Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 ummm, Feb and March 08 the scilons pretty much just hid in their orgs on West Coast except for in LA. And um yes, this was a pretty unique raid unlike any.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 I was more making a statement on how much fun those raids were, not trying to denigrate what I've already said was a great job this weekend.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 I've only got 1 thing to say: Tommy Gorman, You rock, mon!
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 "I thought they were against Scientology" The Epic. It burns mine eyes. People, this is enturbulation. Godspeed, you glorious bastards.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 Ha ha, fun with photoshop...must have took days to get the anons out.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 I think I know part of the reason why: Scientology thought they could rely on the police to keep the anons away. Difficulty: San Francisco police KNOW how to police protests in a professional manner.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 What, you found that to be more upsetting than kicking him in the nuts? I think he's creepy, and I wouldn't want him to be around kids. He was coming up to Anons and acting very odd. He'd be even less fun if he were acting that way around Scilon kids who can't easily laugh at him. I'm not necessarily assuming it means anything other than that he's creepy.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 No problem. Given the things I often say here I expected that some would interpret that as a cynical cheap shot. To me it just seems like you're being irrational.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 Fine, Herro, if you like creepy men, feel free to seek this dude out at your next protest. My rational mind tells me that there is millions of years of evolution behind feeling creeped out.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 Those millions of years of evolution are designed to make you creeped out at just about anything unfamiliar. Your rational mind teaches you to consider things from a reasonable perspective. If you wish to prostrate one before the other, well that's your prerogative.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 Oh yeah Tommy Gorman Xenu Gorman. I'd click his ling any time. What a great raid.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 The more I research, the more I find how willingly they use misinformation. I don't think they believe anyone is actually checking their stats or their claims. One sign says 5,200 deaths. Can't read the rest of it, but that has to be a huge over estimation, regardless. While I'm ranting, their press releases never use names, only initials or titles. Today I came across a press release where they claim to have had a glowing article written about them in a magazine from India praising their work there. The magazine in question is a food and wine magazine with no indication on their website that the story has appeared. I understand that sites aren't always up to date and that the article may well be there, but for heaven's sake, in a food and wine magazine???? Anyway, I would guess that further research would quickly find that many of their anti psych claims are bogus. Lying sacks of shit. /rant
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 you may also want to check if the magazine is pay-to-publish. More than once it turns out that a magazine or newspaper article actually appeared in a publication where the subjects write articles about themselves and pay to get them placed in the publication.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 If you look closely, you can see where he simply whited-out signs that were from anon. got home from work and finally got to watch that video:[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-gsyPeNshc"]YouTube - CCHR PROTEST PART 2 THE MARCH[/ame] I lawlzed, I cried, I clapped. That isn't some unedited raw footage fellas, it's well done propaganda. WATCH IT! Orange shirt guy pwned them hard by sticking in front. This was something I forgot to do at the times when they paused at crosswalks. lesson learned: Stay in front of them as much as possible! I now recall how loud we were screaming the chants. "PAY YO TAXES!" HEH! Whoever brought that bullhorn, well done. The other great one is "Open your mind, close your wallet!" Anyways, in case you missed it... I love this @ 2:30 in.. Jeff Queeerious, head of SF scilons, former OSA, has to correct a backwards signholder. Here's the screencap. Re: tommy vids Tommy is a fun guy to raid with. I know there was some drama months ago but whatever. He'll be around forever. All cities have their OG's. It is pretty ironic that SF has Tommy, considering how faggy SF is thought to be. Here's a little of his backstory, told with lulz, if you don't know it: http://encyclopediadramatica.com/Tommy_Gorman
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 Wow, this was awesome. Just got done reading all this shit. Scilons all penned in by Anonymous while the cops stand by laughing. Wow! How things have changed out in California. Well at least in SF area. The scilons could only muster that many people for this anti psych raid? Shows how sad they are. Their chant was fail, their signs were all manufactured to be the same and fail and they were totally shattered and surpressed by Anonymous. Good job everyone who attended, you've earned your oxy for the month!
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 Even if he weren't a Scilon, would you let this man near your kids?
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 Okay, here is footage of a bunch of terrorists. Also, anonymous was there too! PART I
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 Just watching these new vids and in case I haven't told y'all lately I <3 anons.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 don't have kids. but if i did? sure. i'd want to be there too. but that's true of any person i don't know. also, don't forget that he's surrounded by people that he's been told are dangerous biggots that hate him because of his beliefs. so odd behavior is understandable. and he didn't seem to be overly odd. i think some people are seeing something that isn't there because he's a scientologist.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 Attempted harpoonin', apparently he screens the comments. Looking over some of the vids, I think I spotted him once darting in to snap a few shots. The pics of the protest posted on his site are not very good, when compared to his other work. Chalk another one up for the good guys.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 Not to be snarky or anything, but I take better pix with my little Canon, and I don't even play a photographer on the internets! (of course, I know enough to ditch the bad ones, the funky ones, the ugly/out of focus ones and post up the very best. But maybe he did too...)
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 Yeah, I thought I noticed that yellow monstrosity! That must be how they got their counts up, they just counted us, too. :/
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 This is sounding more and more like a headless man scenario. Can we prove that the photo has been amended by leaving anons in but taking our signs and masks out? That would suggest wilfully attempting to mislead people...
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 FreakE, both of these are priceless, but the UNIBROW-- holy mother of Xenu.
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 This raid was epic and groundbreaking. Jeff Jacobsen points out this is the first time evar there has been a counter-protest against scifags protesting the APA. We also now have a statement from the APA calling the cult an anti-psychiatry hate group. Totally epic. We spoke to a young psych at the org on Sunday night and he was really enthusiastic so we set up a site specifically to inform and recruit psychs and other professionals, then we designed a flier just for psychs. I did solo flier-raids with them the last two days, and got great responses particularly from young psychs and residents and older women psychs. So the targeted flier approach worked great and we can adapt it for other specific audiences. Check out the site: Now Is The Time Here's the flier we used: PSYCHIATRISTS, NOW IS THE TIME! Help end Scientology's psychiatric malpractice, abuse of women, and destruction of families. Organized Scientology under the the leadership of David Miscavige threatens the lives of psychologically vulnerable high school and college students through dissemination of potentially lethal psychiatric misinformation destroys hundreds of thousands of family relationships through its extreme shunning policy known as disconnection sytematically perpetrates human rights abuses in its mid- and executive level staff and management structure, the Sea Org, which is run in an abusive, authoritarian manner under David Miscavige coerces every pregnant women in the Sea Org to abort or be expelled if she cannot be persuaded to succomb to abortion by physical and verbal abuse maintains re-indoctrination and hard labor penal camps called the Rehabilitation Project Force (RPF) at Sea Org facilities at David Miscavige's international Gold Base headquarters near Hemet, CA; and Sea Org installations in Los Angeles, CA; Clearwater, FL; and Denmark. Scientology's Global Obliteration of Psychiatry and its attendant human rights abuses damage individuals and society. "Scientology's War on Psychiatry is no joke" writes Katharine Mieszkowski in Scientology's War on Psychiatry at Salon. Society needs your help to end the abuses. You can make a big difference to end them sooner rather than later. Now is the time for psychiatrists to speak up. How you can help: 1. Educate yourself by reading the accounts of survivors of Sea Org abuse and their recent lawsuits for slave labor, human trafficking, coerced abortion, and fraud at Jonny Jacobsen's exquisitely-written Infinite Complacency 2. Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 It is my understanding that the Gold Base RPF has been merged with the RPF at Big Blue in Los Angeles, in the later years.

Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 Okay, Herro, I know you're a troll, but I'll engage anyhow because I think you're actually an intelligent person. He's not creepy because he's different, or because he's a scilon, and millions of years of evolution do not equate to creepy = different. Reasons he is creepy: 1) He uses predator behavior--he waits until he thinks people are not looking, and then walks up to them, and then when they engage with him he scurries away, or pretends he's not interested in the Anon. 2) He's approaching Anons who are much younger than himself, and then he doesn't say or do something appropriate like "I'm from OSA and I'm here to keep you from annoying the other Scilons." That's socially inappropriate; whenever you approach a minor you should make it clear what your business is so that people don't think your...a creep. Predators target weaker/younger individuals and we have a biologically based desire to protect weaker/younger individuals. 3) He mixes male and female characteristics--he's clearly male, but he has no facial hair except massive eyebrows, which typically means stubble and five o'clock shadow, but he doesn't have any, a round face, breasts, and a somewhat feminine shape. This is the closest to unknown = creepy, but it's actually more like seeing wolf paws on a sheep--something doesn't belong. 4) He looks at people but does not make eye contact, and turns away when they try to contact him. More predator behavior, this time with a social component--he is not of the Anon's social group and does not wish to engage with them socially. 5) He's constantly looking around, even when there's no obvious reason for it. What's he looking for? His companions who are in ambush? 6) When he does speak, his words are confusing and contentless, and clearly meant to hide his real motives rather than revealing them. A fancy way of saying he's deceptive, which is another social alarm bell. All these are reasons why our innate biological response is "Run away! Run away!" So sorry, it's not prejudice, it is overly odd behavior, and fear of it is well founded. If it's really because he thinks Anon is dangerous then why did he join OSA or volunteer to run interference with the counter protesters?
Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21 1-Awesome job with the raid! Lovin every vid! Makes me feel all tingly inside. 2-CCHR uses children for exploitation (1 of whom I know for a fact did not die due to pharma drugs and 1 who died from drugs prescribed by a PEDIATRICIAN not a psychologist). They really should lurk more before they make those signs for protests. 3- Man that guy looks creepy! I wouldn't want to bump into him/her/it at the mall... he might steal my purse!!!
