Wheres the recipe for the rice? The kind that is crisp on the bottom with almonds?
Well...since everyone who cook rice in Iran in different way there is no actual recipe for that. We call that "tah dig" means the bottom of pan. You can add anything you want to the bottom of the pan and then pure the rice in and by the time the rice is ready, your "tah dig" is ready too.
So toasted almonds in the bottom of the pan, then rice and water? Then just cook the rice? what spices do you add?
The only spice we add is Zaferon.
