Massive Gold Base Raid: The only acceptable response I can see only one logical response to the cults recent actions. Massive Raid. There is no other option. Talk to the local Police. Tell them about plans for a peaceful protest. Consult a Lawyer concerning protest laws in the area. (I\'m sure this has been done many times already.) Make sure you know the law. Show up in great number. Only this response will strike fear in the hearts of the scilons. Maybe this event could be centered around the one year Anniversary of the Feb 10th protests? This would give everyone time to plan. Other ideas: -Bring refreshments for visiting Police Officers and Protesters -Wear David Miscavige masks (or LRH or both) -Buy cheap foam earplugs in bulk, distribute (hardware store, army/navy, hunting shops, etc) -Car pool from another location (keep as few vehicles at the site as possible. have people act as taxis for protesters. bringing them from meet point to protest and back.) -Bring Audio CD of crazy LRH recordings, play loud -Wear bright colors so that you may easily be seen by people inside the compund (and by passing motorists) -stay all day, maybe a 24 hour protest Shock and Awe my friends...

Other Ideas: -If protest is centered around 1 year anniversary of Feb 10th, why not bring cake? -Sing Happy Birthday to Anonymous...several times -Rent a Bus for transportation -Bang some drums -If the protest goes on into the night, bring body lights, powerful flash lights, etc -Flyer the local town a week before the raid. Let people know so they might participate -Have EVERYONE bring cameras. If they don't own a camera, buy disposable cameras -Video Cameras everywhere -Organize chants before the raid (I would use: "what are your crimes?") -T-shirts celebrating the event

I'm sure that there we can gather more ideas and general consensus. If not though, cox on me. Either way I support massive raids in paranoid places.

I expect this will be the plan come feb 10th. However... I just think the focal point of interest should logically be the cult base. A raid on GB would inflict the most psychological damage. And anniversary dates always have a special meaning and impact. I suggest (again) a simultaneous global raid at Saint Hill would be both more epic and give an opportunity for eurofags. But this time lets please NOT let it devolve into regionals. This time it's GLOBAL - Key Scilon bases ONLY. As an alternative to the one year anniversary, where it may be more effective to remind the org-folks (where it all started) that we're STILL there bugging and trying to save them, this raid could be an ideal pre (or immediatly after) Xmas raid, when alot of people trapped in these locations will be thinking about and missing family. Also, loads of people travelling around this time, taking leave etc - might make it alot easier to include a side-trip if say 20 Dec. EDIT: People might now start talking about weather etc - I say if folk have travelled a long distance, they're gonna go out and raid on the day regardless of the weather - which means the Lulz will still be guaranteed - And anon doesn't afraid of anything when Anon is legion. Imagine all those lonely folk inside Gold and SH thinking about Mum at Xmas, and enough Anon's to chant loudly (and lulzy) to the folks inside! EDIT2: While typing that lots of folk supported the Feb10 proposal - I think that we should really focus on being back where we started on Feb 10 - appealing to all those who might have dropped away since to turn up (many who likely would for the anniversary) - it's got a lot of PR/Media potential for local reporters - good headline material. Feb 10 really MUST be focussed on the public and media to make the most of it, rather than on the Cult - where the whole 'one year' thing will have some play, but not nearly as much. Feb 10 should be "global" meaning everywhere, just like first time. EDIT3: Also, Dec raids would maybe be a bit quiet generally - but this would guarantee raids of epic proportion and lulziness for those who WERE able to make it (ie: you'ld still have hundreds I suspect) EDIT4: It also shows them (again - but even more emphatically) how adaptable and nimble Anonymous is - we don't NEED months to organise a global event - we needed a few short weeks to pull together Feb10. We can do this likewise. For those who can't make it - there will be many other opportunities to hit a main base - but I bet enough COULD make it in Dec to make it truly epic.

Note the courage these ladies have standing right in front of the guard shack of the most feared cult on the planet, note the bravery that XenuBarb had to have to retrieve my camera with the money shot evidence from three buffed up security guards. They threw her on a car and flipped her on her back to the ground, but she got the camera. So, please what Resistance is really saying if it's not clear enough, is to get out of your mom's basement and go do a raid.

Every time I watched a video of people protesting at Gold I thought "those crazy SOBs. God love 'em." However organization is the key to shock and awe. That's my central point. I'd love to see flash raids at Gold every single day. But I'd rather see a massive organized Gold Base raid. One that would get the attention of both the media and everyone trapped inside the compound. Other Ideas: -Invite Ida C -Invite the media -Invite local religious authorities or rational minded atheist groups (dont care which) -Snickerdoodles! (seriously I love those damn things) -Wave large colorful flags (to be seen by those inside the compound, also: Anonymous flag) -megaphones (be wary of local noise ordinance) -Signs attatched to helium balloons -smother local police with kindness and polite behavior (this makes it more difficult for them to act in a corrupt manner) -look for group rates on local lodging -Nominate 3 to 5 people to speak to the media on behalf of Protestors -Give speeches -Sing songs (maybe something by LRH?)

My stance has always been that this event should occur on Feb 10th. First, its not 5 days before Christmas. (I know some people don't care but a lot of us do.) For that reason alone I do not support a date of December 20th. Its far too busy for most of us. (I would do something in November. But I see Feb 10th as having special importance to this righteous cause. Anniversary dates have a special, psychological impact.) Second, an event this spectacular needs to be planned in advance. We want people to have the time to get their stuff together. Make travel plans, save some money, etc. People living in the area can protest at Gold every day if they wish. In fact, I encourage them to do so. The rest of us have to make arrangements to get our butts out there. (its quite a hike for me but I'm willing to make the trip) Other Ideas: -Signs tied to hellium ballons (I know I mentioned this before but this is a good one.) -Drums (Drums. Like in the walls of jericho. Cancel out the pipe organ noise.) -Recruit someone familiar with the area to help with finding safe parking and housing for the night -Info packs, flyers and Pro Anonymous DVDs for any curious on lookers -Laser Pointers -Invite some of the OG. Also the sooner we start planning the better. Canvassing of popular areas can start sooner, more people can find out and participate. This should be the biggest protest yet!
