Have at it elsewhere.
My spectacularly thick friend thought it made a good point, and thus I figured it would be an effective tool to prevent victim-blaming.
So I posted it on an anti-rape forum.
Heavens me, what was I thinking?
What were you thinking, if you were thinking at all? Take it elsewhere, anywhere but here on WWP.
While I get the sentiment, this does meander awfully close to incitement to violence. Anon above is correct, wwp prefers to promote legal and peaceful means of protest. Sadly, the delicious irony would be missed by most victim blamers anyway.
I think the irony turns it from incitement to violence into a pointed joke.
It is pretty funny.
I think you've really missed the point. Nobody is saying that we should go out and set people on fire. It merely shows how people would comment on it if it were a rape case, and thus illustrates how ridiculous the usual comments on rape cases are.
why is this so beautiful?
If it's a legitimate fire, the body has ways to try to shut that whole thing down.
