To be honest, I'm only responding to you at this point to bump the topic again and get more input. Sorry. But thanks for having terrible reading comprehension. It helped in the end.

Haha, and I tried to be so helpful...
Next time I'll tl;dr like I should have.

P.S. - Reading comprehension doesn't factor into it with such disorganized crap writing in the original post. Seriously though, I'm only insulting you back to get your post bumped so you can get more input...

Identifying facial characteristics that can be legally concealed from what I've read:

Ears - great identity starting point, there are plenty of ways of covering them, preferably not with your own hair.

Hair - natural wigs (not the affordable fun kind) are great for concealing hairlines, ears and other points that tend to be honed in on.

Eyes - hueg sunglasses as mentioned earlier, and a back-up pair if you are told to remove them (both dark, those post-eye-surgery ones are great) or color contact lenses, false eyelashes that change eye shape (affordable). I have experience as a makeup artist, so I could go on forever, but won't.

Mouth- concealer which matches your own facial hue can mess up anyone's impression of mouth size, if you want to get fancy but stay legal, there are ways of using other products to create a 'new' shape of mouth. Concealer helps with eyebrows and eyelashes also.

Jawline, face shape - too much to put here, but a great trick is to give yourself a 'beauty' mark (freckle, wart, small scar) that draws the eye to it.

Nose - there are entire sites on how to give yourself a make-up nose-job and have it look natural. Flaring or pinching nostrils with spirit glue is good, as long as you have a small amount of powder to cover the sheen.

These are all vanity tricks, if they're illegal on your face (as opposed to having someone argue intent) then outlaw all those magazines with tips on how to look different.

--Not face but a very big deal: cover your hands, don't wear the same shoes to raid after raid, try going for a larger size and style (hiking boots, whatever) that won't help image watchers spot you. Femanons, if you have to go barefaced, pad up or strap down, guys, trade shirts well before a raid. If you have ink, go find temptu or whatever that stuff is called and stencil something elsewhere, and do a similar decoration over your real ink.

This post is late, and I understand my advice is not strictly legal, but none of these actions are illegal in and of themselves.

It would be great if the laws could be changed, meanwhile, there are many options.

B4Uask yeah, I've done 'spot the criminal.' It was never a full time job, but there you are.

    UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was fucking buried on the NC laws sections, but I finally found it. North Carolina does have exemptions. I am now requesting, formally, some sort of legalfag to help us make this apply to us.

    Section 14-12.11

    Section III looks promising, no?

Re: Possible Avenue For Anti-Mask Laws

Section 5 seems like it basically says that Anonymous could wear masks because it's part of the requirements of Anonymous, as long as a rep of Anonymous gets permission first.....

    ...right???

Re: Possible Avenue For Anti-Mask Laws

Also, maybe you could plan a play to perform to fit into section III?

As long as you 'perform' your play about the many lives of Guy Fawkes, and maybe have one sign that says "FREE PLAY HERE", could they argue?

Okay, so, just to recap, legally speaking, we get permission from the municipality or local government to wear the masks and we are good to go, correct?

Re: Possible Avenue For Anti-Mask Laws

As long as it's an Anon (probably you) that's asking, yes.

"(5) Any person or persons, as members or members elect of a society,"
    Must be an Anon.

"engaged in any parade, ritual, initiation, ceremony, celebration or requirement of such society, order or organization"
    See: RAID

"and wearing or using any manner of costume, paraphernalia, disguise, facial makeup, hood, implement or device,"
    mask

"whether the identity of such person or persons is concealed or not"

"on any public or private street"
"on any public or private street"
"on any public or private street"
"on any public or private street"
or in any public or private building,

"permission shall have been first obtained therefor by a representative of such society"
    Anon asking, not...uh...some other faggot.

"from the governing body of the municipality in which the same takes place"

Re: Possible Avenue For Anti-Mask Laws

Shameless bump for recap/any state that isn't allowed to wear a mask.

As it would seem, if you haven't been allowed to wear your mask, do a very thorough search on your state's mask law. If you can find an exemption like this:

You can request (attend a meeting and present it) that the City Council grant you permission to wear your mask. We're currently exploring the venue of presenting the information to the City Council without having to appear in front of the council, as to remain truly anonymous. Try it, maskless faggots.

Re: Possible Avenue For Anti-Mask Laws

Well, you should still consult a lawyer and local cops can still enforce "their" understanding.

This is mostly I'm guessing a symbolic work around, as it still shouldn't be counted on to protect you from photogs. My assumption here is that you will still have to travel the public roadways maskless, unless you all assemble somewhere together and march down to the Org. (In this case you run into parade -type ordinances and permits). If you park you car and walk to the protest, you are NOT protected by this ritual / group required ceremonial mask stuff.

Once you assemble as a group and perform your ritual which requires a ceremonial mask, you can stand on street protected, but again only a faggot can't figure out the spirit of this law.. and protesting in public probably wasn't the intent here.

Are you really too daft to extend your theory to the KKK standing across the street from a black church and claiming it is a ceremonial ritual? (I know this is Godwin like to bring up the analogy, but after all this is the origin of your mask laws)

Local cops are the ones saying to "DO IT FAGGOT."

Re: Possible Avenue For Anti-Mask Laws

Yeah. When I contacted the police, I send them a good, long message with our intent, how we fall in as members of an Organization, how we're required to wear the mask as part of the Organization (hush now, kids), and how "protesting" is our form of Ceremony. The response I got back from a head police officer (not specifying what type, go fuck yourself, OSA) was that "As long as the city council approves it, it's okay here, as the exemption states". I was then told how to contact the city council and how to present it. So, chyeah.

Not to mention, if the police were to be called on us while we're out there, we'd have a copy of the permission approval/letter on hand to show the cops, and a copy of the law (14-12.11 Section 5) that shows how we apply.

Was this written for this specific purpose? No. But, I think that's what makes it the most fitting. All the other laws were obviously written to constrict one group (we have two different laws against burning crosses while wearing a hood..hmm, who does that sound like?) but since that group can't be legally defined, the law was made so broad, it affects anyone who attempts to touch a mask in the state.

It's only fitting that the final exemption allow any Organization (even the KKK) permission to wear the mask, as long as they get it approved by the city council. I don't see city council approving the KKK's walk through the city, so all other groups are now safe.

    UPDATE:

    WHAT THE FUCK?

So, Anonymous, the organization protesting Scientology, does not qualify for the exemption because we aren't involved in a demonstration that requires the use of a mask.

Off topic a bit, but McIntyre died before the trial was decided. Her estate pressed the issue.

    NEW ISSUE

I believe our contact who we presented our info with misinterpreted our stance and who we are. That's the only way we can not be seen as an organization that uses the mask as a requirement. Someone here, start thinking of ways we can explore this further. We won't give up, especially when the law has our back and an attorney doesn't.

Re: Possible Avenue For Anti-Mask Laws

Bump for someone else's input/hoping that someone has an idea.

Basically, we have a slam-dunk exemption. It applies to us in the lawyer's own definition. But we've been told no by the lawyer (who I never spoke to, so his information is non-existent to shitty, at best) and he's recommended the Council deny it too. From what I see, no matter what we present to the council, they're going to see a City Attorney say "DO NOT WANT" and veto us. Any help at this point is crucial.

Re: Possible Avenue For Anti-Mask Laws

NC has a long and shameful history of shitting on civil liberties. While I am pissed off about this, at least no one ended up on death row because of this fuckup of theirs. Google Alan Gell for a case of that happening, or their own PC rehashing of the Scottsboro Boys, the Duke Lacrosse false rape allegations pressed by a nasty, drug-addicted whore named Crystal Gail Mangum who has a history of serious mental problems.
