Only just found this. Ends in 4 hours, $75 or buy it now for $100. No bids, so it will probably be relisted.
Ingenious device to measure pain from torture inflicted on a vegetable by the founder of the most rapidly expanding new religion, Scientology!!!
That's probably a pretty good deal. I paid $50 for my Mark V and it has given me hours of entertainment! (Also if you carry it around with you people leave you alone and don't want to share your table at Starbucks.
The auction ended with no bids. The seller re-listed it, starting at fifty bucks, and now there's one bid: www.ebay.com/itm/110936705987 It's odd that the seller left the word "Scientology" of out the auction title and description, which would have generated more interest from the people who might want the thing. It's almost as if the seller was too embarrassed to admit what it really was.
What does "British" in it's name signify as opposed to an E-Meter that isn't "British"?
American Mark V on sale: http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-HUB...021?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item35be8824b5 I actually used to remember the difference between British and American Mark V, but it escapes me right now. Nothing of significance. / editFound one of the E-meter books I trained on. Have fun skimming through it. http://e-meter-star.com/books.files/Understanding_the_E_Meter.pdf
Anyone know why there's a difference between a 'female clear read' and 'male clear read'.... ? (I'm assuming there's a great Hubbard whackadoodle science explanation)
I, ahh, think you need to ask a responsible adult about this (I mean, i don't want to answer in an open forum, you might be twelve years old and everything). Best Regards Jens
I would have thought it was mains voltage for the supply, but were they not battery powered for some time? (No, I'm not going to read the dox.) Just never took the darned things seriously enough to figure out much about them (having played with wheatstone bridge a decade before getting into Co$ criticism). Best regards Jens
The tomato was auditing Solo on OT XXIII. Ron was simply holding the e-meter for the fully OT and fully exterior tomato. I heard Ron was real helpful to OTs.
