Good on Marty! Even though I agree with thim that the permit won't stop the cult, I would think the experience of your neighbours actually caring would be new and welcome to him. While I am not a Marty-fan, I really do not want him to drop out of the fight. He is costing the cult a lot in money and manpower.

If the City was savy..they would ask to see some sort of business registration/license or Tax ID number

or look into Texas law see if theres a regulation.or commissions that deal with filming permits..

you could shoot real holes in their claims of just being there to film

    Martyrs blogging on it

  3. Bah.... No Marty is pretending he's totally the victim again. "I'm so glad everyone's trying to protect me now..."

    BULLSHIT!

Marty. You need to fes up for what you've done. You need to go to prison for a very long time, and take Miscavige with you. Cause if you think Miscavige won't implicate you too. Then you are deluded as a Scientologist! (oh wait a sec... you ARE a scientologist)

If the goons persist, the fine may be the least of their problems. I grew up in a small Texas town. It is not wise for "outsiders" to piss off the locals.

I am anxiously awaiting the cult's next Texas footbullet - bringing in NOI goons as bodyguards for the Squirrelbusters. Yes!

interesting..that the film permit is for 5 days..I don't know how the city will work it or if they will want to renew the permit after 5 days...

ever 5 days they would have to march down and plonk another fiver to continue the scam...that would be...lulz

could put a strain on their Squirrel busting budget...no more paddle boat or golf cart....rentals or cable porn

funny that PI Ralph "Gomer" Gomez claimed ..the permit is because of our "religion"?
er no it because your pretending to be a film crew...

the city could say..you've had your five days..now "adios amigos"
at which time they could... spank them if they are caught hanging around filming.

whats a film crew without cameras,...

the PI is flushing his career down the toilet.....too stupid to see it...

Apparently you have overlooked that fact that all publicly available information about Mark Rathbun's destruction of evidence in the Lisa McPherson case came from Mark Rathbun himself, in a published public confession to the St. Petersburg Times. Tobin and Childs say that the prosecutor refused to reopen the McPerson criminal case, despite Rathbun having offered to testify.

Bit of an oversight on your part, eh?

Pretty much this. I like watching the drama unfold and have no rooting interest for either side. I just want to see footbullets galore.

And apparently you, Michael A Hobson, have overlooked the fact that Scientology has housed, horded, and hidden every serial killer, molestor, abuser, and scammer in the history of same over and over and over for 60 years.

Apparently you also seem to not know or accept that those who help, support and otherwise hide the same, by whatever means, are deemed criminals just as much. Just throwing this in here: Perjury included.

What always seems to be missing, the void, is the slightest empathy or signs of human compassion or the normal reaction of horror; in other words, a scientologist.

  25. Maybe he announced himself as their pilot and a friend of LRH, then they hissed and booed.

Marty's information was limited and self-serving. It was nowhere near a complete confession of his criminal role in the destruction of documents while a lawsuit against the cult was pending, nor did he provide a complete confession to his role in covering up the crime.

Bit of an oversight on your part, eh? Too busy sucking up to Marty nowadays, Sneaks?

If Marty came clean he would be so much more respected and credible. Unfortunately, he is playing the cult's own game and is losing...kinda like Charlie Sheen....w/o the hot whore girls sucking him off whiles doing 8balls of coke!

This has already been established, Smurf. What are the answers back from the professionals?

wow, it's all overwhelming. I never saw any hot spot people in West L.A.
Everything new was considered LRH custom ministors, then individual miminsters.

Interestingly, the son of Joanne Wheaton Yared aka Ida Squirrelbuster... Eli Wheaton.. was one of Jett Travolta's nannies when he died.

""On Monday 29 December 2008 I travelled to Grand Bahama Island. I was accompanied by my wife Kelly Preston, my son Jett Travolta, my daughter Ella Travolta, Eli Wheaton, Jeff Kathrein and others..."

I completely understand why many people especially Ex's don't like Marty, however I do wonder if people are being less pragmatic than they should.

I don't doubt he is aware of numerous scientology crimes that he hasn't reported to the authorities, however can you be sure any amount of accusations or testimony would cause US authorities to intervene in the short term? Potentially all it could result in is him incriminating himself while nothing happens to Miscavige. Would Mike and Marty getting arrested and charged with various crimes be just? Perhaps it would, however I'm not sure it would do much to stop Scientology abuses. I doubt having every high ranking Scientologist brought to justice is a luxury that can be afforded if stopping scientology is the main objective.

Likewise it isn't certain that having him focus on attacking the squirrel busters via the legal system is the most pragmatic strategy. Left a lone and recorded on video they are a constant source of humiliation and bad PR. It may also embolden them to partake in even greater stupidity that results in much greater crimes.

Marty should really buy a video camera with image stabilization though, OT powers don't seem to preclude one from making seizure inducing shaky videos.

Since Marty's head looks like a potato, does his dick taste of French Fries?

Depends on if you like French Fries, I guess. Or <snigger> clam strips.
