Current legal precedent says that linking isn't illegal (in the US) Technically, as long as you're stateside, the only thing that would be illegal would be actually uploading the copywritten materials. So long as you're NOT uploading the file to other people you haven't committed any type of infringement. (This is the major problem with torrents, btw, since its assumed you're uploading as well as downloading)

Multiple upload on rapidshare, sendspace, depositfiles - ASAPload.com is covered by a privacy protection agent, so I can't find out who owns it. Writing it up/ reading it out is instantly fair use/opinion/free speech. Playing this back = ending up having to fight to prove it's 'fair use' almost certainly.
