He barely sounds like himself. Listen to his accent - it goes all over the place - and the hard time he has enunciating words like "rehabilitation." Also a bit slurred and thick-tongued at times. Could it be simply that he's drunk? Very strange. Edit: Listening again, it sounds like he's trying to sound Canadian with the weird on-again, off-again accent. He still sounds odd even beyond that, though.

These tanks will not explode since they have pressure relief valves integral to the tank. They have excess flow protection in case a connector were to break. This is not a remotely a case of anything dangerous; it is certainly not Fail Tech.
