The setting up of the trust might be available in someone's will but the details won't be...that is one of the advantages of a Trust. Marchesi doesn't sound like a Jewish Name. Sounds Italian. His mother might have been Jewish. I saw that reference when researching and it didn't click with me about Scientology's attorney. There are various middle names running around with a Jeffrey Stone. This one looks like it could be connected. There is also an attorney Jeffrey stone that I saw while researching. I can't remember his middle initial. I think it was E. Who is to say that Jeff Stone didn't run around using different middle initials? Don't rule something out automatically because it doesn't have his particular middle initial.

Use the "GUEST" notations, and have to select "Family" from the drop-down selector. Looks like the "Rubin" in "Lori Stone-Rubin" came from DANIEL HOWARD RUBIN. The Family Court records are good for gleaning new names to research, or finding out who was married to whom.
