New Scilon Center in Perth From Greg and Jo Wansbrough - Good News!! Date: 6 Nov 2009 Hello to all our friends! This is an email from us to you to get out of non-existance about our new Field Practice called "Your Life Centre". We checked out the references from IHELP about what to do when you start and it said to let everyone know you are starting - so let me tell you a little about what we are doing!! Sending this email is just a substitute for seeing you all directly and we won't be promoting our good works to you again unless you indicate that you would like to be on the mailing list that will be set up seperately - which will mainly just be promoting wins and new services. Next year we will also be starting a group meeting once or twice a month at our house for anyone who wants to be a Field Auditor or start their own group and would like some tips or to drill or just to have some like-minded people to talk about the tech! So let us know also if you are interested in that. So, what we are endeavoring to do is not a flash in the pan kind of thing but actually to provide a place that can service people mainly with Dianetics and some basic LHR tech, and importantly to provide a link to the Org and a place to start out for newbie's who may have buttons on Churches or groups or whatever and of course just to deliver the tech so people are destimulated even if that's as far as they ever go! - the whole point is to get into action!!! We don't have a must have on what happens after that!!! In the future we will be also delivering the Dianetics Seminars and Co-Audits and be able to handle moderate drug cases with a sort of Narconon first step programme. I have turned over some of my hats on the OTC in order to work on this and Greg will be phasing over into this full-time over the next few months (of course with the blessings of Dave and Karolyn our wonderful bosses who have been very supportive of our new venture and put up with my absences while I got it rolling!) We are using a policy called " Concerning The Separateness of Dianetics and Scientology" - 25 Jan 1957 OEC Vol 6, p231. All our materials and auditing areas are strictly Dianetics and no Scientology materials - as we are not delivering Scientology services per se - this gets people at a level that is real to them - the reactive mind and it's negative effects on their life. Of course, if appropriate we can disseminate and enlighten about Scientology and will show people all aspects of LRH tech if they are interested but as much as possible we are sticking to Dianetics and it's 4 dynamics (in fact I cognited when I found that policy that my main failure in dissemination was talking about Dianetics and Scientology as though they are one and the same thing when they are in fact entirely different bodies of knowledge - as I didn't understand that I wasn't really able to see what the person needed most and direct him accordingly and had big losses on FSMing). We are also following "The Ridge On the Bridge " ED 21 Oct 1982 OEC Vol 6, p 441, in that you have to deliver sufficient quality and quantity of Book One before someone will want and reach for other services and that they should not be shunted onto other things (which was what COB went over when he released the new HDA). We have set up a great new website (link for this is below) so if you have someone who is interested but you can't get them into the Org they could check us out as a stepping stone to going onlines. Or even if you just can't quite answer their questions about Dianetics properly and need a hand - just get them to ring Greg and he can handle the curliest of questions! We follow the PL "Ex-Staff Free Service" 24 Oct 1976 in that we can't take on any person who has been on Org lines within the last two years as they are Org public. Any exceptions to that (ie if the peson refuses to go in the Org but is willing to come to us) would have to be cleared through the Org Execs first. We also charge more than the Org per policy ( PL 10 Feb 1961 "Professional Charges" OEC Vol 6, p 706)- so that would be an incentive for them to get back into the Org !I Any past selectee of yours that was assisted back onlines by us would still be your selectee but we would be happy to be the stepping stone to the Org if that's what's needed. Greg has also taken on being the I/C of the OT Committee Dianetics project. He has been in debugging and drilling some of the staff on the Dianetics delivery and will continue with that for as long as he is needed. He has also taken on some of the Bk 1 delivery for the Org to help while others complete their training. He has some other pcs on the go as well and is also doing Book 1 on a staff member as part of the auditing requirements on the new HDA course! He is going to be doing a few hours a week on an ongoing basis on some of the staff - basically because there's nothing that is more satisfying than seeing our dedicated staff members going in session too!! I will be more on the administrative side of things for the initial stages, but we just wanted to share the good news and let you know things are happening in Perth not just in other parts of the world!! Make raw meat pay higher prices than the org, for the privilege of receiving dianetics auditing (rather than scientology auditing). Why am I not surprised that an OT dreamed this up. Let me see if I understand this. OT cognites that scientology sounds like shit to wogs, fresh raw meat stats are still plummeting in orgs and missions, new publics are staying away in droves from scientology. So, the solution is to set up a group that only delivers dianetics, and at a higher price than orgs. Maybe this is another brilliant Miscavige handling. < sarcasm >

I think this may be their new recruiting strategy - recruit in a small unknown suburban centre and then when they are sufficiently brainwashed send them to the advanced orgs. Can anyone outside Sydney confirm this?
