I'd say that "Do they believe in Aliens" either need to lose the capital a, or gain a capital t and b. I'd personally lose the A.

If 'Do they believe in Aliens' is a headline, shouldn't it be standard to capitalise the t and b instead of losing the A? I can't view the files on this internet, so I've no idea what the context is.

My thoughts were that the aliens bit is important and to use a capital A would catch peoples eye, it never crossed my mind that it was grammatically(?) incorrect. Do you think many people would have noticed this? it is Manchester not Oxford.

Best bet, make it bold. Or bolder. Or whatever. I can't remember what you have it as currently.

If you're using spellchecker on MS Word, it might be set to American English, and so won't correct some of your words or change what doesn't need changing.
