The quebec flag looks a little cluttered, maybe you could try doing it with just the fleur de lis and 2 gf masks or a mask and a question mark instead of the full suit logo, and in the middle stripe just have "we do not forgive, we do not forget" in french?
^This. Keep in mind most flagprinting places will charge you by the number of letters and/or colors. Depending on what it turns out to be in French, "Expect Us" might be a nice alternative to "We do not forgive, we do not forget," too.
if you're going to put the words in the blue text, it should be the lower right square. And in french.

You should take the texture out,making it more simple. Is always a good idea to have flags in an easy format. Also: Try to pass the mask into something less detailed/more consistent,like a logo. It would look even more SO CASH that way. (Also,if you want to print the mask and use it somewhere on your signs at protesting, it would be more nice and neat to look at. How about a really nice design of an anon mask,like in a coin? It would look awesome on that flag! >_< raawr! ^ The lady can work perfectly as a base for this. Just sayin'.
Why would you hate roosters? They are awesome noisy trolls! I remember when at the neighborhood a house where they had a rooster and chickens. The fucker will sing at 4 am just for the lulz. Now that's trolling.

I still like the green and black one... I don't think mocking country flags will work in our favor... or even the one that makes us look like pirates. This will only lead to mixed information and screw with our real agenda.
It's a good idea to form a flag that represents the community, but it is a very sensitive issue to take a specific form of it, that does not cause negative effects.
Many cities have developed their own flags, and when they visit other cities or countries they use it as a way to represent their home communities. It can be really neat when you get a whole bunch of flags at a megaraid. Country/State/City flags are also useful in creating print materials specific to a local issue or initiative.
Anon: could you post a higher quality version or source file for this? It's nice, but the size is a little too small for most purposes.
