Annoying chemist, where are your dox?, lol Here's mine.

I am not at all a chemist but what I read below at the NIH PubMed states that the Lithium Orotate produced better results or was absorbed better.

~ of course people should not self medicate. Some mentally ill person took an overdose of 18 tabs at 120 mg each of lithium orotate but the ill effects tempory and were more stomach related than what I have seen & read about what lithium carbonate do when it's just a small amount over theraputic levels. Diabetes Insipidus and balance issues are just 2 that I know of. They are far more serious than what happened in this lithium orotate case:

Indeed, Arnie Lerma is a traditional English name.

In fact, we have so many Arnies over here that it causes huge amounts of confusion at public gatherings (someone shouts out 'Arnie' and half the men turn around to see who called them)

Oh, and as for having the surname of Lerma, it's the second most common surname over here after Smith.

    Hope that makes sense.

He looks exactly like one of the guys in one of my local kebab shop, which is really odd.

    LITHIUM kebab anyone?

    Seems to make sense.

Now would you drop it if I told you that "Arnie Lerma" is short for "Arnaldo Lerma", not "Arnold"? (Arnaldo being a hispanic version of Arnold.)

P.S. Arnie sports a long gray ponytail (unless he cut it for his tree-hopping spree in Costa Rica... but I doubt that).

That was of course before I left the church.

Arnie is a good guy. Actually Spanish/Native American/Italian iirc.
