OK fuck it. I can't wait to run this by Graham before posting. It's such obvious BS, I can't believe it. I have to share...

Oschaper is a scilon troll on YouTube. He's been trolling me for months. I decided to run his YT info through Google. I posted the results.

Last night Oschaper sent me a PM on YT. I responded and now so has he. To which I have responded again. Oschaper, I will continue posting any BS threat PMs you send me here. If you are going to try something, do it via the proper procedural channels. Don't threaten me with lawsuits and then tell me you're not threatening me.

I think it is) in public view on the internet. All I did to find it was do a google search on your screen name, and on "oliver" (the name you put on your channel page) + "Schaper" which was obviously your last name being that your screen name is oschaper. Anyone can do the same. It's called the internet. You see, people put information on it and then other people can see it. It's not something that you just dump something on. I know your general location because you told me once after I asked you. Look back through the comment history on my Sea Arrrgh Promo. I also added that to the search on google. All information that you had made publicly available. And all I used to find it was Google.

My actions are a legal mirror of your organization's illegal actions against ME. Also remember that you came and started trolling MY video comments. Not the other way around.

Sorry, but I was not the one posting my information online. Some are public information and the rest has been collected by people which is always hard to control.

My family have been under personal attacks and we're able to link these attacks to your postings and that is what crosses the line.

I'm not asking you to stop your protest but I will be able to stop you from spreading my personal information without my consent because not everything is available on Google.

I'm not responsible for your legal action you may have with the church but I will come down like a tonne of bricks and make sure my security is restored.

I took the time to register an account at this forum to take out the rumor mill.

1. I have never stated before that I was practicing law in California at the moment, especially after spending more time in another profession. I'm licensed to practice law, which gives me the right to carry the ESQ and it is not important in which state as I would leave the action to experts in their field.

2. It is amazing to see that you guys fall for HouseAnonSpiders attempts to steer up hate and some of the postings here speak for themselves.

3. This matter has now escalated beyond control and it will be resolved in court. This is a matter of privacy and the need to protect my family from attacks that have been orchestrated by some people who don't see the line between an online exchange of opinions and real violence. Even if he does not see his part, he provides the groundwork for some unstable characters to physically attack, steal and harass my family, employees and myself.


This is not against your "action against the church" but it is about security and the need to control personal information available none which seem to be in line with the goals of your group.

I was promised all the time that attacks where always against the church, not its members and that you guys would respect free speech, which includes my right to voice my opinion as a Scientologist.


Why was it necessary to approach HouseAnonSpider and request removal?


1. We have received physical and verbal attacks.

2. Personal property was stolen by people who claim to be part of Anon.

3. Business operations at my place of business have been interrupted because our mail room staff had to dispose packages with fickle matter which is crossing the line.


I always kept and open forum and have not retaliated to any attacks but even I have to draw the line. If I would be one of you, this would be considered Fair Game and you guys would scream.

Again, I see legal actions always as the last resort and prefer the matter to be solved in peace. Don't take me for a fool, I will defend my family and my employees and make sure their safety comes first.
