July 2010 Planning - Toronto Canada

    KidsPlay & YouthOutlook

THIS is the major goal for July 25th 2010. We CAN and WILL do something to banish the cult.

I have a good guess and assumption that Co$ will be there to hand out stuff and make moar evil recruits, as originally quoted

Besides that, we have protests and raids to plan. Simple or complex, single or grouped. We Can Do This!

Not to be a spoilsport, but you may want to be EXTREMELY careful about your activities. I think that the tolerance for masked protesters in Toronto is at an all-time low.

Re: July 2010 Planning - Toronto Canada

So here is the deal... a lot of old protestors have been bugging me lately to arrange another old school flash protest. With all of the nonsense that has been going on in the city lately, I feel it is more important now than it has ever been to quell injustice and abuse of others' rights.

Is there something definitive being arranged for July 25th? Or is this just RootBrian's inane chatter in his continued quest for attention?

If there is actually something going on for the 25th and RootBrian is not going to be there I will see if others want to show up. I'll bring at least 500 of my flyers. Otherwise, we'll plan something for earlier in the month on our own.

I could be down for this.

Really? Bugging you? They needed for you to lead them?

Keeping it above the belt and classy as usual

    This speaks for itself.

I'll have to be especially careful. I know what to expect, a false call to the cops by Co$ as they're probably watching the news of this and might try something seriously wrong.

I hope they don't make any fake "terrorist" bomb threat calls, because that WILL mess up a protest. It will be a serious blow.

Re: July 2010 Planning - Toronto Canada

For one, 'rootbrian' is none of our concern. If he shows, we continue as usual. No questions, if's, but's about it.

I understand he's loud like anons in other cells. I have seen and heard it all. He recently did a good deed to educate some newfags about not running from the cops, walking inside the Org masked, not doing anything stupid either. That's a good point. If they had've done any of what he told them not to do, all of them would have been arrested, him being involved, if a call was made about almost anything the Co$ could complain about.

I would suggest we all continue and forget the little bad things that went down in the past. He changed, so can we (all of us, including him, are basically the same in our own ways).

It's kind of funny how RootBrian consistently posts on here anonymously, pretending to be somebody else, trying to bump himself up. The grammar and mannerisms are the same. You're not making yourself look any better, mate. Just fucking stop it.

Nobody said anything about leading. Arranging an event, providing decent flyers, calling up the lazier of us to actually show up... I'm not sure how you're interpreting that as leading. There are people that know that if I arrange another flash raid it will be serious business and people will actually show up... in particular, very effective protestors that have been away for a long time. Nobody is asking for any sort of leadership. Nice try -- you fail at trolling. Must be HellRazor. Don't hide behind the anonymous username, friend.

CCHR has been active in the GTA lately: (cult website, use a proxy) A Parents Right To Know Seminars - CCHR Seminars

They have been hosting seminars for ADD/ADHD, no doubt promoting Scientology/Dianetics over the use of psych drugs. The next seminar is coming up this Wednesday July 7, 2010 at the Mimico Public Library, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Short notice, but it would be nice to put together a flyer raid.

Re: July 2010 Planning - Toronto Canada

Strangely enough, the library closes at 8:30pm. Maybe they wanna snag some more into the cult to provide temporary funding?

I need some suggestions for the remake of one sign (paper was glued on, easy removal/replacement) to address CCHR's dark side relations to $cientology. I'll lurk to find anything relevant or recent before a reply is posted.

Re: July 2010 Planning - Toronto Canada

I'd be down for going to one of these in the future, but can't make it to the Wednesday seminar. Need more notice.
Would also like to produce some counter material to hand out to the attendees as they leave...

If anybody is actually attending this, can they gauge how many people actually show up? If there's only like 4-5 parents attending the seminar it may not be worth it.

I will see how many actually show up, bumping this post with the # of people. If it's above 5. Unmasked as not to draw attention to myself that is, until anons arrive, only then will I mask up from behind something.

Erm, the other website on the flyers is dead: Welcome psychassualt.org - BlueHost.com

    Maybe updating them?

Re: July 2010 Planning - Toronto Canada

Okay, here's my short-story long, an oldfag needed help finding the right portable hard disk drive, a door chime, potting soil, DVD-R's and groceries. She's in her late 70's, so duty calls to help out.

I had to cut the raiding out of my schedule to help her out. Now that it's done, I'm enjoying a late supper and there's 10 minutes until it ends.

So I won't be able to raid CCHR, if anybody besides me had the chance to raid.

I am hoping for another raid before the 25th, next week maybe, that all of us can attend for old times sake. Sorry for my epic disappointment to you all.

Good job Root. Nice to see someone dedicated in Toronto and showing up.

Re: July 2010 Planning - Toronto Canada

    LOL, sarcasm.

Hey Anons, I went to check out CCHR at the library and they are fail. Only about half a dozen people in the audience in a dark auditorium showing one of their thier videos. 3 CCHR staff/scientologists standing around as greeters. The audience members are probably all scientologists or CCHR rather than general public.

There were fading color CCHR posters on a few telephone poles around the library, advertising the seminar.

Wonder why they had the seminar in Mimico? What's the local connection?

    So what went down?
  28. paraphren Member

Re: July 2010 Planning - Toronto Canada

Root: please do everybody a favour and do not post anything anywhere unless you have something substantive to add. It's a year later and you are STILL doing the same shit

(i.e. I'm going to show up! Is anybody else going to be there? I'm totally going! *hours later* Oh I couldn't make it, sorry guys. Some inane shit that nobody cares to know about took up my time instead. But I swear I'll be at the next event!)

You're wasting bandwidth and polluting the internet. Please, stop.

I've resigned to the fact that you'll probably still show up at a protest, even though people have repeatedly begged you not to. If you do show up, since we ultimately can't stop you, please do not speak to the public or bring any of your signs. We don't want the public thinking that you represent the rest of the group. You talk like a crackhead and your signs aren't much better. If I didn't know any better, I would guess that you were a CoS plant, determined to repel people from protesting / the cause.

Also, don't try to fucking add me on Facebook. What is wrong with you?

As for the seminar thing, it's good to know that it wasn't very busy. I'm not too concerned with the going-ons of the CCHR and the many other puppet corps. If we can get back into the habit of culling their fresh meat and reducing the storefront income to nil, we'll eventually dry them up completely and force them to abandon the Yonge street building... vis-à-vis Canada.

Re: July 2010 Planning - Toronto Canada

Uh, I never have said, at any protest, or solo raid, that I claim to represent the rest of the group.

Okay, so I don't have the best voice out there, nothing I can do about it. Signs, I could just go with the generic templates instead.

Wrong, I am not part of that money-robbing, family disconnecting, brainwashing "church". A family member of mine almost got sucked into it, so even before 2008, before I even knew about chanology, I was always sure they would try to suck people into it, I kept a promise to sticker the poles warning people about Co$ tactics, it worked.

It's so cute when Toronto's resident doxer has a hissy fit that people are showing up to anti-Scientology protests without his permission

Re: July 2010 Planning - Toronto Canada

I meant to quote this earlier, I did not search up and add you, it was a robotic suggestion made by facebook. I simply clicked "add as friend". It's beside the usual "Requests", to the left.

As to why facebook recommended, I don't know.
  35. paraphren Member

Re: July 2010 Planning - Toronto Canada

It's not difficult to figure out WHY Facebook recommended me: we're both friends with Bunker and probably have a lot of 'Toronto' and 'protest' links on our walls. Do you add everybody that Facebook suggests? My question wasn't about how you found me, but WHY you tried to add me.
  36. TorontosRoot Member

Re: July 2010 Planning - Toronto Canada

I don't add everybody that facebook suggests. Most often, I get added by people.

Why I tried to add you, in the case WWP gets hacked by Co$ (never will happen), a DDoS of WWP, local protest planning (events) via facebook.

Those will be the only real reasons why.
