That is what they are charging him with, but they won't give detail on the exact reason they think he's guilty of that till the hearing.

I wouldnt say the gun thing was WRONG, i wouldnt use the word "stupid" either, but given the situation you were in, it wasnt the wisest thing to do. I dont see how they could prosecute you for that, if you go around gun forums there's all kinds of pictures of rednecks showing off their arsenal and bragging that they'd blow away anyone who invades their home, you dont see them getting prosecuted.

With that in mind...it does make you worry a little bit that maybe there's something more too it. But...who knows? Just a waiting game for you, my heart goes out to you for having to put up with this shit.

I would be very wary of doing anything that might piss the judge off. Turning up in costumes to his court might do that.

The Scilons here are a bunch of wimps (FLUNK) and they regard an accidental bumping-into as assault (FLUNK). I think they're just trying to manipulate the legal system as much as they can in order to intimidate their critics. I can see why they want to charge with "criminal threats" but I don't think it will be a feasible case for them.

Folks, I can guarantee you that if anyone shows up to the court house in anything other than "normal" clothing, you will not be admitted to the court room. You won't make it past the security check points in a mask, and if anything is construed as "demonstrating" in the court room, the Judge will evict you and it will not look good for Sean.

This is standard in ANY courtroom.

You may show up and silently observe as members of the public. I would encourage anyone in LA who has the time to do so.

Keep in mind that since this will be an arraignment hearing, it will likely be pretty short and sweet. Though I imagine that Sean's lawyers will try to convince the Judge to drop the charges, which might be interesting.

I agree with no hijinks in the courtroom!! You want the judge thinking you, you're family, and everyone you've ever met are sane, normal, law-biding and not agitating types of people!

If you want to show solidarity, show up in nice black suits, like in all anon vids, with a guy fawkes face as a SMALL crest on the jacket. Gets the point across but in a tasteful, respectful way.

I would like to donate to your legal defense fund, and I have an idea to make this safe: Have your lawyer Graham Berry set up the paypal, I think we can trust him, and then maybe identities of who donates is protected by attorney-client privilege? If true I think that'd be a good way to go about this.

Now, some of you might say there's a better way to spend money on this. That might be true, but here's how I see it. I think the fact that Sean works in porn, was umemployed, whatever, they saw him as an easy first target. A way to set a precedent for sending anons to jail on bad evidence. I think it would be a big mistake to make this easy for them.


Also Sean, I'm really sorry about your cat. But there is a silver lining- if I ever need to convince someone that this cause is just I only have to tell that story, and then tell everyone what the Anonymous Exposed guy said on youtube about "see if those two handguns helped him bury his cat". That gets to people, and then I can get into explaining the seedy underbelly of this criminal organization. So far with that story I've converted a few people from "I dunno, they might be bad, but this sounds kinda stupid" to "The cause is just and necessary, it needs to be done." Your cat's sacrifice has created many more enemies for Scientology.

Certainly they've done worse things than poisoning a cat.. but man that one gets to people. It's just sickening to think of someone doing that.

If you want to show up in court to support Sean, in a suit you are nothing more than a friend, or relative

in a suit with a GF or Anon or crest on it or anything else identifiable, you are clearly showing yourself as a supporter of anonymous and opening yourself up as a target.

It would be great for him to have moral support, but be careful.

Thats usually up to the judge, but they most always dont allow them. It's something they're VERY touchy about. They also always tell people to turn their cell phones, and any electronic devices they have on them off before court starts.

To be honest, I wouldn't even ask about cameras in the courtroom, the answer is almost certainly a no and there's no point taking the risk of pissing anyone in authority off. We have to play by the court's rules now -that means no trying to take advantage of the situation, just turn up, have the lawyer explain clearly and politely why the charge is total bullshit, and leave quietly.

You're thinking of trials - arraignments are much more public, and are usually press-friendly with a badge... I'm sure the sclions have access to press badges due to that scirag they publish.

I think we should have two teams. One to watch court proceedings and one to remain on the outside. I think everybody on the inside should remain inside and not join the outside (unless you can find a hidden place to change your clothes and cover your head entirely) when the proceedings are over just to prevent namefragging. Again I don't know what the story is on permits for the 9th so are we even going to be allowed to be there, especially if masked? Also, how does we extract him if the LZ is hot?

I agree about the two teams, we need the anonymous presence there to show we all stick together, but it would be good if Sean had some support inside the courtroom as well. I will call the Temple branch of LA Superior when they open at 8, and I'll find out if they normally allow cameras at their arraignments (most courts do) and if protesting masked is allowable outside the courthouse with/without a permit.

Are the other guys that have been namefragged - ATH, NigraJustice, etc going to be at the preceding?
