New Org and shop in Oslo, Norway? As stated in an earlier thread, a British clothes chain is to take over CoS Oslo's offices. Where will they move now? Some fresh dox on their new plans: Rough translation (the syntax and grammar of the memo is horrible): Rumour has it that they're moving their Org to Økern, a region of Oslo, where they'll probably buy a house. They also plan on setting up a shop in the city centre of Oslo.

Re: New Org and shop in Oslo, Norway? The PR brochure mention a show downtown, perhaps that will be placed there? Anyway, a shop will by it's nature be open to the public. If they manage to have a shop, however small, it will be more difficult for them to ignore protesters.
Re: New Org and shop in Oslo, Norway? A shop would also make body-routing easier, and be more inviting to the public than an upstairs place with a locked door you have to press a doorbell on. Their biggest problem will be any sign saying "Scientology" - that'll scare off the customers more than if they had a wild bear running around inside. A while ago we talked to Geir Isene about this and asked why they didn't just get a shop downtown where property is expensive and have the rest of the org in a different part of town where property was cheaper. He said that they were considering that alternative already, so hivemind and all that.
Re: New Org and shop in Oslo, Norway? Oslo Org, previously located in Karl Johans Gate 12J is now CLOSED Completely dead. "Dianetikk" signs in windows, as well as flag, and apparently furniture, etc, seems to be gone.
