    Given the Supreme Court rulings cited, giving this Federal level backing, this should be replicated nationwide by any and all short changed by the Cof$ regarding pay and hours. And special interest should be paid to how minors are actually being used by Cof$ even now.

    I doubt it...I seriously doubt it, with VERY few exceptions, the ex clams are not courageous enough to do anything about this. I'd expect to see or hear about all of the brave girls and posters of ex-scientology kids join in with this lawsuit. I don't think we're going to see this...but CARRY ON MARC, you will have to do for the others what they are not brave enough to do for themselves.

    As has already been stated... the church is going to go ape shit. They are going to be looking to go medieval on anyone that is involved in this lawsuit. Suing Scientology ranks pretty high up there so far as suppressive acts go. This could get incredibly nasty.

    That means people need to be extra vigilant and be ready to shine the light on the underhanded tactics the church will use to try to make it go right.

    Blownforgood has now come out and spoken on this suit giving some additional information.

    He also provides an email address where people interested in possibly being a part of this action can send their information.

    With DM not showing up at the New Years event, The city council thing in Hemet, the possible Tax thing being appealed, This Lawsuit, Jett Travolta's death, Diskeeper lawsuit, Tom Cruise trying to promote his movie, Second Chance, and a Scientologist Senator slashing open his girlfriend's face all in a one month period. I don't think Scientology is being a looked at in a very good light

    There are two issues here:

    1. Limitation Periods; and
    2. Jurisdiction.

    Two areas for research and advice. Perhaps Barry Van Sickle has already got a view that he/Marc can articulate. Or perhaps Anons can come up with some advice...
