Good grief! First the cult has a very bad end to 2009, then it starts bad for them in January, and February is coming along nicely in the same style! Good luck, Berry, and keep us posted when the details are up!

    wow, just wow

Be the end of this year, we're gonna have to have a parade, with a Float for every Major Footbullet of 2010. It will be a long parade, so will need to hire popcorn vendors on ever corner.

Hopefully so, but, I don't know.

I should think the $cilons will make a war chest available to defent 'K. Moxon CULT sleazebag' and, thus, an army of lawyers should the need arise.

As always, I wish Mr. Berry the best in his latest undertaking.

    I do know this, though.

Karma will be visiting Moxon sooner or later.

And the whip will come down.

Just WHAT is keeping this fucktard out of prison?

That thankfully opinions of criminality do not put you in prison but require a court and a conviction.

Good luck to Graham with this lawlsuit.

Bullshit luck and a knack for exploiting the system, just as Scientology teaches.

    Not 100% sure.

My take is that the $cilons view having "K. Moxon CULT sleazebag" free to do their bidding as being in their interests.
  17. Re: MOXON v. BERRY/BERRY v. MOXON. new lawsuits

I think it is Moxons way of escaping the Cult lol.

    Great footbullet by Moxon.
I am personally interested in this as Moxon abused the Justice system in appalling ways during my (Pattinson) Court case that cost me a great deal of money.
    I am staying tuned....

On aside, does anyone know what Andreas Helas-Lund's old toothless nemesis Helena Kobrin (law partner of Moxon) is doing these days? Is she still working for the CO$?

Re: MOXON v. BERRY/BERRY v. MOXON. new lawsuits

Gotta keep in mind that not many people know as much about where the bodies are buried and how they got that way as 'K. Moxon CULT sleazebag'.

I could see where the CULT and 'K. Moxon CULT sleazebag' have a kind of Mexican standoff blackmailwise.

The CULT could hurt 'K. Moxon CULT sleazebag' with what they know about his involvement in other-than-legal escapades going back decades and vice versa.

The $cilons are a corrupt "mafia like" bunch of creeps that would throw anyone under a bus and not lose any sleep...as long as they believe it will not harm them.

I think abandoning 'K. Moxon CULT sleazebag' would be inviting trouble for the CULT. Disgruntled people tend to tell what they know. Sooner or later.

The first one third of the Moxon v. Berry dox are now up at Angry Gay Pope Home Page. More tomorrow and Monday.

Meanwhile OSA is handing out deposition notices to numerous Anons in the Anon Orange false arrest, etc., case. OSA is in for a surprise.

Congratulations to all on a great weekend of protest against Scientology crime, fraud and abuse.

    Enjoy

Anons are going to be deposed?

Also Mr. Berry, you know you can set up a Ning site to host your legal documents in a little under five minutes? I bet there are plenty of people here who will show you how to set one up as well :)

Re: MOXON v. BERRY/BERRY v. MOXON. new lawsuits

Luv to hear how. Thank you.

No. Anons will not be getting deposed whatever OSA and Moxon think and try to do. Xenu is in town!

Go to Ning | Create and discover Ning Social Networks for your interests and passions.

Sign up(ie create a ning network ID), then hit create ning network. Shouldn't take ya more then 5 minutes.

You can then upload anything you want or link it.

domain will usually be [name].ning.com you can pay a couple bucks and have an actual domain name instead of ning.com.

There is a thread around here with exact directions will try to find it for ya.

Alternately some fag around here can create it for you then turn the keys over. I'm way too lazy to do that though and not very secure.

I dunno, I think skep had a good point about opinion not being enough to send you to jail.

    What bodies?

Anyways I can't wait to see what [STRIKE]tl;dr, cringeworthy, moonbat[/STRIKE] brilliant legal fillings GB comes up with this time.

Figurative, not literal. Which, of course, you know.
  34. Anonymous Member

Re: MOXON v. BERRY/BERRY v. MOXON. new lawsuits

Literal bodies too, like Moxon's daughter and Lisa McPherson.

I know where they are buried too. Should I call the cops? Actually I don't really know, I figured they were both cremated but I think the literal bodies wouldn't actually be known otherwise....

    Never mind, carry on!

I forsee a never-ending wave of depositions in this case.

If someone gets really creative, Abelson's associate Bradley Brunon could be questioned.
PI Ingram's associates (like William Gailey of the state bar) and even his children
(at least one performed surveillance on behalf of his father) and his wife could also get dragged into this.

There are also some interesting exhibits which could be added to a court file.

What does that have to do with anything? Or do you just want to try to use the court system to drag someone's name through the mud?

I'm glad I'm not the only hypocrite around here.

I say drag em all through the mud and also post their names here. I like that google will haunt them for ever.
