This is a great move however as with previous cases this will be dragged out in a war of legal attrition. We have to keep the pressure on scientology and apply more.

We might want to start turning up at hearings, just as they do, and looking for scilon attempts at influencing the legal system and short circuiting it. Anons in the area where this case will be played out could get themselves involved in some epic under cover work keeping an eye out for any changes in scilon activity, comings and goings, and building up dossiers on scilons who become involved in the case directly.

Top marks to Marc Headley for taking on what will be one heck of a battle. He deserves what ever support we can give him.

The difference in the UK is we don't have to file a lawsuit, the Government's HMRC are already investigating the cult and have the power to enforce the legislation without individuals having to file a claim and go through the courts.

This whole wage/staff/volunteer thing is the cults' achiles heel and they know it. Larry's "religious cloaking" affidavit is already proof of that showing how Hubbard and his cronies tried to fool the Governments and hide this weakness in their case.

JUST WOW, excellent work, balls of titanium ect...this lawsuit is 200% win....but, at the same time I shiver just a little...is this lawyer UP to what the cult is going to do to him? The other plaintiffs weren't...(cowards BTW)...
