Horn-Tech fails for truck driving Scilon. He got pulled over right in front of the exhibit. I got a little video, and some stills. Enjoy the justice, this guy pissed off every pedestrian from Union Square to Moscone Center.

CCHR was fully exposed as All Scientology. SF anons and guests rocked and kicked ass. Scilons didn't know whether to shit or go blind. Interaction with general public was all on anons side, they wanted nothing to do with creepy scilons. Great Raid, omg, Amazing. CCHR protest? What a joke. Bullbaiting with OT8's......They have no ability to use critical thinking whatsoever. "Get away from me was the best comeback they could come up with, lmao bunch of fucktards!"
  3. Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21

SF Cops seemed to handle the whole thing pretty well overall. They certainly were not "handled" by Scientology BS.

Ha! The miracle of the the Intertubes comes through and thanks to the loooong chain of mirrors of mirrors of mirrors:

June 1 1998 CCHR/Scientology Counter-Picket: Pictures by Deep Wog, a Canadian critic. Every year, Scientology (posing as their front group, the Citizen's Commission for Human Rights) pickets the American Psychiatric Association's annual meeting. This year, they had company.. Deep Wog and [Wulfen] counter-picketed.

I didn't raid yesterday, but some of us raided again today. And there was atleast one cop there for the 5-6 hours we were there. "To keep the peace." No scilon trucks, no special effects, just standing out in the open on one side of the sidewalk and us on the other competing to see who could give out the most fliers.

A note: Our previous data and sources said that the scilons would be there only until the 21st or 22nd. Their signs say that they will be open on the 23rd as well.

She killed herself at 15 because her family rejected her bisexuality and kicked her out of the house. That is a tragedy. It would appear her family would care. They cared enough to set her MySpace profile private but still active.

You could do something by registering on mydeathspace.com and leaving a comment on her profile about how whoa you just saw her on a CCHR sign?

That is a very reasonable goal. The family may not be happy, though, that the CCHR is using their daughter's image to further its own goals.

Farrow is "Frumpy Guy" that usually hangs out with Patty Baber and Tim Armer mostly around Pac. (big blue), he is also in some vids in Passadeena.

And yes, I think is was FABULOUS for publics to see you guise and like I said by the looks on their faces, it doesn't seem they were for warned either.

Again, I wonder if the celebs were told to stay away by Miscavige because of Anons.
Still hoping for someone to do side by side pics of the last CCHR protest years ago against this one. I would do if it I could, but I cantz

My acquaintance, Upset Parent, is on a mission to get their kids' face off of all CCHR literature. While some media outlets were allowed to use a school picture of the child, no permission was ever given to CCHR to use their childs' photo in their psychotic attempts to shut down the psych industry, and the photo is not public domain. I don't know what to suggest as far as other kids, neither does the UP. There may be more updates down the road, but UP wants this to remain private while work is being done.

On the other hand, you guys miscounted! Here's a blog announcing that there were 1500 scilons present and outnumbered the psychs! Heh. Protest Against Psychiatry | Nick Carver Photography Blog

Any antidepressant can increase the risk of suicide because they take weeks to work and they cause an increase in energy and agitation before they cause any actual improvement in mood.

This used to be sort of a non-issue because they only gave antidepressants to people who were in hospitals, because the drugs they had were so dangerous that people could kill themselves by taking a week's worth at once.

Then those evil money grubbers at Eli Lilly developed the next generation of antidepressants that were so safe that you can take a thousand at once and recover completely and doctors started taking a "prescribe first, ask questions later" attitude, and there were some unnecessary suicides.

If you want to blame anyone, blame the insurance companies who won't pay for a specialist consultation until after a course of pills has failed.

And yes, the effect is worse in young people. No one knows why.

That photographer has more photos of the cult pimping out dead kids if the unknown parent needs them.

I didn't bother to head count his photos so I don't know if any of his panoramic shots are shooped or not.

Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21

BS to 1500. He is a scilon. We all knew they would pump up the numbers. And they will say this to the scilons who protested and they too will have to believe it.

Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21

I didn't see no 1500, but some people told us there were maybe 400 at the march. We missed the march because me and a socal anon were 35,000 feet in the air at the time. Hit SFO, stashed our luggage at the airport, and took BART downtown, where we easily found the Industry of Death toadshow and a number of prefab Scilons with prefab signs and prefab chants being mocked and countered by anonymous.

We rabbled on the east side of the street until the sun shifted. It was a pretty warm day down in the canyons on Howard Street. There was a goodly police presence, one crappy gimp officer kicked us out of the street. The Scilon rabble didn't move, so he limped over and kicked them off the street too. Met some cool anons from foreign cities, got vid of the famous San Jose Anonymous Tunak Dance Troupe, the whole crew doing Caremelldansen, and a lot of tomfoolery and pants-dropping.

There were sightings of LA Scilons Patty teh Handler and Laurie Burpee.

We left around 4:00 to retrieve our luggage and check in. There was supposed to be a dinner gathering near Fishermans Landing, but our twitters and pleas for info went unanswered, so we didn't know where or when to show up.

The motel advertised "FREE WIFI," but that was a lie. Girl behind the desk told us the network went down Friday night. The guy at the desk later said it'd been out a week. So, there we were, stuck in South Bay with nuthing but a little Crackberry. We decided it'd be a waste of time to take the train back to the city without knowing where the fuck we were going, so we hit a restaurant nearby and watched Adult Swim instead.

Sunday, we didn't have a plan. We thought there might be raiding, so we went into town and wound up outside the Industry of Death exhibit again. They had a police officer assigned to guard the door. What faggotry is this? We walked past and were entreated to come in for "important information." Request denied! Didn't see anyone else go in except the Sci who were handing out the invites.

We walked down to Moscone Center Plaza where the protest corrals were located. There was some other group protesting psychiatry, people who believe insanity is a gift, rather than a curse. Let me tell you something. When we arrived at the Powell St. station, the entire area was strewn with their fliers. They'd littered the stairs, the plaza and the sidewalk with their crap.

See? This is what happens when you give a nut bar a task to perform! Rather than hand out the fliers, the voices told them to just throw them all over the place, littering a nice tourist area. GIFT, MY ASS!

I walked by the protesters and yelled, "SCIENTOLOGY SUCKS!" just to troll them. Guy with a megaphone yelled back, "WE KNOW!" It was funny.

So, back to the Industry of Death, where I got a call from moarxenu. I told him where we were, and he headed downtown to meet us. We walked down to an Irish pub when he arrived, and formulated a plan for an evening raid on the org, then walked back to the roadshow. Socalanon spotted AO walking on the sidewalk across from us, so we hailed him and he came over. I got another call from a SDfag who, it turned out, was right down the street by Moscone Plaza. And then there were five.

Now, we'd seen the Scilon truck circling the block, blasting his airhorn outside the roadshow and honking at every damn scilon he spotted on the street. He'd been doing this all day long, and had been doing it on Saturday as well. He came through for another pass, tailed by two cop cars. They lit him up. He didn't stop until they hit the sirens, which caused him to pull over right outside the roadshow, which made some epic photo ops. The driver had trouble finding the truck registration, so there was plenty of opportunity to take pix. He got a ticket for being annoying. It was great!

Moarxenu left, so we agreed to meet at the org later on.

We then walked through Chinatown, took lots of pix of statues with GF masks on them, then down the hill to Montgomery and to the org. Took a long refreshment break at a joint a couple blocks away.

Moarxenu met up with us that evening outside the org, the only SF fag to show up. Socal ruled. The org was pretty empty, save for a few young staffers and some thugly guys who went out the side door. We had interesting conversations with some French and German tourists and, thanks to Francois' adept French and moarxenu's passable German, made them understand why we were there, and invited them to visit youfoundthecard.com. They said they would.

At one point after dark, the fire alarm located right outside the side door of the org was vandalized. Someone punched out the plastic shell, and the org called the cops to report it was done by a "25 year old male in white pants." Our SDfag had been walking up and down that sector, wearing longish light tan shorts. Cops made him show his hands. Stupid cult! That guy saw 25 quite a few years ago!

We finally called it at 9:00 pm, because nobody else bothered to show. We were on red alert on the way back down to South Bay, on the off chance that the three thugly Scilons might be staking out the trains.

I'd like to shout out to the Clearwater anon we met at the hotel shuttle. Bon Voyage!!

All in all, it was a successful trip, even though the hotel wifi and communication with SF fags was fail. I got a lot of good footage I'll work on today.

Also, I got to try absinthe on Virgin America, the first airline to serve it. Which is fine, if you like the taste of eucalyptus and licorice...

    I declare this operation win!

Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21

wait, now comes with a "black box warning" about suicide risk? did they put this on after she died? this is why they do tests before they release it. to say "oh, we didn't know it did that after the drugs been out so long" sounds a little fishy to me

and besides, consitering what she went throught and the fact she was a teenager at the time, antidepressants aren't going to help much.

    they are exploiting her
  33. Suzette Member

Re: POST RAID: Psych Convention SF May 16-21

The black box has been on antidepressants since 2004. She should not have been on Lexapro without supervision. There are a whole lot of unanswered questions here, like why her mother threw her out (supposedly because she was bisexual), whether her father threw her out, whether she was living with friends, and why she was released from the hospital when she was obviously still suicidal.

The first studies of the SSRI (a type of antidepressant) did not include children, but they were (and are) widely prescribed for children anyhow. Depressed people are at high risk for suicide before they take antidepressants, and it's only for young people that the short term increase in suicidality is actually greater than the decrease in suicidality due to the positive effects of the drugs.

To say that the drug made her suicidal may be true, but she wouldn't have been on the drug in the first place if she hadn't been suicidal, and overall the drugs do more good than harm, especially if the patient has proper supervision.

it's called "mommy and daddy don't want to take responsibility for killing our daughter through a combination of abuse, bigotry, and neglect, so we'll blame the drugs prescribed by one of the very few adults in her life who had any interest whatsoever in helping her."

the correct response when confronted by such people is to loudly ask, "WHY DID YOU MOLEST YOUR OWN DAUGHTER?"

absolutely, that's some serious, lame ass parenting

how about maybe if mom hadn't of waited a year and a friggin half to put her daughter on medication she might still be alive today. SSRI's arent overnight cures, they take weeks to even start working and a few months to really make a difference. Waiting until the person bottoms out is the absolute worst thing you can do.

that is why the CCHR is so evil, desperate people hear these horror stories 'anti-depressants cause suicide' and they desperately avoid medication that can save their (or their loved ones lives)

i hope you acquaintace is able to get legal advice, not sure what the law says on using children's photos, but i would think the best way to go about this would be to have a lawyer send some paperwork to CCHR and demand the picture be removed...or else....
