It's worth more if it burns to the ground. They can then sell all the land for redevelopment and make a big profit on it. The building has to burn to the ground, though, in a huge fire that can not be put out, otherwise they will have to restore the building and that would be very expensive. Like I said, it would have to be a HUGE fire with flames licking up hundreds of feet into the air with the sound of the asbestos sheeting exploding and sending fragment of asbestos high into the air to land in the whole area as well as miles away downwind. All it takes is that one inferno and the clams will have enough spre money to buy a huge new Ideal Org someplace not far away. But we are talking "blazing inferno" here and not just a major fire.
The brilliance is the COS fooling everyone, these "churches" coming and going are just to hide the fraudulent real estate transactions with the for profit side of the organization. Look into the records of old churches in your parcel viewer, follow the money and look at what happens to value. It's pretty obvious, surely someone has notived this before. I just started investigating a week ago. See the new thread COS real estate under current events.
No, but the brickwork may crack and the weight of the roof might cause the cracked walls to tumble if the heat is high enough.
I was thinking more of timber beams needed for repair leaning up against the walls and them accidentally catching fire causing an updraft that would suck in oxygen at an incredible rate so that they burnt at incredible heat and the heat cracked the walls and then the roof flattened and pushed the walls out so that the walls broke into many pieces and hardly any parts of the wall were left standing. Then the clams would be allowed to sell the land to a developer and they would make a few million in the process which would be enough to buy a new Idea Org somewhere else in the vicinity. Edit: Oh, and BTW, clams would not do such a thing as they are very ethical Beings and although OTs could destroy the place at high temperature using their intention beams, they would never do such a thing because it is illegal.
Maybe have life insurance policies for OT1 occupants living on the compound. Of course their wills leave everything to the church.
There appears to be a growing trend among "non critics", at least neither Anon or OG etc., just regular folks who'd never paid much attention to the cult one way or another going online and posting pictures and commentary, blogging or just sharing their opinions in unrelated forums, etc. over the eyesores that (in particular) these unfunded and crumbling "outer" idle orgs have turned up in their community since the cult took ownership. Even the more shiny and subsidized "model" idle orgs haven't escaped critical notice. These are people that likely never even noticed their local "storefront" org prior to the idle org scam catching their attention by occupying something more prominent in their city. The disdain is reminiscent of what was found in the Clearwater area when the cult first began moving in there, only the locals have a lot more information to work with these days. The Idle Org Build it, and a whole new generation of critics will come. Crawling out of the woodwork. In cities worldwide. Lol Xenu.
By the time anyone figures out what's really going on, all of the transactions will be completed and assets in the hands of the various for profit members, which is far bigger than the dumb dumbs at the bottom that take a test and buy a book. They're just for show and to keep the rest of us amused so they can go about their business. This will go down bigger than Madoff. I wonder what old Norton Stanley Karno is doing these days? My guess is he went off to build the corporate side, he was the real brains behind setting up the tax structures. Karno Schwartz & Friedman he's best known as an attorney for the Church of Scientology and its founder L. Ron Hubbard in the 1960s and 1970s, and whose name figures prominently in Scientology's history.[1][2] Karno is also well known as an active real estate investor. According to an article in the Colorado newspaper Daily Camera: "Karno or one of his corporations owns more than 500 pieces of real estate nationwide, including seven parcels in Boulder County, Colorado." [3]Karno is associated with the California firm of Karno, Schwartz & Friedman [4] Digital Lightwave[edit] In 1997, Karno was the second biggest stakeholder in Digital Lightwave, a Scientology-related company in Clearwater, Florida, during their initial public offering.[7] ------ Graduate from their Delphi schools who automatically get placements in universities then corporations to perpetuate things. They have the same ethics, which is to burn everyone except themselves. When you boil it down, that's the religion.
I hope the clams don't do it, even though it would be "ethical" to do so since making money on the sale of the land would help the Church of Scientology bring about a civilization without insanity, without criminals and without war, where the able can prosper and honest beings can have rights, and where Man is free to rise to greater heights
The most ethical thing British OTs can do across all 8 dynamics is to take out million+ life insurances and drop their bodies while trying to "put out the fire" in the Northumbia Idle Org. This way, they can swap those useless old meat bodies for young strong ones able to devote useful service on the Sea Org while allowing their family members to use the insurance money to go up the bridge again and again and again!
You mean use the insurance money to go up the Bridge once. It costs more these days if you include the mandatory IAS donations.
