I still haven't got past Axiom One - these are axioms, remember, not Articles of Faith, but building blocks of logic leading directly from one to the other and, in turn, forming the basis for the subject. Thus one can see that a superficial DAing of each false report would wind up as perpetual motion as one is dealing with a lie factory. The insane covertly execute hidden destructive intentions. Confrontation of a government agency and DAing cools them down and causes them to back down. This is an insane attribute - to fear disclosure and greatly value their rickety PR. So nothing in this should inhibit doing that. So the head of the section being alert decides that there might be something growling in that area. So he rapidly makes up a "special bank" of all files that seem to be concerned to some degree with dog catching. Noticing that we should be looking at these dog catchers is what could be called "flair". It's a "Hey, looking this over we seem to have a lot of dog catchers lately, so I better get some data on them and make an estimation." No file or computer can actually THINK. We can now PREDICT. If we are out to handle the dog catchers we will have to work on Mrs. Snap to get her to reform. We can write up a program like this: PREDICTION: DOGS WILL CONTINUE TO DISAPPEAR. Confront Mrs. Snap and get her attitude ......... etc." One needn't elaborate for it is obvious that many ways exist to legally and ethically persuade Mrs. Snap to give up her career of crime. The tools one is using consist of looking for people or groups that are themselves outpoints. They have a RECORD of someone and they just keep adding to it and adding to it, putting in false reports, opinions, anything. And I generally don't believe the text of Marty "leaks" which are meaningless, since they are just plain text that anyone could write. I would recommend you post scans over on ESMB, where they would be more receptive, except that ESMB doesn't allow scans of dox to be posted over there. If you really want people to read and pay attention to this stuff, either posting scans or photos of actual dox are the way to go. You can read it like a normal person or you can read it like a Scientologist and want proof that they are real. FYI any one can make false photos of documents so that proves nothing. You can find some old paper print what ever you want on it take a low quality scan and post it on the internet and claim that they are real. What we need here is carbon dating that will prove if it is real or not. No wait the person who does the carbon dating could of been paid off or have some vested interest. So shit it seems like we are fuck out of luck on the proof front.
S C I E N T O L O G Y P O L I C Y D I R E C T I V E SCN POLICY DIRECTIVE 28 13 August 1982 BPI ALL STAFF ALL PUBLIC SUPPRESSIVE ACT DEALING WITH A DECLARED SUPPRESSIVE PERSON REF: HCO PL 16 May 80 II ETHICS SUPPRESSIVE ACTS SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS “A SUPPRESSIVE PERSON or GROUP is one that actively seeks, by action or statement, to suppress or damage Scientology or a Scientologist by Suppressive Acts. “SUPPRESSIVE ACTS are acts calculated to impede or destroy Scientology or a Scientologist in his studies or counselling, or to affect adversely his well-being.” (HCO PL 16 May 80 II) It is a SUPPRESSIVE ACT to deal with a Declared SUPPRESSIVE PERSON unless you are the named terminal to deal with the SP (i.e. Sea Org MAA). Per the above referenced PL, “continued adherence to a person or group accurately pronounced a Suppressive Person or Group by HCO” is a Suppressive Act. To maintain a line with, offer support to, or in any way grant credence to such a person indicates nothing more than agreement with that person's destructive intentions and acts. Such dealings in fact act as a covert or overt attempt to undermine and negate the ethics and justice strengths of our ecclesiastical structure. Standard on-policy lines exist should a Declared SP seek to set things right and make up for damage caused. So labeled and declared, a person claiming injustice has the right to request a Committee of Evidence via their nearest HCO. However, unless you are the named authorized terminal to deal with the Suppressive Person, to deal with one constitutes no less than a Suppressive Act. Such an act is cause to have levied against you the same per policy Church justice procedures afforded any Suppressive Person. Full ethics penalties will be applied. Where the matter concerns family relations or where a Scientologist is in the position of being closely associated to a person found to be Suppressive the materials covering Potential Trouble Sources apply. There is no practice of “disconnection" allowed in the Church of Scientology and these materials cover completely how one may use proper lines and procedures to handle a PTS condition. One does not however use a false excuse of “handling my PTS condition” to covertly maintain a line of supportful dealings and agreements with an SP. If you wish to maintain such a line, do so outside of current and future membership in the Church. To deal with a Suppressive is a Suppressive Act. The above is unequivocal Church Policy. Scientology Policy Directive A NEW ISSUE TYPE 23 February 1982R SCIENTOLOGY POLICY DIRECTIVE This issue serves to clarify the background and role of Scientology Policy Directives. Specifically, it addresses how SPDs originated, and their role with respect to LRH policy for Scientology organizations. LRH personally advised and directed Church management to create “Scientology Policy Directives” as an issue type. Scientology organizations are corporations and have certain legal obligations. In accordance with LRH policy, particularly HCO PL 15 August 1960, DEPARTMENT OF GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS and HCO PL 31 January 1964, CORPORATION COORDINATOR, corporate boards are responsible for maintaining these obligations. LRH insisted that the Church establish a distinct issue type for policy for such matters. This occurred during the time of the 1982 corporate reorganization to establish the structure of the Church--the structure which LRH advised to lead Scientology stably into eternity. LRH recognized, as part of this, that Church management would need their own type of policy issue in the years to come. Scientology Policy Directives are used to set forth internal administrative or Church policy. They are not senior to HCO PLs or HCOBs, or any other LRH issue type, and may not cancel any LRH issue. Indeed, SPDs do not even cover the same subjects as the LRH issues. The Work was Free by L. Ron Hubbard I have been at work for seven years to produce a series of techniques which any well-trained auditor can use to clear people. We now have them. I am truly sorry that this took seven years. Actually, it took more than twenty-five. Under other “systems of research” it could not have been done. It was financed at first by my writings and expeditions. Some 15,000,000 words of fact and fiction articles ranging from political articles to westerns were consumed in a large part by this research—but it was free to act if not free from sweat. No bullying dictator wanted it for his mass slaveries as happened to poor misguided Pavlov. No big corporation wanted it for a better Madison Avenue approach to advertising—another kind of slavery. No big RESEARCH FOUNDATION like Ford was there to interject their “America First” philosophy. These had not paid for it; therefore they didn’t own it. The work stayed free. Thus it prospered. It did not wither in support of some aberrated “cause.” It bloomed. But the violence of protecting this work while continuing it took a toll nevertheless. Special interests believed it must be evil if they did not own it. Between 1950 and 1956, 2,000,000 traceable dollars were spent to halt this work. Newspaper articles, radio ads (as in Seattle from the University of Washington), bribed “patrons,” financed “patients” all cost money. You hear the repercussions of this campaign even today. Money could not stop this work by then. It was too late. If anything had been wrong with our organizations, my character, our intentions or abilities the whole advance would have crumbled. But we had no Achilles’ heels. We carried on. All that has survived of this attack by the two APAs, the AMA and several universities is a clutter of rumors concerning your sanity and mine—and rumors no longer financed will some day die. And so the work has emerged free of taint and misguided slants. It is itself. It does what it says it does. It contains no adroit curves to make one open to better believing some “ism.” That makes it singular today in a world gone mad with nationalism. Buddhism, when it came to the millions, was no longer free of slant and prejudice. Taoism itself became a national jingoism far from any work of Lao-tse. Even Christianity had its “pitch.” And if these great works became curved, with all the personal force of their creators, how is it that our little triumph here can still be found in a clear state? Well, no diamonds and palaces have been accepted from rajahs, no gratuitous printing of results has been the gift of warlords, no testament had to be written 300 years after the fact. For this we can thank Johann Gutenberg, and the invention of magnetic tape. Therefore, although we have no such stature as the Great Philosophies, I charge you with this—look to source writings, not to interpretations. Look to the original work, not offshoots. If I have fought for a quarter of a century, most of it alone, to keep this work from serving to uphold the enslavers of man, to keep it free from some destructive “pitch” or slant, then you certainly can carry that motif a little further. In Greek mythology, Achilles was an illustrious Greek warrior. Lao-tse: (604–531 B.C.) Chinese philosopher: reputed founder of Taoism. Taoism: a Chinese religion and philosophy based on the doctrines of Lao-tse. Tao means a way of knowing how to know. To handle such, one has to be fast and effective at dead agenting. Every successful PRO knows how to dead agent and wins. As the tech on dead agenting and handling hostile contacts is scattered in various P/Ls and write-ups, it is issued collectively now as policy for use. Learn these techniques well. This takes data and planning before positive action can occur. (LRH) Never let entheta pass unhandled. Prevention is better than cure. Handle fast, handle with live communication, handle with documentation, use PR technology including tone scale evaluation. Liaise with your senior and the other divisions/bureaux. Maintain ethics presence and see the matter through to a completion including the discrediting of the attacker. Experience has shown that defence is only effective when one sorties or attacks. The errors we have made have been: 1. Defending only. 2. Defending on Scientology ground. 3. Being reasonable and assigning mild motives to the enemy. 4. Failing to attack early and hard. 5. Undervaluing the broad social value of Scientology. 6. Individuating from other similar organizations. 7. Not learning enemy tactics and using and bettering them. 8. Failing to heavily contest for public opinion and public media. 9. Failing to identify the enemy early and hit him hard. (LRH) -----
The technique of proving utterances false is called "DEAD AGENTING". It's in the first book of Chinese espionage. When the enemy agent gives false data, those who believed him but now find it false kill him - or at least cease to believe him. So the PR slang for it is "Dead Agenting." This consists of disproving utterly the false statement with documents or demonstration or display. One has to have a kit (a collection of documents) or the ability to demonstrate or something to display. STATEMENT: "I've been told you are in trouble with Income Tax people." REBUTTAL: "Here's a document of fully paid taxes and a letter of commendation from the tax authorities." Displays same. Result? Whoever told him that is now dead with him as an accurate informer. The _best_ way to dead agent is when the person makes some disprovable statement, find WHO to fix his mind on it and then produce the rebuttal. STATEMENT: "I hear you aren't married to the man you're living with." REBUTTAL: "_WHO_ told you that?" STATER: "I forget." REBUTTER: "Well, you remember and I'll show you some proof." STATER: "Well, it was a man..." REBUTTER: "WHO?" STATER: "Joe Schmo." REBUTTER: "Okay. Here's my marriage certificate. Who's the Joe Schmo nut anyway?" Now it's Joe Schmo who's the mystery. How come he lies? What's in it for him? When one hasn't got the document but can get it one can say "You tell me the name of whoever said that and next time I see you I'll show you something _very_ interesting about it." And be sure to get the document and see him again. Dead agenting has a billion variations. "It won't fly." Fly it. "Place is empty." Show him it's full. The subject matter of Dead Agenting is PROOF in whatever form. You only challenge statements you _can_ prove are false and in any conversation let the rest slide.
