    Kansas City, April 10th Planning

So Spring is finally here. HIP HIp Hurray! ........... YAY!
Perfect time to be a bit more active and continue to
open the eyes of those who have not heard about this cult.

It is said that the sun has some positive effect on the body and mind,
maybe this will generate some lulz..

Maybe we can also discuss here, i guess, (why create another thread) about
those who have expressed interest to attend the MegaRaid in BAwsTon :D.

What do ya'll think about the donation thing and how is ya'll budget looking?
If 50-70 people are attending and around $250 are still needed for the
permits, don't you guys think that if it is possible for bawston anons to come up
with the total amount of money and cover all costs and be re-embursed by the 50
    - 70 incoming anons? and making it very transparent to all anons that are
attending. 'cause this Anonymous individual is very very interested in
transparancy in ALL issues, and this issue does not differ from others.

I am aware that bawston anons may have spent out of their own pocket for the
permits already. I guess we can at least take $150 and give $20 as a
    re-embursment.

Hey guys, It is my outmost regret to inform you guys that the next two following months will
mostlikely be the last protests I will be attending this year. I am willing to support you guy
with resources or what not for the rest of the year. I have to tend to other issues. I will be
active in Johnson County and other areas but not as active as I would like. This is only
temporary and I expect to come back fully energized and ready to roll next spring. Keep it up.

it might not be that bad... i'll try to make it to others but I have to concentrate on certain other issues. Lets just say i'll be a bit more active on the Kansas side.

i am still willing to keep the BIG sign and provide it to yall when ever y'all need it. I am also aware that you guys probably wanted to have a craft day. I can dedicate a certain amount of time to creating more signs (WATERPROOF :D LOL) and provide them in a timely manner before the protests.

Weekends appear to be a no-can-do for me; at least that's what it looks like if things that are being planned right now stay the course. If anything happens to change, than i'll promptly post it on here.

    Hai.

I don't know if this is relevant to any of your interests,
and Columbia may be pretty far away from where any of you can get to, but

    Tuesday, April 6,
the University of Missouri is having a retirement party for Steve Weinberg
[ the Journalism Prof. who helped write the 'investigative study of SP Times' and who is getting kicked a lot in the news lately] celebrating his emoquit from academia.

    "conversation." "coffee." "cake."

If local anons have anything thoughtful to tell him

    do it
    fgts?

Re: Kansas City, April 10th Planning

Columbia is a long way. I can't do it. Have you posted this in St Louis Threads? It's just about equidistant from KC or St. Louis.

Re: Kansas City, April 10th Planning

I'd thought about it, but they looked kinda dead.
4 KC threads, 1 jefferson city thread, since the last STL thread (january).

And even cubbs don' post no mo' :(

    Edit:
    also, a longshot
And most of the people who seem to be riled up about Mr. Weinberg live much much farther away.

Well, we paraded around for a while with just fliers until Bernster and Demos showed up with their own signs. You missed pizza and Red Bull and a lot of laughs.

Re: Kansas City, April 10th Planning

I wasn't able to go there yesterday... so i went ahead and flash raided them today.... hehehehhh.... was there for an hour. not that much horn love but a lot of thumbs up and waves and pictures from passerbys taken... two or three fingers :D... after that I went off to the plaza... which i demostrated for another hour. Bumped in to "Born Again Christian/group" and counter protesters, which they were pretty cool. video will be up. I'll try to get y'alls signs back.
