Police save Marc Headley from Gold Security Guards - DOX!!!!

People have asked me why I did not leave Gold earlier and why I stayed there for fifteen years. I try to explain to them how it is just not that easy to leave Gold. I even posted the incident when I left Gold. It was January 5th, 2005. Some people could not believe what I wrote in my original posting. A black SUV with Danny Dunagin at the wheel running me off the road, and police escorting me to safety.

So why I am posting today? Well it seems that there were some details that I was not aware of. I was filled in on these details today for the first time since I left in 2005. Who filled me in and what details did I leave out? Well, read for yourself. I obtained these from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department today.

As I understand it, because Marc didn't want to make a statement and press charges, and was happy just to be escorted away, there was not enough evidence to prosecute CoS for false imprisonment, but the situation was resolved, so they closed the case. Perhaps a coding as VCI (Victim Cancelled Investigation) would be more appropriate. Any criminal justice people in da house?

And OMG! on that police report. The heading of "FALSE IMPRISONMENT" was perfect, oh so revealing, and great evidence for your court case.

So at the end of the reports they said that the case would be closed.

I don't suppose there is any chance it could be re-opened ?

Depends on the statute of limitations maybe, but if Marc now has changed his mind and wants to testify, and they also find the witness, then perhaps they could bring a case.
Waiting four years before prosecution won't help the case though.

The reaming lately of the OG is uncalled for. Marc is brave and doesn't afraid of anything.
Others have been vilified, but for fucks sake, they are on our side. What Marc went through chills my soul. I have taken on what to me is a sacred duty that no one else should ever have to experience that.
Marc, I salute you. And being ex-military, I do not salute those who do not deserve it.

Although her name is blacked out in the sheriff's report, I believe Marc reported on OCMB that the employee stopping & questioning the deputy to see if Marc was OK, and who claimed that everyone is "free to leave", Gold whenever they wanted, was none other than that lying piece of shit.. Muriel Dufresne.

It's one thing to sit on the internet and read what you think is a good story. It's an entirely different thing when you see the police dox to back up the story. It's not that I questioned the story itself, it's just that the documents combined with the police's obvious concern for you brought me to tears this early morning.

These are the officers that Riverside needs. Ones that are concerned for others' safety, and know the lengths that scientology and Dunigan/Duignan/whatever will go to in order to stop someone from leaving scientology.

Gold Base is an evil, evil place. It's the giant boil on Riverside's ass that they choose to live with instead of having it lanced.

Note that these docs, if shared properly with certain legal eagles, could possibly help in certain court cases to show a history of violence, detainment, and false imprisonment.

People have to flee for their lives to escape that place..yet no one does anything. It is astonishing to me.

A few things.

I do not know who blacked out the names in the dox. They were like that when I got them. Probably Golden Errors came over and blacked them out. As far as I can tell Murial and a dude by the name of Bruce Wagoner (Gold Legal Dir) were the names in there. I saw them get pulled over so I who was in those cars. You have to dig, after Danny ran me off the road, my carb was malfunctioning and the clutch lever had been snapped off. At full throttle, I could maybe drive 5 miles per hour top speed! With cop cars in front and back of me it was like a slow speed chase. Anytime the Golden Erorrs guys starting to join the parade, they stuck out like sore thumbs!



I wish i could have had these dox for the riverside council meeting as well.

One thing I wanted to make known in all this. I never knew there were any police dox regarding the incident. I had a hunch that there were. Since Anon Orange was in Riverside all the time, I asked him to pull some strings and find these dox.

He did. He not only found them a few hours after I mentioned that they might be there, but he arranged for them to be made available and all I had to do was show up and they gave them to me.

I am aware that he has a bad rep on this board. So be it. Nobody is perfect. He has his way of fighting this fight.


The fact is that the guy is fighting these guys and seems to be in it for the long haul. They have fair gamed him. They will continue to fair game him. He has not backed off. I know that feeling.

Anyone who fights against people that do wrong is someone that I count on my side of the fence, no matter what personal flaws they may have.

Next, I am going to try and get the 911 call if they have it. That person truly may have been the one that saved my life. That single phone call that day put a chain reaction series of events into motion that will forever change many people lives!

Feel free to do whatever you like with the dox.

So technically speaking....in the picture to be the front cover of the book, it would be impossible for a rider to be pulling that kind of leaning turn, going 5 miles an hour.

GREAT STORY MARC! I hope you will be able to get them good in court. They truly deserve the worst they can get. I hope you're award is in the millions.

The document would not have help in the Riverside meeting, Stone was adamant that the public comments were to be limited to the ordinance regardless of what is occurring at Gold. HE'S A FUCKING SCUM BUCKET!
