I'm not sure, but I think Adam had a "Legal" right to do so, but decided to abide by police request? .
I find that police request curious, because on this occasion an opportunity did not arise to see DM and call him by name, what if he had shown up? If the police present on the day were on Scientology payroll, was that a request from the cult, or the officers own idea? The fact that they were on the cult payroll makes me curious as to conflicts of interest? I wonder what this does to an officers legal standing?

The police tactic seemed to be to try and bs the protestors into doing whatever the Scientologists wanted.
I only questioned, I do not disagree with Adam who was correct in doing as the good officer was suggesting. Instead of trying to stir up antipathy between protestors and police like OSA would like. I was thinking a few polite enquiries about this to police to see if this censorship (perhaps if couched in those terms the police may change their minds.) of protestors is really necessary. It's neither here nor there as in the end witty protestors like Adam will always find an imaginative way to enturbulate without upsetting the good relations between protestors and police.

In concern of being asked not to call out people by name, the officer said that he didn't want any arguments and/or fights to be instigated by pointing out individuals. I'm not worried about any efforts to use the police to shepherd protesters, when you consider that I was permitted to yell at Sea Org members for over an hour straight from their very driveway, it was the least I could do to respect a simple request. Besides, if a scnst did start a fight with us, it would be no fun, speaking seriously. I cannot beleive how Karen Pouw continues the legacy of Idle Orgs by showing us numerous 3D-renderings of the empty building, more accurately rendered shots then intended, I must say! Now as to the issue of STATS, I beleive Karen Pouw has violated many of Hubbard's policies by "saying" what the attendance was without showing us the actual STATS.
