good, sane rational mest being about a skyscraper higher than Homo sapiens. (HOM, p. 40) 3. the Second Stage Release is definitely Homo novis. The person ceases to respond like Homo sapiens and has fantastic capability to learn and act. (HCOB 28 Jun 65)"
-- L. Ron Hubbard, Dianetics and Scientology Technical Dictionary

[Re: "Homo Scientologicus"] : "Man had to cease to be Homo Sapiens and had to become Homo Scientologicus in order to accomplish any action that was anywhere near efficient in South Africa."
-- L. Ron Hubbard, PAB 119 1 September 1957 The Big Auditing Problem

[7] Any non-Scientologist is a "wog," someone who "isn't even trying."
-- L. Ron Hubbard, Dianetics and Scientology Technical Dictionary

    ref for above cites:

Having declared non-Scientologists to be racially inferior to Scientologists allowed Hubbard to dehumanize them in the minds of his followers. Having dehumanized non-Scientologists as a racially inferior, it was an easy next step for Hubbard to declare that Scientologists could harm any members of this inferior race should they dare attack Scientology and the superior race of Homo Scientologicus. Hubbard stated in writing that the members of the inferior race were to be treated like game animals during hunting season, for Hubbard declared them to be Fair Game:

ENEMY SP Order. Fair game. May be deprived of property or injured by
any means by any Scientologist without any discipline of the Scientologist. May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed.

    Copyright c 1967
    by L. Ron Hubbard

The governments of England, America, Greece, and other countries saw the dangers of Scientology in the 1960's and conducted investigations. The media covered these investigations and this all brought negative attention to Scientology. That members of an inferior race would dare attack the master race of Homo Scientologicus and its Supreme Leader infuriated L. Ron Hubbard. Accordingly, on 16 Feb 1969, L. Ron Hubbard, realizing that he could not defeat the world in one decisive battle and bring it under a Scientology dictatorship, declared a war of attrition against the world.

Let us consider Hubbard's "BATTLE PLAN" against the world thirty-six years after he issued this declaration of war. First, the BATTLE PLAN itself. I will present it in sections with commentary. The bolded sections are my emphases:

Saint Hill Manor, East Grinstead, Sussex

    (Reissued with updated distribution.)

    OSA NW
    LRH PRs

(This is a defense paper on material developed after 18
years of ceaseless attack by a foreign enemy. Nothing in
this paper advocates physical violence or invites the physical
    destruction of persons.)...

We see that Hubbard opened his Battle Plan by stating that, "nothing in this paper advocates physical violence or invites the physical destruction of persons." However, the Fair Game doctrine was an LRH policy and has continued to a Scientology doctrine. While not advocating violence or murder, Hubbard does not explicitly condemn or forbid physical violence or murder. It is out of character for Hubbard to be vague. In his other policy letters he was always very explicit about details as when he defined what constituted crimes against Scientology and their punishments. In another example, Hubbard wrote a detailed policy on how to prepare his barley formula for babies that he claimed was based on an ancient Roman formula.

In his Battle Plan, Hubbard left the door open to physical violence and murder for that which he does not advocate he also does not forbid. In point of fact, Hubbard's 1967 Policy of Fair Game was still in effect when he issued this Battle Plan and Fair Game allowed the enemy, i.e. the inferior race of Homo Sapien, to be injured. Hubbard never revoked the policy of Fair Game but he did order that the policy never be publicly discussed due to the negative PR it drew. Hubbard's successor, David Miscavige has never gone on record as publicly canceling and repudiating the Policy of Fair Game or Hubbard's 1969 Battle Plan.

Hubbard continues with his Battle Plan:

In these days of "cold war" when actual warfare is
impossible due to atomic weapons, the warfare is waged in the
press and public in the form of ideas.

If you uniformly apply the tactics and strategy of battle
to the rows we get into, press or legal or public confrontation,
    you will win.

The enemy uses " groups" and meetings of groups like one
    would use squads.

If we and they are considered as two hostile and opposing
nations at war, then a huge array of tactics and strategy
    become visible...

In the above bolded section we see that Hubbard considers Scientology to be a sovereign nation, a law unto itself, that is at war against a nation of inferior peoples, i.e. Homo Sapien. It is clear that Hubbard understood Scientology to be in a state of war against the world.

    Hubbard continues:

One parallels in the field of thought what is used and
done in the field of battle in other ages.

You don't have to know too much about the tactics and
strategy of warfare to apply this but it helps.

The end product of war, according to Clausewitz, the
authority on it, is (condensed) "to bring about a more amenable
frame of mind on the part of the enemy."

But there are also wars of attrition. We are engaged
in one where total destruction of us has been the enemy's aim
for, at this writing, 19 years. This is barbarian warfare,
thus the enemy must have had very positive fears and terrors
about us. Since he fought for total attrition. In this case
it is not safe to hope for any half-way win. We must ourselves
fight on the basis of total attrition of the enemy. So
never get reasonable about him. Just go all the way in and
    obliterate him.

It is bad warfare to fight battles on your own terrain,
in your own subject area. It is not good to fight in the
territory of allies. Fight battles wherever possible only on
enemy terrain, in and about his subject and his people, not
ours. You can gauge your relative success by this. When
all your battles are fought on his terrain, you are winning.

A good general expends the maximum of enemy troops and
the minimum of his own. He makes the war costly to the
    enemy, not to himself.

In the section above, Hubbard calls for a war of attrition in which Scientology will, over time, wear down the forces of the inferior race of Homo Sapien. Hubbard also calls a minimum expenditure of Scientology's resources to do so. If we consider Scientology's conduct of war since 1967 when Hubbard announced Fair Game, we can see that Scientology has relied upon the Economy of Terrorism. In the tactics of terrorism, only one individual need be singled out for a psychologically devastating public attack in order to silence the masses. This is economical and does not require an army.

Hubbard's policy, and one followed by his successor David Miscavige, is to Fair Game individual critics by using intimidation, harassment, and financially ruinous lawsuits. In the calculus of its terrorism, Scientology wants the victim to scream loudly in agony while others look on and shudder and decide not to attack Scientology. Given that Scientology had hundreds of millions of dollars, it could afford to quietly pay off the people it had ruined. The victims would get enough money from Scientology in a legal settlement to start a new life and would, in return, agree to never speak of the settlement or of Scientology in public or private. Once the critic silently disappeared from the public scene, the perception that remained was that Scientology could destroy people with impunity.

Scientology Fair Games former members who seek to tell the truth about Scientology as well as journalists who seek to report on the abuses and excesses of Scientology. The cult does this because it wants to publicize itself as an organization that can take vengeance upon any member of the inferior race who dares to criticize it publicly.

However, all of this has changed due to the enormous cultural repudiation and ridicule of Scientology that erupted in 2005. There is strength in numbers and the global citizenry decided in 2005 to act in unity and attack Scientology for its race war, its polices of Fair Game, and its excessive litigation. Scientology cannot sue the entire world and it cannot destroy the internet where we can tell the truth about Scientology.

In all cases of Fair Game, Scientology's vengeance against valid and documented criticisms was immediate, brutal, and completely out of proportion to the criticisms made. It was meant to be this way for Scientology wanted to get the message across to the inferior race -- and especially its journalists -- that even the slightest criticism would result in a massive and overwhelming retaliation that was focused on character assassination and financial ruination. Hubbard took no half measures in his scorched earth policy against the inferior race. The enormous cultural repudiation and ridicule of Scientology that erupted in 2005 is, in part, payback for the decades of intimidation.

We next see page two of Hubbard's Battle Plan against the inferior race of non-Scientologists:

One cuts off enemy communications, funds, connections.
He deprives the enemy of political advantages, connections
and power. He takes over enemy territory. He raids and
harasses. All on a thought plane - press, public opinion,
    governments, etc.

Seeing it as a battle, one can apply battle tactics to
    thought actions.

Intelligence identifies targets and finds out enemy
plans and purposes, enemy connections, dispositions, etc.
It is fatal to attack a wrong enemy. But it is good tactics
to make the enemy attack wrong targets or persons himself.

Good intelligence pinpoints who when where what.

Good PRO plans an action and operations fights the battle.

Legal is a slow if often final battle arena. It eventually
comes down to legal in the end. If intelligence and PRO have
done well, then legal gets an easy win.

You can win a battle even without legal and by PRO alone.
You intend to win it without legal wherever possible.

The prize is "public opinion" where press is concerned.
The only safe public opinion to head for is they love us and
are in a frenzy of hate against the enemy. This means standard
wartime propaganda is what one is doing, complete with atrocity,
war crimes trials, the lot. Know the mores of your public
opinion, what they hate. That's the enemy. What they love.
    That's you.

You preserve the image or increase it of your own troops
and degrade the image of the enemy to beast level.

Always be ready to parley but watch for tricks. Don't
    give the enemy breathing space.

Capture and use his comm lines. A press magnate on your
    side is a big win.

You have in one of these publicity wars all the factors
of modern wars complete with artillery, cavalry, infantry.

For example at this writing, all fighting has been on our
terrain; they knew our generals we didn't know theirs; they
had all the press, funds, government control. We are reversing
this. We are fighting now on their ground. But we have a
    long way to go.

We will make it all the way providing we look on this in
terms of active battle and not as a "if we are saintly good we
will win." The people who win wars have a saintly image but
they win the war by clever and forceful use of the rules of
    tactics, strategy and battle.

Wars are composed of many battles.

Never treat a war like a skirmish. Treat all skirmishes
    like wars.

In page two, we see Hubbard's utterly psychotic state of mind emerge when he says, "The only safe public opinion to head for is they love us and are in a frenzy of hate against the enemy. This means standard wartime propaganda is what one is doing, complete with atrocity, war crimes trials, the lot. Know the mores of your public opinion, what they hate. That's the enemy. What they love. That's you."

Hubbard wanted to act sadistically towards the inferior race and yet he wanted this inferior race to love Scientology, and who was the embodiment of Scientology except L. Ron Hubbard? Hubbard was a paranoid schizophrenic: He wanted to be Ron the Terrible who savagely destroyed his enemies, and, he also wanted to be loved and admired as Ron the Savior of Humanity.

Factually, L. Ron Hubbard was mentally ill and violent. That he had a personal fortune estimated to be as high as $400 million dollars in 1969, allowed him to surround himself with lawyers and to use surrogates to do his dirty work. As we saw in Operation Snow White, eleven of the top leaders of Scientology went to prison. Everyone that is except for the mastermind, L. Ron Hubbard. All of the other leaders of Scientology paid for having taken part in the largest act of domestic espionage in US history. However, Hubbard, while he would write the Battle Plan, lead the war, amass the great fortune, and take revenge on his enemies, would not take responsibility for his crimes in Snow White. Instead, he threw his expendable subordinates into the fire and had them pay for his crimes and sins. This included his wife Mary Sue Hubbard who took the fall for her husband. I'm sorry, but I have to get personal here: What kind of man allows his wife to go to prison for his own crimes? I'll tell you what kind of man does this: A complete coward. A real man takes his punishment and doesn't throw his wife to the Feds. As an aside, Anthony Pellicano, despite everything he did that was wrong, sucked it all up and did the right thing: He went to prison and refused to cooperate. Pellicano is a man and Hubbard wasn't.

Hubbard finished his Battle Plan on Page Three with a massively incorrect view of the Cold War:

    HCO PL 16.2.69 II
    Reiss. 24.9.87

The cold war is a war. The West is losing it because it
is fighting by other rules than the rules of war. We mustn't
    lose it.

  12. Re: Project Dead Law Firm

    Part II

We can see Hubbard's initial conceptualization of Scientology as a Master Race group:

    1. Homo Novis - the superior race composed of Scientologists.

    2. Homo Sapien - the inferior race.

    3. Fair Game - The punishment that Homo Novis, as the superior race, was entitled, and even obligated as we shall see, to inflict on the inferior and unenlightened race of Homo Sapien, which race Scientologists also refer to as "Homo Saps" and "Wogs."

In these three definitions, we see LRH acting to build the Empire of Scientology based asserting racial superiority by use of violence. Yet, there was an even more sinister step needed to achieve Pax Scientology: A Genocide against all those who oppose Scientology. LRH's call for a Scientology Genocide was based on LRH's Tone Scale. It was also based on LRH declaring that Scientology would rule the world:

“Somebody some day will say ‘this is illegal.’ By then be sure the orgs say what is legal or not.”

    - L. Ron Hubbard, Hubbard Communications Office Policy Letter, 4 January 1966, “LRH Relationship to Orgs"

Using his own scale as a metric to judge the value of a person, LRH declared that all persons who were 2.0 or lower on his scale had only two options in a Scientology World:

he reasonable man quite ordinarily overlooks the fact that people from 2.0 down have no traffic with reason and cannot be reasoned with as one would reason with a 3.0. There are only two answers for the handling of people from 2.0 down on the tone scale [glossary], neither one of which has anything to do with reasoning with them or listening to their justification of their acts.

The first is to raise them on the tone scale by un-enturbulating some of their theta by any one of the three valid processes.

The other is to dispose of them quietly and without sorrow. Adders are safe bedmates compared to people on the lower bands of the tone scale. Not all the beauty nor the handsomeness nor artificial social value nor property can atone for the vicious damage such people do to sane men and women. The sudden and abrupt deletion of all individuals occupying the lower bands of the tone scale from the social order would result in an almost instant rise in the cultural tone and would interrupt the dwindling spiral into which any society may have entered.

It is not necessary to produce a world of clears in order to have a reasonable and worthwhile social order; it is only necessary to delete those individuals who range from 2.0 down, either by processing them enough to get their tone level above the 2.0 line — a task which, indeed, is not very great, since the amount of processing in many cases might be under fifty hours, although it might also in others be in excess of two hundred — or simply quarantining them from the society. A Venezuelan dictator once decided to stop leprosy. He saw that most lepers in his country were also beggars. By the simple expedient of collecting and destroying all the beggars in Venezuela an end was put to leprosy in that country.

In Hubbard's world, it is Scientology processing or death for persons adjudged to be at 2.0 or lower by Scientology. If a person cannot be processed above 2.0, then that person, and all others like him, are to be disposed of, "quietly and without sorrow...." In other words, Hubbard and Scientology call for either a forced conversion to Scientology or genocide as a way to eliminate all of those people whom they consider to be at 2.0 and below.

What is 2.0 on Hubbard's Tone Scale? It is Antagonism. Simply stated, Hubbard said that anyone who was antagonistic, and he meant antagonistic towards Scientology, was to be forced to convert or be murdered "quietly and without sorrow" by the superior race of Homo Scientologicus , who alone is capable of determining a person's Tone Level by use of Hubbard's so-called technology.

To expand upon Homo Scientologicus' genocide of anyone who is at 2.0 or below on Hubbard's Tone Scale, let's look closer at the Tone Scale below 2.0 to see else who would be executed in a Scientology dictatorship. Homo Sapiens who experienced the following states would either be raised above 2.0 or executed by the Master Race:

    1.9 Hostility
    1.8 Pain
    1.5 Anger
    1.4 Hate
    1.3 Resentment
    1.2 No Sympathy
    1.15 Unexpressed Resentment
    1.1 Covert Hostility
    1.0 Fear
    0.98 Despair
    0.96 Terror
    0.94 Numb

You can see the entire Tone Scale at Scientogy's website:

Hubbard has the whole thing rigged, for if one is not a Scientologist then, in Scientology's logic, they have some covert hostility (1.1) or resentment (1.3) against Scientology. In Hubbard's perverted logic, Scientology is so good that the only people who do not like it are criminals. This is why it is so easy for him to call for a genocide against people of an inferior race.

    Now we see the steps:

    1. Homo Novis - the superior race composed of Scientologists.

    2. Homo Sapien - the inferior race.

    3. Fair Game - The punishment that Homo Novis, as the superior race, was utterly entitled to inflict on the inferior race.

    4. Genocide - The social engineering of Scientology to rid the world of any member of the inferior race who is 2.0 or below on Hubbard's Tone Scale.

That Scientology at present lacks the means to conduct a Genocide does not change its intent. I say this because Mr. Miscavige, in his capacity as the Chief Ecclesiastical Officer and Managing Agent of Scientology, has never publicly repudiated, denounced, or withdrawn Mr. Hubbard's call for a genocide. Insofar as the body of Mr. Hubbard's writings constitute the scriptures of the Scientology religion, the call for Genocide against Scientology's enemies is an undeniable part of the Scientology religion.

How many people would Scientology execute in a genocide if it ruled the world? We can make on determination based upon Hubbard's own writings. Hubbard described the anti-social personality:

From HCOPL 27 Sept 1966: "In the fields of government, police activities and mental health, to name a few, we see that it is important to be able to detect and isolate this personality type so as to protect society and individuals from the destructive consequences upon letting such have free rein to injure others. As they only comprise 20% of the population and as only 2.5% of this 20% are truly dangerous, we see that with a very small amount of effort we could considerably better the state of society.

In a world of 6.4 billion people, Hubbard's numbers would mean that 1.28 billion people (20%) have anti-social personalities. This means that Scientology would first conduct a genocide against the 2.5% of the most dangerous anti-social personalities, which would be 25.6 million people.

After executing these most dangerous 25.6 million anti-social personalities, there are still 1.24 billion anti-social personalities that need to be processed or executed. This does not count the members of the inferior race who have social personalities but are at 2.0 or below.

At a minimum, the Master Race of Scientology would execute 25.6 million anti-social personalities and anyone at 2.0 or below that could not be processed to a higher level. However, if one did not become a Scientologist then they could not ever go above 2.0 because the refusal to become a Scientologist is viewed as a hateful and antagonistic act by L. Ron Hubbard and Scientology's leaders.

Given the massively violent plans for genocide that reside in the sacred scriptures of Scientology, the free and sane peoples of the world must resist this most dangerous cult.

While Scientologists would protest that they do not want to commit genocide, they cannot escape the charge for it is embodied in their sacred scriptures. When a person becomes a Scientologist they, by default, become associated with Hubbard's ideas of a Master Race, an inferior race, and genocide of persons below 2.0. Scientologists can protest to high heaven that this is not true of them or of Scientology, but until the world sees Scientology publicly repudiate the violent writings of Hubbard we cannot and will not trust Scientology or Scientologists.

When Scientology asks wogs, "Can we be friends?" the answer has to be no, for we in the Wog world cannot be friends with a group that considers itself to be a Master Race, considers us to be inferior, and embraces a Source that called for either genocide or forced conversions.

Don't turn away from this if you are a Scientologist! You are supposed to be able to confront anything and you have to confront what LRH said and you have to confront its implications. To not confront this data is to run away from truth, the very thing you claim to seek in Scientology.

Why is Latham & Watkins' Mr. Schindler working with a Master Race group?

Why is Mr. Schindler using his life and his considerable legal skills in an attempt to intimidate teenagers and young people on Scientology's behalf? Does he wish to help Scientology practice its Fair Game doctrine of shuddering critics into silence?

Has Mr. Moxon told Mr. Schindler about Scientology's views on handling its critics?

The purpose of [a lawsuit] is to harass and discourage rather than to win. The law can be used very easily to harass, and enough harassment on somebody who is simply on the thin edge anyway, well knowing that he is not authorized, will generally be sufficient to cause his professional decease. If possible, of course, ruin him utterly.

"A Manual on the Dissemination of Material" (first published in Ability, the Magazine of DIANETICS and SCIENTOLOGY, 1955) Note: this paragraph has apparently been purged from later editions of the "Manual".

THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN CONTROL PEOPLE IS TO LIE TO THEM. You can write that down in your book in great big letters. The only way you can control anybody is to lie to them...

    -L. Ron Hubbard, "Technique 88"

    L. Ron Hubbard on his Final Solution:

Now and then some violent man in one country or another has undertaken programmes to rid a society of these points of contagion. Kings in olden times handled the problem by decapitating people who continually brought them bad news — this was a very wise measure. In more recent times it has been said that Gomez, late dictator of Venezuela, discovered that the contagion point of leprosy in the country was the beggar. He found that the beggars of Venezuela were using leprosy in order to beg. People would pay in order to have the ugly thing taken away from them (the basic philosophy of the beggar is to be paid to go away). Gomez had the beggars told that they were going to be taken to a very fruitful part of Venezuela and given a colony of their own; he had them collected on a river bank and loaded aboard two large river boats. The river boats proceeded into mid-stream, their crews left them in skiffs and the boats blew up with a resounding explosion. This was the end of leprosy in Venezuela. I am not telling you this to advocate the immediate slaughter of the "merchants of fear"; I am merely giving you a historical note...

Such people should be taken from the society as rapidly as possible and uniformly institutionalized...

No social order which desires to survive dares overlook its stratum of 1.1's. No social order will survive which does not remove these people from its midst...

The only answers would seem to be the permanent quarantine of such persons from society to avoid the contagion of their insanities and the general turbulence which they bring to any order, thus forcing it lower on the scale, or processing such persons until they have attained a level on the tone scale which gives them value.

-L. Ron Hubbard, Science of Survival: Prediction of Human Behavior, Bridge Publications: Los Angeles, CA, 1989, pp. 102, 103, and 145, respectively.

Contrary to Ben Shaw's testimony and counsel for COSFSO, "Fair Game" is a continuing practice of the Church of Scientology. Wollersheim and U.S. v. Hubbard, 474 F.2d 64 (D.C. 1979). Other cases also address "Fair Game":

    A. United States v. Kattar, 840 F.2d 118, 126 (1st Cir. 1988), which noted:

The Church, according to the U.S. Attorney, "launched vicious smear campaigns ... against those ... perceived to be enemies of Scientology." The Church's methods for this included the subornation of perjury.... The memo also acknowledged the existence of the Fair Game doctrine as the active animating philosophy of the Church.

More significantly, in a footnote, the government alleged that the Church "continues to pursue" (in 1986) the Fair Game Policy, "as the action against Flynn, Sullivan and others referenced in the text attests." This directly contradicts Shervell's testimony, and in fact strongly suggests that the Fair Game Policy was in effect as to Michael Flynn during this time period.

    D. Allard v. Church of Scientology, 58 Cal.App.3d 439, 129 Cal.Rptr. 797 (Cal.App. 2 Dist., May 18, 1976),

    G. Van Schaick v. Church of Scientology of California, Inc., 535 F.Supp. 1125, 1141-1142 (M.D.Mass. 1982), where the court stated: Finally, taking plaintiff's complaint as a whole, Count XI, which alleges intentional infliction of emotional distress through the Fair Game doctrine, does state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Van Schaick alleges that, pursuant to the Fair Game doctrine, agents of the Church engaged in a course of conduct, including slanderous telephone calls to her neighbors and employer, physical threats, and assault with an automobile, which was designed to dissuade her from pursuing her legal rights.

In Church of Scientology of California v. Armstrong, 283 Cal.Rptr. 917 (2nd Dist. CA 1991), Armstrong left the church and took church documents in fear of retribution from Scientology. The trial court's evidentiary finding that the church's "Fair Game " policy was implemented against Armstrong in 1981 and 1982, (well after the policy was canceled per the church), was upheld on appeal. "[T]he court also determined that Armstrong's conduct was justified, in that he believed the Church threatened harm to himself and his wife, and that he could prevent such harm by taking and keeping the documents." 1063-1064. The trial court also found credible the evidence of Hubbard shredding of court ordered documents and Scientology's practice of "persons attempting to leave were locked up." 920-921.

    1) Sign up the above lawyers for Scientology courses via recruitment leaflets distributed (as a counter-flyering to Anonymous' efforts).
    2) L&W lawyers can't do much because its a major client handled by a partner
    3) Resignations!

I have a question for my American brothers and sisters.

In Canada, NO CONTRACT may invalidate one's legal rights. For example, if you sign a contract agreeing that you won't get paid overtime that contract is, in the eyes of the court invalid because under the minimum wage laws, you are entitled to overtime after 40 hours. The employer is then hit for all the overtime PLUS *all* court costs related to the case.

RPF sounds to me like unlawful confinement amongst other criminal offenses on the part of CoS. Does the signing of the CoS contract invalidate your constitutional freedoms to 'the right of assembly' for one example?

Doesn't having institutionalized policies for intimidation, abuse, harassment etc. constitute racketeering?

Aren't there some serious legal/constitutional implications at work here?

Those of you who work for law firms, or have associations with law firms need to remember that the money comes with increased recognition.

So when a company gets the following recognition, and doesn't even mention the "largest growing religion in the world" as a client, there's a problem.

So consider comments to, and maybe copies of the letter to, the following "recognition sources":
